I have never in my life experienced such disgusting, insulting, and downright pathetic customer service. One employee at Heavenly Desserts behaved in the most rude, unprofessional, and humiliating way possible. Their attitude was beyond disgraceful, treating customers as if we were beneath them. It was insulting, degrading, and completely unacceptable. This place should be ashamed to have such staff representing them. If management has even the slightest bit of common sense, they need to fire that employee immediately before they drive this business into the ground. This is the most horrible, miserable, and infuriating experience I have ever had. I wouldn’t eat here again if it was free for life. Heavenly Desserts? More like Hellish Experience! STAY AWAY!

Heavenly Desserts is an absolute disgrace! One of their employees was shockingly rude, insulting, and completely unprofessional. The way they treated customers was disgusting and unacceptable as if they have no basic manners or training. It was beyond humiliating to be spoken to in such a disrespectful way. If this place has any future, they need to immediately fire such staff because no customer deserves to be treated like this. I wouldn’t recommend this place even to my worst enemy! Avoid this place like the plague

Heavenly Desserts should be ashamed of the kind of staff they hire. One employee was unbelievably rude, treating customers with zero respect and a disgusting attitude. It was beyond insulting and completely unacceptable. This level of unprofessionalism is a disgrace to any business. If management has any sense, they will immediately get rid of such an employee. I wouldn’t step foot in this place again, even if it was the last dessert shop on earth! Avoid at all costs!

One of the employees at Heavenly Desserts was extremely rude and unprofessional, making the entire experience awful. No customer should be treated with such disrespect. If the management wants this place to grow, they should remove such staff immediately. I will never recommend this place to anyone!

I’ve ordered milk cake multiple times, but even after calling and requesting, they still don’t add enough milk syrup. On top of that, their employees are not polite and lack proper customer service skills. They should provide enough syrup for online orders.

I had the “I’ll have what she’s having” it was incredible, made my whole week!

The food is always good and tasty, perfect desserts location. The service isn't the best but okay, sometimes slow to order. Overall good place for waffles and desserts and treat for yourself.

Oh my goodness had the cornflake tart today it was amazing. Cappucino was also lovely . Highly recommend a visit here

service was terrible, waited a long time to be seated. Manager was extremely rude and asked me and my friend to move places because we we’re supposedly talking too loud despite us not raising our voices at all. If a table had an issue with our volume then they should have been moved. And the way that we were spoken to by the manager was just utterly disrespectful and i will not be returning again.

The tart was good, but I ordered waffles with extra toppings and they only put the extra and not what was originally in the waffles.

The ambiance was amazing and the staff had smiles on their faces which was very welcoming. Cherry on the top the mochi and waffles were amazing

Lovely desserts but service is very slow then rushed when you've been given food . Ask for water they served all drinks on table except for water took them over 10 mins just to get water. Toilets not kept very clean. But the desserts are lovely if trying for first time I recommend the tapas so you can try abit of everything at affordable price. Love the little touch of the name on the napkin gives it classy feel. Macaroons was by far my favourite

The food here is delicious. We have tried their brunch, and some of the desserts. Most of all the service has been excellent. The staff are really polite and pleasant.

I came in for a 2 for £20 deal and ended up paying £30. Reason was the milk shake wasn’t in the deal. Waiter didn’t say that to us cause I specifically asked him if every was on the £20 deal. Spoke to the manager and he said nothing could be done . It’s ridiculous pay £30 for two cups of milk shake, a waffle and a fudge cake !!! So annoying

Please care more about selling your coffee more it’s delicious and cheaper than other alternatives. Please read this! Hiring a barista to (only ) make coffee sounds good idea

Great service, great prices, and amazing food! I had a ruby chocolate croffle, and it was the best dessert i've ever had in my life. they use real chocolate for everything, not just sauce! Really good service, and good music!

First time ordering and wasn’t disappointed the mochi was delicious

Cookie dough was drenched in chocolate sauce like staff get paid extra for using more, making it not edible ordered via Uber arrived stone cold.strawberry waffle had two strawberry pieces waffle mixture was good consistency again cold but a decent taste. Heavenly desserts nothing heavenly about the quality, or quantity I paid a premium expecting a premium product. No quality and no care or consideration gone into this.

Vile absolutely vile. We ordered on just eat collection so we don’t have to wait. Online the ordered said ready when we got there. They asked us to wait 5 mins. In total we waited 25 mins longer than the 5 mins they asked us to wait. The food came out cold. The customer service was so ridiculous. I’m trying to ask where my order is. One staff member walks way as I politely ask for my food. Then when I ask a different staff member they say aggressively ‘you just need to wait’. Never coming back

Nice desserts, good seating area but no parking available

Horrified by the quantity they serve. Me and my partner are regular customers and have been for more than a year. However, recently, they have drastically decreased the portion size whilst increasing the price. When asked about it, we had to listen to hogwash, such as "we shared, hence we feel the portion has reduced," when the reality is that anybody with two eyes can see they have decreased the portion size, if not halved it. Disappointing, to say the least. Won't be going there for a while.

Well, 3 waffles over £40 with green strawberry 🙄 …not worth it!!!!

The mojito we ordered was shit tbh not worth the 4.5 pounds . It tasted nothing except water . And on top of that the girl serving was rude. It didnt feel welcoming .

Excellent sweets with very nice coffee and tea in impressive decor. I had vanilla pistachio milk cake, trimasu, and small donuts, and all of them were mouth watering.

When I got my food from uber eats I was happy but then as soon as I opened the box it looked cold and most of the cookie dough is stuck to the plastic paper at the bottom I tried warming it in the microwave since it was cold but that only made it more stuck very disappointed and would like a refund

I always visit Heavenly for desserts with friends, and I was never disappointed with anything they offered. I like their flexible opening hours so we can have something sweet after dinner.

Do not waste your money on their supposedly "Bao bun". It's anything but! It's hard dough filled with the driest filling I've ever seen. Tasted horrible. Had to go in the bin after one bite. UPDATE: They ask you to email them then don't even bother to reply! Absolutely terrible customer service!

Came here to kill some time before our concert. Quiet for early Friday evening. Ordered a mango, strawberry and coconut sundae to share and omg it was so yummy!! The mango sorbet had a hint of salt in it to make it even more delicious! Definitely returning.

Visited after lunch in Nottingham for a small sweet treat. Nice selection of ice cream flavours and vegan option desserts, which was perfect for my lactose intolerant dad. Everything was decent but nothing in particular stood out. The waffles looked good so will return to try those

Yesterday was a shocking occurrence. After ordering out desserts, we informed we'd like tap water. We informed two member of staff, one which includes the manager. We finished our desserts, and when we went to the desk to pay, we informed our utter disappointment of not being served tap water. I also informed how disappointing it was that no toilet paper were in the toilets despite it being checked less than an hour ago. The manager apologised, but this is unacceptable behaviour. I doubt I'll come here again.

I ordered a waffle last night, but due to a mistake by the delivery person, the waffle arrived in poor condition. Despite this, the manager of Heavenly Desserts, Raghul, graciously provided a replacement waffle without any hassle or questions. I really appreciate the exceptional service from Raghul and the team at Heavenly Desserts. Highly recommend!

I have ordered 3 times with Uber eats 1st time it took 2.5 Hrs to get to me the ice cream was pure liquid-waffle was stone cold -2 Time I went for cheesecake and this & ice cream was fine -just ordered today what a waste of 25 Both ice creams was liquid waffle wasn’t eatable food In cafe was amazing but not delivered I’ve wasted to much money to order from here again annoyed & Dissaponited

Just as the name suggests, the desserts here are heavenly! I had the Biscoff and white chocolate croffle and Rasmalai red velvet cheesecake - both were so delicious!

Disappointed. I ordered a Lotus Biscoff Milkshake and because I understand it’s made from ice cream, it will melt quickly, I physically came in to place the order for takeout. It tasted like iced milk not a milkshake. There was no Biscoff Flavour at all, except from the sprinkles on top. The whole drink had the consistency of water. It tasted as if I had poured a glass of milk and added ice to it. The quality of this place has unfortunately really gone down.

Refused student discount when there is a sign on the front door displaying there is student discount. They said they don't do it at that branch in nottingham. Doesn't make sense

My partner ordered a vegan chocolate pot, she spotted it was missing the sorbet, the waiter sorted it. I was convinced what I ordered was missing something too, the waiter assured me nothing was missing from my dessert however when we left I double checked the menu and yes mine was missing a mochi. So the two things we ordered both were missing items. We were going to go back the next day after lunch but I don't want the hassle of double checking what I order, it's a joke.

Met the wonderful Sangeetha, who seated us and made sure we had everything we needed. She ordered the food for us at our table and it was here within 5 mins max. I had a Sea Salted Tart with Hazelnut gelato, which was delightful. I would highly recommend this gem of a restaurant!

The desserts are amazing but every time I come in the waiting staff takes at least 15 minutes to come and take our order and then they usually forget something. Serious customer service improvement needed in their nottingham branch

I ordered pancakes on pancake day because no matter how hard I try I just can't make them. My son adores them and so do Actually I ordered online for them to be delivered, I was hoping to get them delivered in the morning for when my son woke up but they aren't open then. Usually opening hours are 12pm until 2.30am, however due to pancake day they were delivering until 4.30am. It was expensive I'm sure it was over 30pound. I couldn't believe it when I opened the boxes to look and was horrified the presentation didn't help it looked like diarrhea you couldn't even see the pancakes. I also ordered milkshake and that must of up turned on the way because it was leaking and again didn't look good. I didn't even tell my son I just threw everything in the bin.

Uber Eats messed up the delivery but they were so accommodating and remade the order when the app let me down!

Not worth the price ordered cookie dough and one waffle. The cookie dough came stuck to the packaging couldn’t get it off ended up binning it and the portion size is a slither considering I paid over £9 it wasn’t even worth £3 was also cold. the waffle came with two chocolate balls and a drizzle of chocolate sauce again I paid £10 still wasn’t worth it was also cold only thing that was decent were the milkshakes. This was ordered for delivery I'm not that’s far from the restaurant this was no fault to the delivery driver he was great and got a good review he delivered it quickly no fault to the driver at all. The restaurant is to blame for this bad review. Won’t be ordered from here again.

I ordered the French toast pudding - it was milky soup with a few bits of dry toasted bread on top. Awful!

Last night me and my friends went in and we were denied to sit on the couches which were empty! It was so disrespectful for us. We had to walk out at the end. It was very shattering and a very sad moment. A girl working there behaved very strangely with the potential business. Me and my friends are never going to this food joint ever!!

I'm genuinely surprised it's not already a 5/5 star establishment on Google because the desserts here are nothing short of divine. Each treat, from the milk chocolate cookie dough to the San Sebastian cheesecake, the brownie explosion, mango gelato, chocolate and pistachio shot white chocolate croffle, ferrero rocher cookie dough, “what’s fudge got to do with this” and the tantalizing "I'll have what she's having" waffles (waffles with strawberries, gelato and chocolate on top!), is a culinary masterpiece that leaves you craving more. The flavors are sublime, and just thinking about them makes my mouth water. It's safe to say that Heavenly Desserts has become my newest obsession. Moreover, the staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive, adding to the overall exceptional experience. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Heavenly Desserts to anyone in search of a sweet haven.

Absolutely disappointed with the service we walked in at 1:50am the guy at the front rudely shouted at us not to stand there as he just mopped (where’s the wet floor sign?) then the other person working told us they were closed, it clearly states on the website they close at 2:30am and then they decided to take our order after that was mentioned . Didn’t end up ordering due to the disrespect from the staff. Very disappointed
