Excellent sweets with very nice coffee and tea in impressive decor. I had vanilla pistachio milk cake, trimasu, and small donuts, and all of them were mouth watering.

The waitress wasn’t friendly no smiling or nothing , she got our orders wrong , then charged us the wrong bill when we split it but the waffles that we had were great

I tried it today and it was very good😻🫶, especially this raspberry cake. The waiter's service was also very good. Will come again next time.

When I got my food from uber eats I was happy but then as soon as I opened the box it looked cold and most of the cookie dough is stuck to the plastic paper at the bottom I tried warming it in the microwave since it was cold but that only made it more stuck very disappointed and would like a refund

I always visit Heavenly for desserts with friends, and I was never disappointed with anything they offered. I like their flexible opening hours so we can have something sweet after dinner.

Very brilliant staff and a very warm reception by Sangeetha who exquisitely showed consideration for my allergies and gave me all options that better suited me. Would definitely come again.

Do not waste your money on their supposedly "Bao bun". It's anything but! It's hard dough filled with the driest filling I've ever seen. Tasted horrible. Had to go in the bin after one bite. UPDATE: They ask you to email them then don't even bother to reply! Absolutely terrible customer service!

Came here to kill some time before our concert. Quiet for early Friday evening. Ordered a mango, strawberry and coconut sundae to share and omg it was so yummy!! The mango sorbet had a hint of salt in it to make it even more delicious! Definitely returning.

Visited after lunch in Nottingham for a small sweet treat. Nice selection of ice cream flavours and vegan option desserts, which was perfect for my lactose intolerant dad. Everything was decent but nothing in particular stood out. The waffles looked good so will return to try those

Yesterday was a shocking occurrence. After ordering out desserts, we informed we'd like tap water. We informed two member of staff, one which includes the manager. We finished our desserts, and when we went to the desk to pay, we informed our utter disappointment of not being served tap water. I also informed how disappointing it was that no toilet paper were in the toilets despite it being checked less than an hour ago. The manager apologised, but this is unacceptable behaviour. I doubt I'll come here again.

I ordered a waffle last night, but due to a mistake by the delivery person, the waffle arrived in poor condition. Despite this, the manager of Heavenly Desserts, Raghul, graciously provided a replacement waffle without any hassle or questions. I really appreciate the exceptional service from Raghul and the team at Heavenly Desserts. Highly recommend!

I have ordered 3 times with Uber eats 1st time it took 2.5 Hrs to get to me the ice cream was pure liquid-waffle was stone cold -2 Time I went for cheesecake and this & ice cream was fine -just ordered today what a waste of 25 Both ice creams was liquid waffle wasn’t eatable food In cafe was amazing but not delivered I’ve wasted to much money to order from here again annoyed & Dissaponited

Just as the name suggests, the desserts here are heavenly! I had the Biscoff and white chocolate croffle and Rasmalai red velvet cheesecake - both were so delicious!

Disappointed. I ordered a Lotus Biscoff Milkshake and because I understand it’s made from ice cream, it will melt quickly, I physically came in to place the order for takeout. It tasted like iced milk not a milkshake. There was no Biscoff Flavour at all, except from the sprinkles on top. The whole drink had the consistency of water. It tasted as if I had poured a glass of milk and added ice to it. The quality of this place has unfortunately really gone down.

My partner ordered a vegan chocolate pot, she spotted it was missing the sorbet, the waiter sorted it. I was convinced what I ordered was missing something too, the waiter assured me nothing was missing from my dessert however when we left I double checked the menu and yes mine was missing a mochi. So the two things we ordered both were missing items. We were going to go back the next day after lunch but I don't want the hassle of double checking what I order, it's a joke.

Met the wonderful Sangeetha, who seated us and made sure we had everything we needed. She ordered the food for us at our table and it was here within 5 mins max. I had a Sea Salted Tart with Hazelnut gelato, which was delightful. I would highly recommend this gem of a restaurant!

The desserts are amazing but every time I come in the waiting staff takes at least 15 minutes to come and take our order and then they usually forget something. Serious customer service improvement needed in their nottingham branch

I ordered pancakes on pancake day because no matter how hard I try I just can't make them. My son adores them and so do Actually I ordered online for them to be delivered, I was hoping to get them delivered in the morning for when my son woke up but they aren't open then. Usually opening hours are 12pm until 2.30am, however due to pancake day they were delivering until 4.30am. It was expensive I'm sure it was over 30pound. I couldn't believe it when I opened the boxes to look and was horrified the presentation didn't help it looked like diarrhea you couldn't even see the pancakes. I also ordered milkshake and that must of up turned on the way because it was leaking and again didn't look good. I didn't even tell my son I just threw everything in the bin.

Not worth the price ordered cookie dough and one waffle. The cookie dough came stuck to the packaging couldn’t get it off ended up binning it and the portion size is a slither considering I paid over £9 it wasn’t even worth £3 was also cold. the waffle came with two chocolate balls and a drizzle of chocolate sauce again I paid £10 still wasn’t worth it was also cold only thing that was decent were the milkshakes. This was ordered for delivery I'm not that’s far from the restaurant this was no fault to the delivery driver he was great and got a good review he delivered it quickly no fault to the driver at all. The restaurant is to blame for this bad review. Won’t be ordered from here again.

Last night me and my friends went in and we were denied to sit on the couches which were empty! It was so disrespectful for us. We had to walk out at the end. It was very shattering and a very sad moment. A girl working there behaved very strangely with the potential business. Me and my friends are never going to this food joint ever!!

Heavenly Desserts is an absolute treasure trove of delectable treats. I'm genuinely surprised it's not already a 5/5 star establishment on Google because the desserts here are nothing short of divine. Each treat, from the milk chocolate cookie dough to the San Sebastian cheesecake, the brownie explosion, mango gelato, chocolate and pistachio shot white chocolate croffle, ferrero rocher cookie dough, “what’s fudge got to do with this” and the tantalizing "I'll have what she's having" waffles (waffles with strawberries, gelato and chocolate on top!), is a culinary masterpiece that leaves you craving more. The flavors are sublime, and just thinking about them makes my mouth water. It's safe to say that Heavenly Desserts has become my newest obsession. Moreover, the staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive, adding to the overall exceptional experience. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Heavenly Desserts to anyone in search of a sweet haven.

Absolutely disappointed with the service we walked in at 1:50am the guy at the front rudely shouted at us not to stand there as he just mopped (where’s the wet floor sign?) then the other person working told us they were closed, it clearly states on the website they close at 2:30am and then they decided to take our order after that was mentioned . Didn’t end up ordering due to the disrespect from the staff. Very disappointed

The taste was really good everything was very delicious and the staff was very friendly. Staff member called anagha attended us she was really friendly and she recommended some of the best desserts and we loved it!

strawberry’s weren’t fresh, all mushy. cookie dough had no flavour except from flour. portion sizes didn’t look like the picture. said 10% student discount all year round and 20% if you had a student id on you, however they still made me pay full price even though i showed my id. just an underwhelming experience overall.

Ordered on the just eat my order was meant to come between 20-40 minuite. My order time changed 10 times which is fine but it changed once the order was on the way. I checked the map for my order and it was the opposite side to where I lived. I tried to call the restaurant twice but no answer and it’s been an hour and 20 minutes since I ordered and still no deliver

Awful service and atmosphere!! Portion sizes have significantly reduced. The app is rubbish! My friend ordered the chai latte from her app and she didn't get it, she had to wait! They said she hadn't ordered it when she clearly showed her confirmation via email! My other friend was waiting for her monkey bread and didn't have any apple compot as stated on the menu. My affogato was a lot smaller in size but the taste was okay. The chocolate fudge cake was 50/50. Not impressed!!! Avoid, avoid, avoid!! Staff are clueless and the fact it charges you a service charge for taking your order on the app is not on. It's gone down hill! Portions used to be a lot bigger, atmosphere used to be so much better! Management need to get a grip! This is not on and not how it used to be. Not impressed and we won't be coming back!

We waited 30 mins for someone to come and serve us. We went up and asked someone who said they'd be straight over but nearly 10 mins later we were still being ignored so we walked out. It wasn't particularly busy but most of the staff seemed to be gathered behind the counter rather than serving tables. Terrible service. We won't be back.

The desserts here were lovely. We had the Pistachio Mochi plate and the Sundae Royale. The service was very slow though. One of the guys working in the kitchen had to call one of the servers attention to get her to take our order. They weren't overly busy but just seemed distracted or disiniterested. At least the yummy food made up for it when it arrived.

We went here after having a meal out elsewhere. Having an allergy issue it was exciting to find somewhere with a vegan menu and plenty of choice. I couldn't fault the food. However I wouldn't bother returning due to the terrible service. We entered to find a sign that said please wait to be seated. This is fine but if no one acknowledges you then you stand wondering whether to bother after so long. And in fact some people behind left. Once seated they took a while to take the order. A group on a table nearby that arrived just after us actually left because no one took theirs. But the food took an absolute age to come! Far longer than the meal we'd have earlier in the night. So do not go here if you are on a time limit. I knew we hadn't just been forgotten as others that arrived at a similar time also had no food. They seemed to be prioritising takeaway orders. The table next to us had ordered fancy drinks and those took a very long time to come. They actually got up to leave before the their desserts arrived and had some discussion with the staff, I'm not really sure what happened but they left without paying for anything. Ours did finally arrive and they tasted fine. But no one expects to spend over an hour in a dessert establishment, waiting for something to turn up. Its a shame.

It was shocking. Hell Desserts. I was so happy and they let me down so much. Where are the brownie points????? Que pasa? Donde esta Brownie Points???? Not happy. The table is the size of my pinky finger, Upstairs is fraudulent and don't get me started on the seats. If i could give this a 0/5 i would. I nearly ended this review without talking about how bad the food was. That's how forgettable it was I couldn't even wash it down with the water because they gave me none. It tasted like expired brownies and I don't even know what that taste like. Horrible experience and not for kids. Bye.

Located on Angel Row just of Old Market Square in Nottingham and open daily from Noon until 11pm including weekends, this clean, modern looking upscale almost fine dining dessert restaurant is a pleasant place to visit. Although the shop is long and thin it does seat a number of customers comfortably in booths and at tables. Unsure about the disabled access although I can only presume access for wheelchair customers must be from the rear of the premises as there is a step at the main entry. The Heaven. Oh My Goodness. Heavenly by name heavenly in flavour. I am sure everyone dreams of the ultimate dessert shop that sells almost every possible dessert, well Heavenly Desserts comes close with their range of wonderful deserts and drinks. The menu is extensive. Drinks of all kinds hot, cold and iced and all delicious. You have the standard coffees and assorted teas, milk shakes, smoothies, lemonades and specialities like Saffron Latte or the Madagascan vanilla Affogato (vanilla gelato and double espresso) and my favourite Iced Spanish Latte a delicious blend of frozen double espresso ice cubes steaming milk and warmed condensed milk deconstructed for you to pour as you please. Delicious, creamy and decadent. The desserts are amazing, not only do you get desserts like gelato or waffles but tarts, mochi, baklava, crepes and macarons. But you also can have croffles which are croissant dough baked in a waffle iron and topped with chocolate, nuts and fruit. My personal favourite was the lemon and raspberry tart with gelato. Crisp pastry, filling that makes your tabs laugh (tart sweet tangy) and smooth cold ice cream. The Hell Oh My Goodness. Although the staff are friendly and nice their speed is crawl. Talk about slow service. Waiting 15 minutes for someone to take me to a table (as they want to seat you) on a Tuesday afternoon with only 3 other customers in the restaurant. Another 15 minutes after you indicate you want to order and watch as the wait staff stand chattering to each other and finally after eating you have to get up to go to the till instead of waiting any longer for someone to come with the bill. This is the only drawback to such an upscale establishment, slow staff but then most of them looked like students who were bored with their job. I truly think this restaurant would benefit from staff who were more professional and properly trained.

The service was actually worse than the order. We each had a hot chocolate. They were just about tepid. When we told the waitress she offered to microwave them. The desserts came and we were a bit surprised the only cutlery were our drinking chocolate spoons. The actual cutlery arrived ten minutes later. When we asked for the bill, the waiter stood behind the till, waving it at us with no intention of bringing it over. There was no "thank you" as we paid. I have never before not left a tip. We will definitely not be a returning customer.

Visited here whilst in the area. We have been to the York one before and we felt that that one had much better decor - perhaps as it was bigger or newer? Our server Axel was lovely and attentive and the other male server (manager/ supervisor) was also lovely and accommodating.

Awful awful awful. Plates were covered in muck. Waffles were cold. They got our order wrong. Straw in my drink was dirty. Service was slow. Went to pay and till stopped working and they asked us to pay by card and not cash!! Showed the manager our dirty plates and he said it’s from the staffs gloves. Well that was rubbish because the muck on the plates were definitely from not being washed, and if it was due to the gloves why were they preparing food with dirty gloves? Anyway, just DONT GO.

When we came in yesterday, I was with other Asian friends (Thailand, Chinese, and Koreans). Literally, when we passed the two servers at the counter, the two servers said "They are all Chinese" with a laugh. I looked back and they were looking at us. I said we are not all Chinese. They didn't say anything back and got quiet. After we finished our food with frustration (my friends were obviously offended but other servers were very nice. so we decided not to make a fuss and just stay there. Also, the foods were great anyway), one of the male workers came to us when we leaving and said the two servers were talking about the phone is Chinese company's one and I misunderstood them. It seems quite obvious that if they knew I misunderstood, they could just come down and explain straight away. The way they tried to deal with this took a very long and seems like they just made it up like just lying. I wish they just choose to be honest and apologise. We are not stupid. We feel what is wrong and can tell when we try to lie. I want to tell this place that no matter what they think about where we are from, just keep it inside of your mouth. Also, guessing nationality based on race is not funny. If you are not sure, come and ask where were are from rather than laughing at us guessing Asians are all Chinese. Very uneducated approach :)
