I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! I RATE IT 6/5 STARS!!!! DANA WAS SO NICE AND THE FOOD SHE MADE WAS SO SCRUMPTIOUS AND GOOD!!!!!! I WILL ALWAYS COME HERE WHENEVER I WANT TO EAT DESSERTS

Everything on offer at HD, is really heavenly, loving the Hounslow sit! I had to return as my sweet tooth was on alert. The desserts as always were spectacular and absolutely divine to another level. The customer service is always on point. I'm a food concierge and I do believe 5star service should always be provided. As always this place never underestimates. This is becoming my new hotspot.

Never will come again, ordered coco hazelnut chocolate ice cream came as a grey ice cream and tasted like nothing and no flavour. Cookie dough and waffles were finished. Poor inventory. Their are understaffed and don't have good service in terms of giving out the orders as a group but rather individually and struggle with time management's as a whole. They also forgot one our orders after waiting in total of 50 mins. And the only dessert I would recommend would be the sticky toffee pudding.

Really rubbish quality dessert and when questioned about it staff were rude and said that's all I have and then with attitude she took my plate away to make another one. I'm not paying the prices I pay for a poor service and poor quality food.

I have been to heavenly desserts quite a few times, and had a great impression for a posh dessert shop. Though the last time that I've been the dessert was made in a poorly manner, it still makes me want to go back due to the great experience that I've had in the past.

Best desert place in Hunslow. We had some delicious cheesecakes with chai late and enjoyed every sip & bite. The waitress Emanuela was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable and welcomed.

Emma is great! Really helpful and friendly, was happy to change our drinks. Would really recommend!.

The worst of the worst service I ever got. ordered desserts 9 items did not come and no one was ready to accept the mistake,even the supervisor was not apologetic.I will never ever go there

I visit the Heavenly Desserts almost in weekly basis with my baby since I am in maternity leave. I find the staff extremely kind and helpful. I usually meet Emanuela and she is very fast, helpful and with a smile that makes me feel comfortable and welcomed. :) I also love the coffee and desserts.

Great variety and flavours, friendly staff... We have been going for years, definitely worth visiting!

Excellent service, I had the Nutella waffles with fererro richer and it was amazing. Highly recommended. Will definitely be back.

Came because they had gluten free options, I ordered the gluten free waffles and waited half hour minimum just for them to tell me the machine had broken and they cannot make it. Service was very slow and the hygiene wasn’t great. I’ve never wanted to leave somewhere so desperately

No one came to take our order so I had to go to the counter and ask for our order to be taken. Then it took ages for our food to arrive. We kept trying to get someone’s attention to pay the bill, but again , no one seemed bothered about customers . The staff were too busy chatting amongst themselves. All in all, a ready poor standard of service. This is the second time we experienced such bad service in this establishment. It needs great improvement before we would think about going back ! Shocking !

Dana is an asset to this dessert parlour She could see I was struggling with one of my grandsons today She did everything she could to help and managed to put a smile back on his face The service in here comes with a smile

This is an awesome place with lovely staff. Manager Sheff and his team are super friendly and helped us with a great Service.

We came here for a dessert and we were so impressed with the menu and selection of amazing drinks! Raja who served us was great, he recommended some desserts based on what we liked and we ended up ordering the croffles and some other bits...
