Last time I had went to this place the desserts were great absolutely amazing but the servers were a bit rude as to when they were taking my order and when they gave my desserts, no warm friendly smiles at all - absolute joke

Ordered apple crumble and custard received a babys portion for £9 small ice cream scoop tub with the custard in and small apple crumble both separate with barley any applesauce which both arrived cold pathetic and rip off!

The kids waited for ages n the delivery time kept extending. They were then too tired to eat their dessert and it went to waste

i had the sweetest young lady, i think her name was manpreet, and when i went there for the first time, she was so respectful and helpful. she made sure we were satisfied with our orders and made sure me and my family were all comfortable. she helped so much and was just super delightful! i’m glad i had her helping out and i am just so satisfied with my experience there, i will most definitely be coming here again.

They have an entire vegan menu! My little one has allergies and it's always difficult to find appropriate desserts for him. We were pleasantly surprised to be given a vegan menu book when we asked about vegan options. Honestly really appreciated and this will be our new dessert place.

The new walnut cookie dough was awful. Wasted money. Service wasn't good. Dessert came first and my partner had to ask for utensils to eat wih. Then had to ask for tissues. Requested few cups of tap water with Dessert, had to go to till to get water by ourselves. At the end, told staff dessert wasn't nice and they didn't care about it. Huddersfield heavenly dessert staff is much better. Staff didn't seem happy.

Great choice of dessert. Reasonably priced. Lovely ambience. We come here every week. Saira, the waiting staff was attentive and sweet. 5 stars!

We were served by Harris who was an excellent waiter and told us which drinks to go for. He also came to check that everything was okay and if we needed anything else... Will definitely be visiting again!

Do not order from here especially for delivery the cake portions were the size of my little toe and it cost me £10. Rang in to complain and they hung up on me and did not offer me a suitable solution. The cake was literally 6 bites.

If you have a sweet tooth this is the place for you. The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled, especially Atinder who served us. Definitely value for money.

Flipping through the visually enticing menu, I felt a pang of excitement for the decadent treats I was about to indulge in. Little did I know, this promise would quickly dissolve in a cacophony of disappointing service and mounting frustrations. From the outset, the atmosphere appeared lively, but as soon as the loud music shattered any hopes of conversation, I realized that perhaps the ambiance was a bit too eager to lift your spirits. The beats were relentless—a soundtrack more suited for a nightclub rather than a cozy dessert haven. Now, onto the service, or rather, the glaring lack thereof. After a lengthy wait, our server finally approached us with an air of haughtiness, their expression unreadable yet curiously disinterested in our presence. Gone were the warm welcomes and good-natured chatter; instead, we were treated to a rush that felt both scripted and suffocating. When a simple question about the dessert offerings met a particularly rude retort, a distinct feel of arrogance hung in the air—my appetite dwindled alongside my enthusiasm. Scaling the uneven waves of urgency, I attempted to place my order, but the experience felt more like a chore for our server, with their half-hearted responses and distracted body language reflecting an obvious disinterest. What should have been a serendipitous indulgence turned into a quick, hurried transaction, complete with an eye roll as they sauntered off to fetch our overpriced treats. Speaking of which, let's address the skyline steeper than the prices here. Although the desserts decorated our table with splendour, the cost was astonishingly high for the fleeting high delivered. I would have liked to savour each bite, but our experience felt so rushed that a dessert repeat was the furthest thing from my mind. With barely enough time to relish the drawing sweetness before us, I left Heavenly Desserts feeling cheated, longing for a pleasant experience drowned by discontent. If you’re dreaming of divine desserts, perhaps consider a blueprint for a heavenly experience—with attentive, gracious staff and a reputation, more importantly, able to showcase the sweet treats they have to offer. Until then, I'd recommend leaving this dessert destination uncharted on your journey for sugar-laced joy.

Crepes were freezing cold when they got to me they’ve always been lovely and warm before!

We waited over 20 minutes until someone came and served us we had to walk to the till to ask for service, my sone ordered Crepe with pistachio ice cream. It came but the crepe was very dry and over cooked you will not be able to cut by knife. We have been in Heavenly desserts in the past the experience was much better.

I had brunch with my friends. The vegan brunch option was fantastically amazing. Unlike regular beans, the keralan spiced beans were mouth watering. I especially liked the vegan sausage. We sumed up with a vanilla cheesecream croffle topped up with strawberries. Our server was quick and polite

Servicio asqueroso - Pagué £ 34. 45 por un crepé y un gofre una botella de agua y un té de menta - me cobraron £ 1. 95 por cada fruta que ponen en el crepé - 4 frambuesas 6 arándanos , 8 trozos de fresas y un plátano entero (creo) y £ 1 . 95 por el chocolate que exprimen por encima La camarera no me dijo que me cobrarían por cada trozo de fruta y cuando lo crié con el gerente! Empezó a preguntarle a la chica detrás del mostrador cuántas frambuesas puso en mi plato totalmente risible - no eres un restaurante de 5 estrellas ni siquiera eres tan buen lugar de postres - tu gerente no tenía habilidades para lidiar con el tema - su respuesta es la política del restaurante - wow te ves algo diferente pero al final eres igual que el resto del lugar vergonzoso y de mala calidad en Leeds Road - volver a la escuela de servicio al cliente y enseñe a su personal los conceptos básicos - va muy lejos! No iremos de nuevo y me aseguraré de decirle a todos los que conozco que incluso considera ir allí

Service was good and it's a very clean place

Ordered for collection. Arrived within ten minutes of the order being placed and the custard was cold on both desserts. the apple crumble tasted like it’d had been spun in the microwave for 20 seconds and was frankly inedible. For nearly 17 pounds for a cornflake tart and apple crumble that was really disappointing and I’ll be looking elsewhere next time

I loved the food in this food place and the drinks are so worth to buy.

Won't order from here again. There was an issue with part of our order, the Salt Caramel Chocolate tart we ordered had been sent out with the wrong driver and it was the last one they had. They suggested a cornflake tart instead but then offered to send a White Chocolate tart with sea salt instead. I agreed. Was confused when the order came (within 15 mins) no white Chocolate in sight. It looks like they sent my original order?! The pastry was VERY underdone and couldn't hold the filling. Concerning that they would send this dessert out. The ganache was spilled all in the box, it was just a mess. Inedible actually. I have had this dessert before from the Headingley Branch (via delivery) and it was amazing, but what was sent out from Leeds Road was appalling. The tart cost me just under £10, I expected better. Other items in the order were apple crumble with custard, small portions, they tasted fine but were barely warm (both crumble & custard pot) & a biscoff shake, also tasted was nice but toppings were measly. As already said, wouldn't order from here again, the pastry was worrying. I put in a picture of how it should look!

Excellent food and service by staff

Food was a massive let down. Pistachio Cannoli was made up of samosa dough which was dry and tasteless and just didn't work as a dessert. The dark chocolate and honeycomb waffle was spoilt by the honeycomb pieces that was so hard to bite into that I just gave up after a few attempts and decided to pick them out and leave them to one side on the plate. My wife had the GS Banoffee American waffle which she didn't like. Won't be coming back again as really poor quality desserts.

Went there on Eid and it was our first time there. Overall the atmosphere and staff were really nice. We ordered our desserts and got a free large dessert for free because it was a first time there. That was really nice of them. The dessert was delicious.

Great place to go for desserts, a little on the more expensive side for a dessert place but the quality and the portion sizes are good and somewhere we like to go on special occasions and they do a really nice Latte

I recently visited the Heavenly Desserts location and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were rude and unwelcoming. Their attitude made the entire visit uncomfortable, and it felt like they had little interest in providing good customer service. Given how poorly I was treated, I won't be returning to this particular branch. However, I want to note that the Batley branch is excellent; the staff there are always friendly and professional. I'll continue to visit that location instead.

Went in tonight for a late dessert and was greeted with such a warm welcome… Our server Manpreet, was so polite and took really good care of us whilst we dined! Definitely would return due to the service that we received tonight!!

Fantastic deserts - highly recommend, we were three families visited in August 2024, upstairs family atmosphere was superb. Service from Prabh was good.

Horrible customer service. Just because you are busy , doesn’t mean you compromise on the customer service. The lady who served us was rude. When we asked her a question regarding the desserts she just shrugged her shoulders rather than going and finding out for us. Our desserts were made wrong and tasted horrible. What a waste of £45. Won’t be going there again.

Today, we chose to go eat dessert. We chose this place because it looked nice and wowy kabowy was the waffles delish! We're lucky we were on time. But anyways the food was worth the price.

wouldn’t even rate it 1 star. Ordered on uber eats and the icecream came melted totally and the cookie dough tasted of batter not even cooked and the waffle was raw. Spoke to the worker on the phone and she cut me off. Rang again and asked for a manager and she said she’s busy and what would i like to order? i won’t be ordering from here again! Leeds road Branch

Giving this a place a one all the way around. Reason for this was my colleagues and I had arrived and were seated. As soon as the waitress was taking our order, mid order she had left for 5 minutes without reason to do something else. When she came back, I had asked why she had left mid order and couldn’t complete our order. Her reason for this was we were taking too long to order (which was definitely not the case) and she had other things to do. We felt disrespected, hence why we left the establishment. There was no management on the day hence we couldn’t even make a complaint. Rather spend my money at an establishment that values customers and not oppress them.

Was charged £13.50 for a cheesecake and 2 scoops of ice cream, seems like I was over charged for a mediocre dessert! place has gone down hill.

No complaint with the food. While I understand it can get busy, don't believe it gives the business a reason to suspect they have not paid. After not receiving cutlery and having to ask twice while seeing our gelatos melt wasn't nice. Then, we waited for someone to take a payment and after 20min of receiving the bill, when nobody returned, we decided to pay by cash. As we were going to leave, a staff member stopped us (called out from upstairs while we were on the ground floor) asking if we had paid (without checking our table to see the bill paid in full). I politely asked them to check and left. Embarrassing customers as they leave is definitely not good service.

I am so disappointed unfortunately. I've been a long time customer of heavenly desserts, it's always been my favourite dessert place. My go to dessert is the Nutella royale which I have ordered from there numerous times. It usually comes with 4 ferrero rochers on it. My order tonight, the price had increased, £10.25 and the waffle only had 2 ferrero's on it. I know times are hard but I'm baffled at how they could sell the waffle like this. Complete scam and disservice to long standing customers like me. Also the hazelnut gelato tasted odd, not the way it usually does. It seems heavenly desserts have made changes but not for the better.
