Absolutely treacherous service. Quality is non existent. The staff are all like zombies, ordered a cookie dough, and it confused the he'll out of them. 5 members of staff had trouble making my order. They use frozen cookie dough. Sorry but not using you again.

Best dessert stop! I've visited in person and ordered multiple times. The restaurant offers late-night delivery and is always efficient. Their tiramisu & saffron milk cake, and American waffles are a must-try

Shoody service, lying staff and poor environment. Don't bother questioning anything from their website, such as their terms & conditions, they'll act like the student discount or kids eat free doesn't exist! It's quite the joke actually.

Overall the experience was good. The food was decent but service from the whole staff was great. I had my family with me and they made sure everything was perfect. Special thanks to Umar for his great service. I hope to come back soon.

Staff Aniqa very nice and helpful

I came here for coffee so thought to try any dessert. I ordered sticky toffee pudding. Coffee was fine but sticky toffee was very average not special the price I paid. Honey comb on top were so hard to eat so I left in plate.

The winter specials menu wasnt on the table so had to go to the counter to ask if they were still available since Heavenlys now serve brunch ie. Smaller menu, but no they were available. Ordered 2x blondie because of the gingerbread custard, yet was served plain, as if to get away with it. Once asked about it, then we were told its not available and theres an alternative. Had to wait for another meaning we couldnt eat together. The other dessert we ordered was a saffron milk cake - defo wasnt fresh, tasted wierd. Wasnt given an apology, nor a discount / refund for the poor service. Heavenlys are amazing but the service are putting the name down. Leeds road branch is much better, better service, better vibe.

Aniqa and isma served us today, and made my experience 10 times better, very bubbly and welcoming, i loved my dessert and i had issue with one thing and she resolved it straight away

What a great service from Aniqa and Isma we had a person with us who was really looking forward to her dessert after seeing ours and it looked delicious. The order was going passed us and she shouted out that is mine and the waiterss gave her it and then she realised it was not hers after trying it. Bless them 2 they still brought her original order out and also left the other one and it was not added to our bill All in all great experience great food defo will be back....

The menu had a great variety of desserts, from classic options like cheesecake to unique creations like tiramisu milk cake which I loved. Aniqa was really friendly and attentive, adding to the overall experience.

Great desserts and good customer service, ordered from uber eats, driver took our code and gave the wrong order, then took the order back and said he didn't take our order. Heavenly gave us the fresh order and threw in a cheesecake for the hassle which was nice of them although not there fault as we had to go pick up our uber eats delivery that didn't get delivered

Decent dessert but atmosphere at first was unpleasant. However, Umar provided us with much better seating, guided us through the menus as we were somewhat confused at first with the options. Definitely an asset to the business!

Waited for each of our orders 5 minutes between the 6 of us, by the time the last person got their food , the first had finished , one of them was a hot chocolate which came last , disappointing

One of my favourite desert places. We received great service from hussain.

Ordered the cinnamon monkey bread and I was served a cinnamon Danish whirl. I wasn't told the monkey bread wasn't available and when I raised this with the waitress, she said the monkey bread hasn't been in stock for two weeks! No offer of a refund. So I paid £9.25 for glorified Danish whirl 😒

The shop was beautiful and clean. But the customer service was poor. My family walked in and no-one approached us for a table or to be seated. I had to go to the counter after 10mins of waiting to be approached for seating. Finally the waiter came after being told by myself. He seated us, but overall we kept calling the waiters for service and cutlery. Hated the slow service with no attention to detail. Won't be going back again.

Love the desserts here!! Always tastes good never been disappointed! Crepes are so delicious! The staff are very accommodating and provide a good service

$12 for a regular cup of mocha coffee, and it wasn't even the premium kind. The desserts in general were not up to standard, as if they were made from cheap ingredients. I ordered a caramel tart and it was difficult to eat and chew due to poor presentation with a hard biscuit layer. £9 for ordinary mocha, that's a mid-day robery, desserts are edible but not the best thing.

Decent cookie dough, however they gave me a child serving of ice cream, and 3 raspberries for a RASPBERRY and white chocolate cookie dough. Not good enough. And no split payments but take card ?

Don’t give good portion sizes. Minimal sauce used. The staff just talk to you like robots. Not like any other HD I’ve been to.

Strangely asked us to go upstairs, despite there being free places downstairs. The order from the app is not working, but they got our order fast enough. Then asked for a bottle of water which took ages and after the third request to bring!! I am fab of all heavenly dessert branches anyhow and I like them. I believe that they need a bit more training not to fall down.

It took 45 minutes for one waffle which is uncooked.

Undercooked waffles, even though we complained and sent it back the same style waffle came, the inside was so white and under cooked. Never had a worst waffle ever.

Horrible. Pedí un gofre con dos cucharadas de helado para llevar con un par de pasteles de dulce con natillas. Los pasteles estaban bien, pero el gofre estaba empapado y solo daban salsa de arce con él y se le echaban trozos de fresa sin nada más. Acabo de tener una porción. 10 libras se han ido a la basura. Solo había una cucharada de helado, pero me cobraron el precio completo por dos cucharadas alrededor de £ 5. Horrible personal con Horrible servicio al cliente. Chicos, tomen el recibo de su pedido y comprueben su pedido antes de irse. Fui hoy alrededor de las 7: 30 de la tarde.
