I ordered a chocolate waffle and a milkshake had to wait 15 minutes after I get my order it was wrong I asked for marshmallows but he put nuts on it and i had to get another one but had to wait another 15 minutes finally I get me order checked it and the stick was broken i told the guy it's broken he said just eat eat it with a spoon so what's the point with a waffle on a stick the waffle was really messy also the milkshake tasted like off milk half hour i waited in that shop i saw it was unhygienic i just chucked my order in the bin

1st time going to the shake house today I must say what a pleasure food was lush and freshly made to order waffle sticks fully loaded we got Nutella and orea , biscoff and a chocolate/Belgium chocolate with marshmallow and it wa so nice to top it of the staff was so friendly kind helpful and polite will definitely be going back to try out some other treats 🙂 thanks guys we really enjoy our waffle sticks xx

Shake House on Leeds Road is an absolute gem! This charming little restaurant serves up some of the best deserts and milkshakes I've ever had. As soon as you walk in, the friendly staff greet you with warm smiles, making you feel right at home. I couldn't leave without trying one of their famous milkshakes. I went for the Oreo shake, and it was simply divine. Creamy, thick, and loaded with Oreo pieces, it was the ultimate indulgence. The atmosphere at Shake House is casual and inviting, with a retro diner vibe that adds to its charm. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are attentive and efficient. very nice would recommend to everyone

Served me 2 burnt cookie doughs. Requested for 2 new ones to be sent out but was told would need to speak to management the following for a new order. They were adamant they had burnt no cookie dough. Proper let down.

Worst place to buy deserts as falooda and milk cake was awful. I have tried so many different places but this one taste very bad. Very low quality food.

I ordered some waffle sticks and some other dessert , they asked me to wait for 10 minutes , after 10 minutes he goes you didn't order it, even he took my order itself.... Then his mate reminds him ....and then he dropped waffle sticks box on the floor .... literally worst experience ever....👎👎👎

Shake jak chyba nigdzie indziej w Bradford. Przepyszne, ładnie podane. Miła obsługa. Niestety tylko 4 gwiazdki za brak menu i co najważniejsze za stan pomieszczenia, które aż woła o remont generalny. Rdza w lodówce przeznaczonej dla lodów, zniszczone szafki rzucające się w oczy przy samym wejściu. Miejsce ma potencjał ale właściciel musi to zrozumieć i zrobić remont. Polecam jako miejsce z pysznymi deserami.

Bought the lotus baby waffle felt like I was eating sand paper and saw dust! It was that dry! Compete waste of money took 3 bites and chucked the rest away, will not be going to the one on leeds road again, will warn others too.

I got the Ferrero shake it didn’t even taste of Ferrero had loads of pieces nuts in there which kept coming in my mouth not happy

Absolutely raging and fuming have been fasting all day and my cookie dough was burnt was looking forward to it and as soon as I got home and checked it was all burnt and so was my sisters , this must’ve been why they told me to wait in me car and sent the toddler to me car to drop me burnt doughs out. Not a cookie dough at all. My poor sister can’t stop cramping and has a bad stomach now !!

Brought us food on itikaaf, all paid for, very nice and tasty deserts, one of the best and one of the cheapest in Bradford. 10/10 recommendation.

Came here after hearing many great reviews. Was served by the young man Jawad who was very helpful and helped us with our order. Lots to choose from and everything is made fresh to order. We waited in our car and the desserts were brought out very quickly. They were filling and satisfying. Will definitely come back here again and will recommend. 10/10. Well done. Keep it up!

I had a really amazing experience at this desert place today, amazing milkshakes made by a young lad named hamza, really Lovley staff hamza and farry was the lads working, Mashallah Lovley milshakes made for me and the kids in no time, definitely recommend and will come again

If I can I would give 0 stars.. ordered on uber eats.. missed out food from the order twice on different occasions.. had the cheek to ask me to come and pick up my missed food when i ordered from uber eats.. customer service very poor. quantity of food very very poor... worst flooda I had... . never ordering from here again..

I love this waffle, it's the best of both tastes. Fruit is always fresh, chocolate tasty and the waffle is amazing. Usually quick delivery, would highly recommend!

Don't bother, they take your order then ring you saying you have to cancel after they have already accepted the order because they don't have a delivery driver, just eat wouldn't let me cancel due to it been accepted. Then why are you advertising delivery on just eat. The girl on the phone was useless, just cancel it on the app all she kept saying, if I cancel on the app I'm still 12 quid down, I want my money back and have been in touch with just eat to see what can be done. Useless! Edit; pretty sure I did not swear, and I have a screenshot of my order to the correct adress.

When you initially enter the shop, you get hit with a strong chemically sweet / syrupy smell, very pungent, then the staff are lounging around with long hair wafting & waving like it's a cheap photoshoot session, long claws out in their fingernails, that doesn't shout somewhere you should linger to get food from. How that is acceptable is a mystery, then the wait time is just too long considering they would rather chill n chat & engage on their phones, the food was more show than glow, it is more about sugar than giving you flavour or giving you a quality product, very disappointing but this is quite the norm, these girls don't seem malicious, just careless in delivering quality food or even half decent service. For example our 'waffle sticks' didn't stay on the sticks, they were floppy cake, smothered in chocolate sauces & sugar, more wet and floppy than 'on a stick' , the milkshakes left a bad taste & tasted more chemically if anything, not a place we plan on re-visiting. Pricing is not worth it, no where near, cheap and dazzle, places like this just make you want to stay at home & just make it yourself.

The server had 2 inch fingernails which must be a hygiene nightmare when handling food. Mediocre at best. I was told that the make your own option on the menu is no longer available but quite clearly on the menu! One of the shakes was so lacking in flavour that it tasted like nothing had been added. The other was just about drinkable. I would not order again.

Over priced milkshakes taste as if they have been watered down

I will be 100% honest. When I walked in and seen a young man making someone's desert in the back with no gloves on and in jeans and a hoodie. I was not happy and a 1 star rating was on its way. However the hound man behind the till was very kind and knowledgeable. The milkshake was amazing the best I have ever had and my daughter who is very fussy agreed. Hence the 5 star rating. You must sort out the gloves issues however.

One of the best and top milkshakes shop in West Yorkshire. I go there every week all the way from Dewsbury. They are next level. Customer service A++++

After a 45-50 min wait. Not even worthy one 1star! Waffles hard and dry. I ordered waffles for my guests, I noticed the waffles we ordered were not soft. So I called to inform the staff (after the guests had left). Someone from management answered and suggested we should have stopped our guests from eating and call instantly to complain. Only because I called once the guests had left. Terrible customer service from the man that answered who began to argue and did not believe me when I described the waffle. The point was not to replace the order. Which he made clear he did not want to do. Neither did I insist. Never going back again. Well done for the 0 customer service skills from the manager that answered. Rude and arrogant.

Great Sundaes & generously sized waffles (had the million dollar strawberry one). However, as noted by others the time to prepare felt like years. Will be back to try the signature milkshakes.

Super slow service but when the milkshake arrived it was one of the best I have had anywhere in the country. Would definitely be back.

Customer Service = Horrible. Time to get your milkshake = 2 years later I have been to this place twice. I believe in giving people a second chance, however, the second time I returned here was as bad as the first unfortunately. Customer service in store; absolutely poor and I'm being nice about it. Regarding waiting times in the shop; the first time I visited, I ordered 4 milkshakes, I was given a waiting time of 30 minutes, I returned after 30 minutes to be told my order is not ready yet. Another 30 minutes (now an hour has gone by), and finally I got my milkshakes. The second time i visited the store, I ordered 2 milkshakes, nothing fancy. I was told to wait 20 minutes, 20 minutes go by and I'm told yet again, that I have to wait another 10-15 minutes as my order was not done. They tried looking for my ticket which was among several other tickets scattered on the counter. With both doors open, tickets were flying off the counter...where's the common sense in managing basic workload and tasks. The milkshakes are lovely but the two points I've mentioned above need to be addressed by the management as no doubt it will be impacting the business negatively.

Absolutely horrible customer service manager was very arogant. ordered two boxes of waffle sticks waited ten minutes for them then to say they don't have any sticks left. I also asked to buy some strawberries and chocolate they then said i wasn't able to order that and that i could only have strawberries with cream, i offered to pay extra to just have a few strawberries with a bit of Nutella. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service from the workers, no respect and no manners.

Love this place the shakes are so nice , my only criticism would be that the leeds road branch is inconsistent with opening they say the shop is getting refurbished so maybe why closed for so long, otherwise try it. They do delivery to which is great when you can not be botherd to drive down. Would reccommend.

One of the best places in the WHOLE of Bradford to get desserts from. Always on point. The guys never fail to impress myself, Family and Friends.
