Heavenly desserts in Warwick

Came in and after giving us menus we waited for 15 minutes before we called member of staff to ask about coffee and cake for £5.95 as advertised in front at the shop… we were ignored for further 5 minutes and it seemed it-was more important to clean tables then serve us. So we left disappointed. Would never recommend this establishment..

Visited this place second time in probably around 6months time. Our first visit was very disappointing. We were just craving some nice coffee and unfortunately Starbucks was out of our favourite. It was our 4th choice. Came around as they were still doing coffee n dessert deal. We have to admit they have good marketing in place. Server have described amazingly sounding desert and we did not even minded to wait until it arrived. Our coffees arrived 25min after ordering and ‘desert’ which was just squashed croissant in waffle maker came 2-3min later. It made it sound it comes with a dip so we went with dark chocolate. When bill arrived we noticed we were charged £1.95 for the tinniest bawl of chocolate dip for 2 squashed croissants, and £3.50 for baby chino ! £3.50!!! Are you joking. It almost the same like coffees itself. Coffees came into dirty cups including little ones. So we thought we are coming for a cheap treat which ended up being more expensive than Starbucks. Second time and our experience not much better than first time.

Amazing delicious Desserts and wonderful service✨✨✨❤️. Please try their milkcake it's best in town. Also cheeacakes and Drinks are amazing.

Came here with a friend and got their milk cake and waffle it was really nice! The customer service was amazing and the staff members were so helpful. Will definitely be back!!

We had been waiting at the table for half an hour, they didn't come to provide menus at all and we started to download their App to order by ourselves. But the App is so complicated to use. I went to ask and then the waitress said she could order on their screen. 20 mins had passed since we walked in. 5mins after we placed the order, we've been told they didn't have the ingredients. They left us to reorder, said will be back soon. But no one came to us for another 10 mins. I don't stand for this sort of poor service and i think this wasn't pleasant experience. I will never go to this cafe again.

For some reason they don’t bring the food out together, so I sat and watched my ice cream melt and crepe go cold while we waited 10 mins for the other desert to come out. Don’t be fooled by the nice decor, the service was terrible and food mediocre at best.

I was very impressed with the level of service I experienced while at heavenly desserts. The milkshake I ordered was delicious, staff were friendly and made us feel very comfortable and the restaurant itself looks lovely! Will be coming again

The place was dirty floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned for weeks cld definitely do with a good mop, toilet dirty . No tables and been cleared . Behind counter looked dirty . For the price they charge I expected much higher standards . Food standards definitely need to visit . Very disappointed won't be visiting again .

Perfect spot for some quality cakes, milkshakes, ice cream and even drinks. It's open late everyday so excellent for post dinner food. I thought the customer service was particularly great as the waiters were super friendly as soon as I walked through the door.

Customer service was poor, everything came out slowly one by one, including the drinks randomly interspersing the desserts. We should have known it was going to be bad earlier though, as no one would take our order so we got fed up and used the app. Couldn’t get spoons, gave up in the end and shared with the kids. Food expensive and a couple of the desserts were not fresh. We cautiously pushed those to the side. Didn’t say anything as the kids had been excited to go so tried to make the best of it and laugh about it instead Lovely decor, a bit grimy when you looked too close in places but we were quite late in the day. The pair working behind the dessert counter were having a whale of a time though, very ‘allo allo!’ 😂

Having been excited to finally visit with my daughters and 4 granddaughters 28th September as a family treat we were extremely disappointed, the service was atrocious, no one came to take our order after being sat for 25 minutes and when asked them to take an order they still took so long to actually acknowledge us .. the 5 deserts eventually ordered took over and hour and each one came separately so we all had to eat them alone one by one … not at all the experience we expected, the deserts were ok but extremely rushed and thrown together, they continued to seat other people and take more orders, i understand that it was busy but surly if you are not coping with who you have seated already take no further bookings and offer a good service to those you have already taken orders for ! We will not return 😣

I had the pleasure of trying the new brunch menu at Heavenly Desserts, and it was truly divine! The dishes were beautifully presented, and each bite was a perfect blend of flavor and texture. A must-try for anyone looking to elevate their brunch game!🥰

My daughter insists we keep coming here because it’s pink so she likes it… but the service is sooooo bad every time! Rude, can’t be bothered, mega slow… And food is average and massively over priced.

Terrible in every sense. Popped in as a board outside saying cake and drink offer. Shown to a table by one girl and left for ages then I asked a second girl about the offer and just got ‘We don’t do it!’ twice without any explanation, on leaving I read the very tiny small print saying 9-5pm Mon-Fri and do not doing at 4pm Sat which is fine but just say that to me and don’t put the board out. Ordered two hot drinks, two waters, and a share platter. An absolute age later I had one takeaway cup practically thrown at me and muttered something I didn’t catch, turned out she was saying no clean cups. Another age later and a third girl comes over and says ‘here’s the takeaway drink you ordered’ and puts down a platter of slightly sorry looking desserts (assume say out of the fridge for a while). I said ‘Only we didn’t order takeaway because we’re sitting in, have you really not got any clean cups?’ and was met with ‘No!’ a shrug and off she went. We observed a lot of staff doing literally nothing, most tables vacant and not cleared, lad organising menus, customers walking in and straight out, heard other customers getting frustrated at 45min waits for cake for young children, and all whilst only a handful of table occupied. After a good while of watching in disbelief a fourth girl came over (tipped off by the third girl) asked if there was a problem with our takeaway drinks, I said ‘Yes. We didn’t order takeaway drinks we’re eating in. Have you really not got any clean cups?’ She said she was very sorry and seemed pretty annoyed. We then watched as she had stern words with the rest of the team, none of which did anything to help and just argued with her. She then disappeared out the back for quite a long time with us thinking she was washing cups and getting us fresh drinks. She then reemerged, did a few other things, then came over to say she it wasn’t acceptable, we replied ‘No it really isn’t. You don’t expected to be served takeaway cups somewhere supposedly nice when staying in and paying these prices’ she apologised and said it really wasn’t acceptable, to me saying ‘It’s not your fault and we appreciate you trying but I think we’ll just leave and try somewhere else’. This left a bit of a bitter taste as it was our first experience of a weekend away (first kid free in 20 years) in Warwick. Safe to say we won’t be trying any other venues either and I hope the fourth girl finds a new job with an infinity better employer and team very soon, as like us and other customers she clearly deserves better!

The customer service is awful (firstly they made us wait ages for a table when there were plenty free, they were rude and also I could hear them speaking in punjabi about customers - it is a language I am fluent in) My friend had a Sunday and the ice cream was literally melted (to the point it was the equivalent of the consistency of a melted milkshake). When we complained, they said they would remake it but did not and bought out some extra ice cream with the existing sundae. They were rude in their communications and again I could hear them speaking about how unhappy they were about the complaint stating ice cream is supposed to be runny.

I went to this beautiful place with my sister😇. This place is the real deal for anyone craving some sugar rush.The atmosphere is pretty chill🥳. Staff's friendly too, always up for a chat and giving recommendations🤩🥰🥰.

Lovely interior but unfortunately that is where it ended. Ordered the French toast pudding and expected slices of French toast with a berry conserve and ice cream. What came out was a cold, soggy bowl of watery custard and bits of disintegrating brioche. The vanilla ice cream on the side, however, was tasty. Really bad quality for the price, obviously just a cheap pre-made dessert. The waitress was friendly but had ear phones in while serving which was bad mannered. Will not be returning, please do not be fooled by the pretty aesthetics, there are many better small cafes in Leamington which really deserve your business.

This place does the best Desserts in leamington, and the staff are great and very helpful. It’s a great atmosphere in there, would really recommend this place, they have such a variety of desserts and drinks too!

Really disappointed with the front of house service. It’s a shame when you take your family out for a treat only to feel a total inconvenience to the serving staff. Can I suggest the management undertake a review of how they would like visitors to be treated and that this is shared with staff actually assisting customers with their visit. The back of house were friendly and checked we were happy with our order, which we were, so thank you to them.

Definitely lives up to its name; we love the desserts here! The staff are also really friendly, and it is always clean and comfortable. We are big fans of the decor, and they score extra points for being an establishment that has really clean bathroom facilities!

Had the American waffles a must have ! We had the strawberry and Belgium chocolate and ice cream and it was really good not to sweet Also had the ferreo rocher and chocolate Really chocolatey for those that love it ! Really good choice

After waiting around 20 minutes for our order to come out, unfortunately they forgot the order, unbelievable, not even an apologised, Extremely unprofessional, and to the point of being stupid. Even if the waitress has to confirm the entire order with us (3 peoples) 2 times. After asked if there’s is any manager, and their confirm that NO, I made the complain with one staff, I’ve refused to pay for the half order that they gave me, and making a complaint due to lack of attention, one of the attendants who was extremely abusive, trying to talk to me (soon after I’ve raised the complaint with one of them, completely disrespectful, and rude, has said to me to F*** off… I would have totally empathized if the restaurant was full, or the order was large, but it was only for 3 people. Poorly management and totally unprepared workers. I felt like I was in a children's daycare.

Coolest place for desserts in the town. I really liked how we can get our food and drinks customized. I got myself a custom cookie dough, and my friend got a grow up. The drinks are invaluable as well and I really liked the fact that the staff members were all smiles to us and even to themselves. It was a Friday evening, very busy, and yet the staff was smiling and working like a family with no pressure at all. I wish the place all the success. I'll come back surely.

Where to begin, I came yesterday in the evening with friends and frankly I regret it. Firstly The shop was a mess, dirty tables, dirty cutlery, finger prints on the plates. When my food did arrive (which was surprising) it was freezing cold, which makes sense considering it had been sat on the counter for 30 minutes, I’m impressed it could be there that long considering it was not busy either, poorly managed store, if I was you I’d stop trying to be smart by reposting old reviews to trick your customers into spending their hard earned money in store. What a disappointment I’ve traveled to all of the heavenly Desserts in the Midlands, this is without a doubt the worst one I’ve been to

Visited this place as the one we wanted to go to was shut. Stood by the sign and waited, and waited. 7 members of staff all on their phones behind the counter. Finally we were seated, not where they wanted to seat us as it was under the air conditioner. We didn’t want to freeze. Menus came, ordered and desserts came really quickly. All very nice, shame they take the menus away as we would have probably ordered something else. Not sure we would return as the staff really didn’t seem that interested.
