lovely restaurant, good food, cooked very well, serve yourself, arranged lovely, chef very nice chap, chap who seated us was pleasant & professional, kept the tables cleared, wiped down and re laid as soon as people left, you dont see that very often today. If you stay here i recommend using this restaurant

Brilliant experience. Staff were run off their feet but made the evening fab, service was great despite how busy they were. Liam especially was ensuring everyone had their orders, everything was good, and was a really lovely evening. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed the food and service given to us and at a very reasonable price, the food and service was especially outstanding and we have to give a special mention to Sharon, Tracy and the chef who are a massive credit to your restaurant.

I had the meal deal which was very good value. The prawn cocktail starter was lovely served with warm ciabatta. I had chicken katsu curry & rice with a side of broccoli and peas. It was really tasty and the peas were perfect. The tiramisu was also delicious to finish. The service was very prompt and Demi Lee was very friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this restaurant.

Staying at the Premier Inn we had our evening meal here. On entering it was extremely chilly due to the air con still running after a day of 20° but not at 7pm. I was cold throughout. Our starters were very good but my mixed grill was very disappointing and expensive for what it was. Gammon was dried out and the chicken was miniscule. Desserts. It was the weirdest Tiramisu I'd ever seen and almost tasteless. There was no vanilla ice cream available only strawberry which I dislike. Extremely noisy children in our area also contributed to spoiling the experience. Why do people not control.their offspring!

I rated 2/5 which I think was generous. Waited 10 minutes once sat for a drink. Ordered a chicken caeser salad. Turned up 45 minutes later and no dressing. Asked for dressing. Was told that was not what I ordered. Lettuce wasn't the freshest. Chicken was rolled to within 6mm of its life. Bacon pieces were burnt. Would have left just 1 star but the brownie was decent even if I did consume it in the lift.

We had a lovely meal here (curry, Burger, pizza & nuggets) Food was very nice, good portions and served hot. Staff were very friendly, attentive and didn’t wait long for any of our food or drinks. Was a bit sceptical due to other reviews but can safely say we’d eat here again.

First night served rubbery food, next night under cooked food, third night gave up after 40 mins without my order being taken, fourth night acceptable, fifth night ridiculously slow service! Looked like they were very under staffed and struggling even though the restaurant wasn't full. Breakfast was edible for a buffet style breakfast.

Visited for dinner while staying at the Premier Inn and was left disappointed. Waited 1hr for our dinner!! No apologies nothing! We got the meal deal but was told a sharing platter was an extra £7 each! Steak was an extra £2, mixed Grill was an extra £4, nachos was extra. Lots of hidden extras despite being told on the phone everything was included. Kids meal was large and only £4 but the drink was an extra £1.50. I swopped my chips for a jacket potato and was charged an extra £1 for this!! What! Not sure why a jacket would be extra instead of chips. Food was dog standard, certainly wouldn't have paid full price for this. Deal worked out £25 for breakfast which is £10, and a starter and main and drink for dinner. Staff weren't pleasant but didn't really know how much anything additional was and couldn't tell us. Wouldn't recommend it.

Staff very friendly but unfortunately have run out of half the menu for the third night in a row. Food itself seems well cooked but struggled to get something I actually wanted to eat.

Wings were better than usual but thyme restaurants on a whole aren’t very good, they’d run out of salad to the steak look very unappealing

Not a bad place to eat and rest ones weary head 🤣
