The Jephson Hotel in Warwick

Peaceful weekend. Yesterday I was so exhausted coming back, I took a shower and snuggled into bed. The room is pretty small but really cool but very cozy. Handy light switches and charger positions. Comfortable bed and great pillows. I am over the moon with the fact that the window is opening. The hotel is right at the side of the road but traffic doesn't really get too bad. My window happened to outlook the road but even with the window open it doesn't seem to be too much noise. Seems that there is not too much staff here but the ones I met this far are really friendly and happy to help. I think my room is above the restaurant bit and last night I heard a lot of laughter from there but from nine it was all quiet and decent. If you like to get to the town centre then you can take the x17 bus or to go to Stratford upon Avon x18 bus which is also the bus to take to transport museum.

We lost a bag when transferring from room to car. The only person in the vicinity who entered our room at that time was the polish chambermaid

It’s a great place to stay. They do the basics, it they do it well. Breakfast is great value and the food fresh.

Beds were comfortable. Shower great, rooms were very clean.

Stayed here twice ( a one night and a two night ) whilst working in the area. My work paid the stays so cannot give a true comment on the value for money. But the staff are nice pleasant people. The rooms very clean. Cleaning staff do a great job. The breakfasts are nice and all you can eat. Overall a nice experience. I would stay here as a paying guest

Met with a group of ex Raf colleagues had a good lunch pleasant surroundings.

But overall it's ok I'm here for the second time and there were no problems. If you're looking for luxury this is not the hotel. If you're looking for accommodation for 2, 3 nights it's ok.

Hotel a little dated in communal areas and bedrooms although my bathroom was clean and modern. Bedroom could do with a good hoover as lots of hair in the variety when I checked in and still there on the second day. This place is saved by the breakfast though. Really tasty, well prepared and finally somewhere that does crispy hash browns. Again just let down by mugs and bowls that hadn't been fully cleaned. Music from the bar was quite noisy and went on until 1130pm, if it hasn't have stopped at that time I was about to speak to reception but I get that there's got to be a balance!

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Jephson! The staff were incredibly polite and friendly, especially Disha at reception, who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable visit. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and well-maintained.

Great staff. Tiny room for the normal price this hotel charges that would be fine (£40-60) but when I paid £100 for a very small room and a single bed it's a bit much.

Had w/e break, couldn't fault it, room and bed comfortable, staff all friendly. Breakfast good.

Staff was very supportive. Mr. Dalvinder from post office not only handed over my BRP, but also proactively provided driving license form.

Lovely check in at reception, very helpful and a nice friendly face :) Dinner was fab, tasty pizza and they accommodated dairy free allergies. The room was lovely, walls could do with a paint tho. The bed was really comfortable, and I fell asleep super quick. In the morning, the shower was actually amazing, good pressure and water temperature control too. Room has a TV, hairdryer, kettle with tea and coffee, and more towels than I knew what to do with! Checkout was quick and simple, everyone eli spoke with was lovely :)

Good hotel with a central location, within walking distance to the city center. The breakfast selection was a bit limited but still solid. Rooms were compact yet comfortable and very clean. Friendly service.

Nice hotel. Great location. Breakfast good. Dining not so, very limited and basic menu. Shame.

Room 40. As soon as you open the window to let some air in you’re hit with an incredibly strong odour of fried cooking. Great if that’s what helps you get hungry, really bad if you aren’t keen to get your clothes drenched on oily smells. Apart from that ok, room looked pretty tired.

The lady working at the breakfast bar was quite lovely I think she deserves a raise!

Poky room with an uncomfortable bed and pillow. Staff lovely however and convenient for town.

Fantastic hotel with character. Outstanding value for money, clean, safe and friendly staff. Short walk into centre (8 mins) and free car park. Will be using again!

The hotel is really broken up so if you have multiple heavy bags you need to ask for a room close to reception.

Old and dates. Better value for money at other hotels in the area.

Beds were comfortable, clean hotel and great service. Really enjoyed the food in the bar and breakfast in the morning! Such a great selection of food. I would definitely stay there again 🙂
