Well located dominoes serving classic dominoes pizza - you always know what you are getting when you order from dominoes.

i ordered from here afew months ago and got a delivery person on a bike who works at the dominos pizza place. the food was lovely but unfortunately the service was disgraceful.. he became abusive, threatening and I did find out his name, he was arrested a couple of days later and charged with public order offense. I used to love the place but now I will NOT be using that branch again. I would mention his name but I've been advised not to.

Always friendly helpful staff here with pizzas at decent prices. Could do with a nicer seating area if you're waiting for food though, a bit uncomfortable.

Worst pizza place ever!! Deliver pizzas that look like they’ve been kicked down the road. Can’t get the toppings right! Don’t give refunds - forget to send replacements, when they say they will, then they deny any knowledge of the pisspoor service! If you want a Domino’s then try Leamington cause this one is shocking!

Going downhill. Tonight's Cheese & Tomato pizza was seriously lacking cheese! Noticed less topping's on pizza's over last few months. There are far better Pizza places in Warwick and they're better value too. Update - Was asked to contact Customer Service, which I did. Can't fault their response. They listened and refunded me. Fair play to the store manager and the HQ Customer service staff for being fair, responsible and reasonable. Have updated star rating from 2 to 4, as a result.

Not as good as Domino's in Honley nearer where I live in Yorkshire

Fast cooking after ordering in store, but there were a number of people waiting to collect when we did and it was a bit haphazard.

Terrible I'm disgusted because me and my wife are not good ordering online we got no help what's so ever when we phoned up explaing this as if we spent 35 pound online we could get half price . So we had to phone up gave us nothing also I'm allergic to cheese so online please tell me how to say a ttbq no cheese ?

We have a pizza usually every 2 weeks but tonight was very poor, the crust was thin in places and thick in others and toppings fell off the base. Also not very hot. Might have to try somewhere else in future.

The staff were more interested in banter with each other than getting our order right, we arrived to collect out pizza which was ready but they had forgotten our side order, a 10min wait with no appolegy and a pizza that sat around while the side was cooked.

Worst dominos ever! 2 hrs after ordering and still at quality check status, they don’t answer the phone don’t waste your money or your time. Should be closed down.

Domino bot said ready for collection, arrived. "You'll have to wait another 4-5minutes". Sort your service out as your charging premium rate for a 1 star performance.

Look very disgusting, box was very wet, when called they were very rude, no compensation, no refund, but they replaced it. Thanks for nothing.

Forgot part of our order and we were told it would be sent straight away. This was not true as apparently when the driver goes out to deliver they have to drive the most efficient route which meant that our order was put to the back of the queue!! How ridiculous, so after 30 minutes of the rest of our dinner getting cold it finally turned up. To be fair to the manager he apologised and gave us a refund.

Dont trust the app, waited ages for the app to say my pizza was ready, gave up and went to pick up my pizza, only to find out it must of been ready for ages as it was now cold. Staff couldn't of cared less!

Didn't take too long to make, nice atmosphere.

Went in for late night food after being stuck in hospital for hours. We asked for two medium pizzas but were advised by very friendly staff a large mixed pizza would be cheaper. We took his advice and were very impressed with the service and the pizza. It came in the time stated and was very good quality. We only went in because of the time and all other food outlets were closed, but were glad we did. Very well done Domino's. Will recommend you to others.

When I went to this dominos with my friends the staff were extremely kind.... we ordered a pickup and they were running 7 minutes late but me and my friends had a good chat whilst we were waiting and didn’t mind at all ( it wasn’t there fault they were running behind because we asked them if they could cook it after 45 minutes has been as we had to go to Tesco) we only took 30 minutes so it was fine and because of that the man gave us 2 free drinks ( he didn’t have to) so definitely go to Warwick dominos next time you want pizza xx

Always got to love the Domino's app! Simple, easy to use and informative. Collection was easy from the Warwick store, I even managed to get a parking space in the bays outside, which is a rarity! Pizzas were both nice, well cooked and a good level of toppings on them. My only gripe, and this isn't with the store but with Domino's itself, is that there is now only one vegetarian pizza choice! Which means I'm always having to personalise my half and half options. I was annoyed 2 years ago when they switched the veggie volcano one to a calm veggie option, but at least there were two veggie options - they just just have assumed that veggies don't like spice! So now every time I order I have to choose the same pizza for each half and then make different amends to reach side. I am thankful however that the option to do half and half is available, otherwise I'd be screwed!

Ordered at 19:40pm, waiting for it to be delivered until 21:40pm, called them many times but no one answers. Have to go to the shop to cancel the order, staff stand there chatting but not answering phone. Really disappointed, will never ever order from them again. Not worth one star.

I ordered at 8:45pm last night and chose 9:30pm as the delivery time expecting it to be on time as usually dominos deliver within about 20-25 mins. The tracker had been on “prep” since 9:15pm. I appreciated that it was New Year’s Eve and they must have been super busy so I waited until about 9:55pm to call but no answer. I kept calling until past midnight but still no answer and by this time the order had been cleared so I couldn’t track it anymore (I assume they closed). This is honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called them up today and apparently they were too busy to even take calls as the oven in the Leamington store had broken down. All it takes is one communication to customers apologising and explaining the situation but we were just left waiting and trying to contact them all night instead! Safe to say NYE was ruined for me and my guests! The best they could do is refund the money which takes 3-5 working days.
