amazing service and food today the team were fantastic well done and thank you. i recommend the roast here its to die for.

I booked Heathy Farm following my husband's funeral. We had afternoon tea which was superb. The sandwiches were lovely and the scones were served fresh and warm. The room was lovely and have us access to the garden. I would 100% recommend them and thank you.

The serving/waiting staff were absolutely brilliant in spite of being short staffed and running about here and there. Unfortunately the same cannot be said of the food. The child’s roast included one slice of beef which was fatty, tough, over cooked and inedible, 2 pieces of hard brocolli, 4 bits of carrot, some roast potatoes and a rock hard Yorkshire pudding. The trio of roast was not much better, veg was hard and again the beef was tough and not medium as stated but the turkey and pork were edible. We also had the scampi which was ok and the hunters chicken which was ok too, not much sauce to it though and no choice to have veg or chips or potatoes with either. For the price of the meals I think it would be fair to say that half the price would be too much for what you get! Now the desserts are a different story - absolutely lovely and delicious. I can’t say enough though about how good the waiting staff were even though under pressure they apologised, kept smiling and did their job as best they could even with the chef shouting profanities at them which could be heard quite clearly by customers.

I am regular visitor to Heathy with my two daughters, and the service we receive is absolutely amazing! The duty manager Carla is super amazing with my daughters The food….. well …. I cannot fault the quality. Thank you all at the Heathy for an always pleasant dining and more experience

Came in April with my family and had amazing service and fantastic food! The kids menu is such good value so we decided to come back today but the food and service was disappointing. We waited for a while to be shown to a table. Whilst the host was very thoughtful of anticipating what my children needed for dinner she lacked any kind of hospitality/service. Food was very disappointing and lacked any flavour. The portion sizes for the children’s meals were not as big as before. Our initial server was very polite but then we seemed to be left on our own and I had to go to the bar to order dessert after waiting sometime. Sadly based on this visit I would not return.

Fantastic experience at Heathy Farm today. We were served by Tinashe and Natasha who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best service. Menu offering is great - we ordered mains and dessert, all of which were delicious. Very dog friendly too and made our dachshund super welcomed! Would absolutely recommended 🌟

Last time we come here, we bought our friends which was very disappointing as they didn’t have a number of items on the menu that we wanted, now the same thing happened. This time I wanted salt and pepper, squid for a starter, and my wife wanted salmon Florentine for a main, but again didn’t have it on the menu. Waited quite awhile for our food, but when it come out, I had the trio roast and my wife had chicken Caesar salad, mine was quite nice but only got one piece of broccoli, one carrot cut in half and half an apple, which was disgusting,taste like it was bad. My wife’s croutons were all soggy, so she never ate them. Don’t think we’ll be going back here again as this is the second time it’s happened. Very very very disappointing

Another great visit, this time 10 of us, 6 adults and 4 children. All our meals were fantastic. The staff are amazing. It was nice to see Martin again.

This place is accessible and convenient for post funeral gatherings. We booked for 50 people, it was shocking. Not enough staff, poor bar service, a 10 min wait. Staff pleasant but under alot of pressure. A buffet for 50 that covered about 20. When we arrived the private room was readied but they were clearly over run. The food was poor, the sandwiches were shocking and everything was limited. Considering that the family had just left a cremation, they had no thought when my sister in law complained - handed her £30 from a £650 payment. My advice - go elsewhere. Very poor.

Over priced food. Went there with friends and family for a Sunday roast. The service was slow but okay. The roast “supposed to come out pink” according to the menu and waiters. But it was rather over cooked and chewy covered in gravy. The plate was small, with few spuds, yorky and two thin slices of meat. £15.99 not worth the money. However, the kids roast plates were great for £4.26. The young lad took our order was excellent and knowledgeable. However, rest of the staff had no clue. We gad to ask for a pint three times, then for kids ice cream another fee times. I asked for espresso with a spot of milk and they brought me espresso with a separate cup of milk which they charged me extra .75p. Ridiculous! I dont mind paying .75p where im soending £150 but will i be going there again? Nope 👎

Had a lovely meal and looked after very well by Darcy who was very polite and attentive. Food was served promptly and was as expected. Also received Defence discount, so glad Green king offer this to armed forces veterans

A perfect venue for a small, surprise 80th Birthday gathering for my mum and her friends. And great value for money.

This is out second visit and im a bit disappointed. Came in with family for lunch and was greeted by a young women who was very nice and welcoming however we ordered food amd drinks and took ages to arrive even though we had ordered a small dish. Also the music in the pub is to loud we could hardly here each other from the other end of the table.

Used Heathy Farm for a wake after a funeral nearby. Food and drink were faultless as was the room we were allocated. Staff were very professional from when I booked right throughout. Would highly recommend.

Had taken a couple of family members here for Sunday lunch. One word - diabolical! Starters and mains very much ‘mum’s gone to Iceland’. Halloumi fries burnt beyond belief, and the roast dinner I wouldn’t give to my dog, small portion and looked like it had been cooked and plated up by an 8 year old. I was extremely embarrassed to say the least will not return, go elsewhere is my advice.

This was an annual Christmas gathering with 22 members of the same family, we were very impressed with the quality of the food and in general the service, particularly in the restaurant was excellent. The point I wanted to bring to the managements attention is when the same helpful staff are behind the the bar we become invisible, I appreciate they must feel under staffed and feel they can only serve one customer at a time but, it only takes seconds to say ‘I will be with you as soon as can’. I stood there for literally 5 minutes or more, when the staff eventually acknowledged me, they apologised for the wait.

I met a friend for lunch today here and was pleasantly surprised by the food and how clean the place looked. I have not been before and will now definitely be back. The lady who served us was so happy and helpful, her name was Stef, I believe that’s what she said, she had red/purple hair. Anyway, I will be back soon maybe to try the roast on a Sunday. Visited local pub with family recently and had a great service by Maggie. She gives a warm welcome to my little girl and showed her around the play area it made her day and asked to go back that nice lady's pub again. Just want to say thank you so much to all of staff we had a brilliant time.

This pub is opposite the crematorium so I guess is used to catering for wakes. The service and attentiveness of the team at this pub was great. The food however wasn’t. The lamb hotpot was tough and served with limp boiled veg. The Scampi the sort you get for £1 in Iceland. Kids food ok but obviously just cooked from frozen. Disappointing as quite expensive for what you get.

After having a really bad experience and another Green King pub/restaurant the Heathy Farm was fantastic, our lovely lady Stef was absolutely wonderful. Made sure we was ok with anything, couldn’t fault her whatsoever, friendly, cheerful and very professional. Food was very good and didn’t have to wait to long for starters and mains to come.

We called up and were offered a table, really good service from all the staff, especially Stef. It's a really good family restaurant and the food is well priced and very tasty. Would highly recommend.

This was my 1st visit to Heathy Farm and it was a good one. The service was prompt, professional and with a smile, thank you Stef. The menu is extensive. We ordered 4 different dishes and all were good and the bill for 4 people which included 4 mains, 3 deserts and 5 drinks was a very reasonable £58. Will definitely visit again.

Thomas the Chief at Heathy Farm is amazing on every level visits for Sunday lunch we have had amazing food on every occasion.Lunch arrived piping hot, meat and veg cooked perfectly, meat is always moist no matter which roast you choose it is the best Sunday roast in the hole of Crawley/Horley I would definitely recommend this place to anyone anytime. The staff are always so attentive and friendly excellent service thank you.
