One of their drivers nearly hit my car speeding

We were originally delivered an incorrect dish but after calling up they quickly rectified this and got the correct one sent out within 5-10mins. Food was delivered earlier than the time advised which was great!

Had a bombay curry.... very tasty but not as hot as was expecting. Onion bhaji starter was great.

This is what i paid for medium portion of Lambg Rogan Josh. They charged me £8.50 3 chunks of meat in it. Very poor food ! I don't recomand this guy’s, just check reviews before you go there

We were very disappointed in tonight's meal, onion bhaji was uncooked all batter and not much onion, our korma and bhuna was a bit watery/oily, rice was nice, poppadums were ok, but that was it, even the salad was looking not fresh, it went cold quick too, normally get a good meal from here, but not tonight 🙁🙁🙁

Chicken pakoras are the best I've tasted. Chicken passanda, pilau rice and garlic naan were delicious. Will definitely be ordering again.

This place has never failed to be spot on. We have been ordering here for years now and it's the best Indian food in Bournemouth in my opinion. We've tried other places at times due to distance or other people ordering but this place cant be beaten.

Madras was flavourless and had the consistency of water, it was more of a drink than a curry. Sag aloo or sak aloo as it's written down on the menu was also totally flavourless. The only thing that had any flavour was the mint sauce.

Food never arrived! When the driver called me and said he was outside he wasn't, when I tried calling the driver he kept ending the call!!

Only one garlic naan arrived despite paying for two.

First time using heart of India as my usual Indian takeaway has changed ownership and isn't very nice anymore. I wish I had started using heart of India ages ago. The food was really nice and the delivery time was quick for a Saturday night

Have you got a new chef/owners? Sorry but today's was awful, soggy fried rice, watery Kurma and bland Patia - most unlike you guys?

If I could give this place a minus review I would. We ordered online for delivery and paid and an hour later when our food hadn’t arrive my husband called the store. They said they had no recognition of our order. We then sent them a text of the confirmation of payment and order and they still refused to release the order. They have taken our money and completely refused to deliver the food. Would never order from here again

For the third time in a row the food arrived only slightly warm and had to be re-heated!!! The shop is less than 5 minutes away by car!!

We've previously had very yummy food from your restaurant however this evening was a little disappointing, the naan bread was very hard and we were unable to eat it and sadly alot of the food was cold! Admittedly the flavours where still very good its just such a shame for the money our meal was a little ruined this evening

Went for the £19.95 set meal for 2 - yes for 2! and it was a fantastic value. Starter, two curries, sharing rice, sag aloo, peshwari naan, poppadoms, salads and dips - Hot and fresh, very tasty. Polite and friendly driver. Highly recommend.

The delivery person was on time, polite, and courteous. The food was fine, nothing special. We ordered poppadoms, as you normally get some with the meal and we wanted extra, we only got two poppadoms.

Most of the food was cold the only thing that had some heat to it was the curries the onion bahjies were cold the chips were cold and the naan was cold we will not be ordering again from this takeaway again

Best Samosas in town. The biryani was fresh like everything else and good quality and quantity of meat. Prawn puri could be improved and the puri was packed with the prawns so arrived soggy so let the rest of the meal down. Would recommend and order again from here. Delivery was early by a lovely driver. It arrived hot.

Apart from the cheese, Nan not being very cheesy. That was amazing, one of the best Indians I've ever had.
