Return visit for brunch after tea and cake a couple of weeks ago. This is a lovely and friendly cafe where healthy means tasty treats. Really excellent food. Come on Broadstone what's the matter with you - you've got two butchers doing their best to up your carbon footprint but you can't keep this place full all day Saturday!?!?!?

This place is awesome, nestled away in the middle of Broadstone parade, the food, drinks and service are AAA rated. Only just discovered but would recommend to couples, solo visitors, families and even to sit and base with your laptop for a wee while. Really nutritious food and reasonably priced Had the Thai Satay Buddha Bowl and some carrot cake 🤤

Lovely coffee and banana and chocolate loaf

I've been a couple of times now, once for just a drink and once for lunch. For lunch, I had a tasty sweet potato and coconut soup. I've also tried both the beetroot latte and the tumeric chai latte. I personally prefer the tumeric option but I enjoyed the beetroot latte. I like the fact that they make an effort to give healthy but delicious food.

I went for lunch with two friends a couple of days ago. One lives locally and is a frequent customer. I really wish I lived locally. I’d be in there a few days a week. The food is fresh, delicious, plentiful and beautifully presented. There are lovely people working there, too - polite, kind, friendly and efficient. The food is great value. There is a really extensive range of vegan food (including cake). My friends aren’t vegan but also raved about it. I wish I had the opportunity to sample everything (vegan) on the menu. What a fabulous advertisement for a healthy lifestyle. There is an outdoor car park in a road almost opposite so if you’re visiting anywhere nearby, I’d recommend you take a detour and indulge yourself. Worth it!

Very tasty, light food. Garden outside could be a little smarter. Prices reasonable.

Cant rate the food highly enough. Really why do I waste my time eating the same old rubbish, when here it was delicious, nutritious and really satisfying. I will definitely be back again. This is how all cafes should be so sad there are so few like this. A real find for those trying to be fit and healthy.

Good vegan options available. They have vegan porridge, vegan smoothies, vegan bruschettas, toasties, vegan cakes and a quite nice options of vegan milk for drinks. The staff was very nice and attentive.

We called in after our Saturday morning run - we are visitors who were staying locally and were looking for a coffee and something to eat in Broadstone. We couldn't have picked anywhere better - the food choices were interesting so we tried the avocado/chili, and the hummus/cucumber/feta, on toast. They were tasty and the coffee was excellent. We were able to eat in the little courtyard at the back of the cafe. The only disappointment? It isn't open on Sundays or we would have been back the next day!

The best coffee I've ever had! Great, unique drink selection and a wide range of deliciously healthy foods. The Avocado bruschetta is a personal favourite and I find myself thinking of it often! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, this cafe is a true gem. Well done Healthy Habits!

A lovely cafe with a really interesting menu for breakfast, brunch and lunch. Far more interesting than your average bacon bap or sandwich. Would definitely recommend the pancakes! Also the falafel wrap! The salad bowls are also the most delicious salad bowls I've come across.Definitely worth a visit.

I have always avoided eating as nowhere seems to understand plant based eaters... until I found this place. I live in Corfe Mullen and when I walked by I looked at the menu and knew I had to visit. This is the best place I have ate at in atleast 5 years. I visited with my partner and we had two super bowls and two smoothies. Everything was perfect for a vegan who doesnt want to eat junk and fake burgers. I now plan to try every vegan item on the menu! The cakes on the counter looked amazing but I was too full to try after the last visit but I'm looking forward to trying one on my next visit with a chai latte. The staff were all super friendly too which was a bonus and it feels good to eat in a small local business.First review I have ever left for a business but I really believe this place is great and I wish the owners every success. :)

I’m so passionate about healthy eating and well impressed brilliant, lovely pankcakes and berry smoothie this place should close the like of Mac Donald’s down and we would have a lot less problems in society.

One of my favourite places to visit for lunch . Stumbled across here one lunch break and keep coming back . All the food is yummy and bonus that it’s healthy . Drinks are really good and it’s reasonably priced . Was great for me as well when I was pregnant with cravings as I could eat cake( sugar free ) and have a wholesome lunch regularly without feeling guilty . I’m always telling friends and family to visit and I do bring them along.Unique place with a chilled out vibe . Keep doing what you’re doing .

They just make the most amazing healthy food from their porridge to salads and wraps. Plus great cakes and coffee. I am a coffee snob and it is great. Listening to other customers that are all planning on coming back for more. Also very very nice staff.

popped in out of curiosity but was greatly surprised, really friendly staff nothing too much trouble and the food, yes it is all healthy. even though a meat eater myself I did enjoy my meal, who knows I might just be tempted to break the habit of a lifetime and eat more healthily myself. Will definitely be going frequently and telling my friends. Hope Healthy Habits does well and expands as they deserve to. Keep it up guys.

Really nice cafe in Broadstone, loads of vegan options, always freshly made (and toasted) wraps as well as a full menu and daily specials. Nice range of snack bars too :-)

Food was good but tables very close together as only small venue so take out for me!

I had been meaning to try this place for ages after reading about it in the local rag. I have not really tried that hard to make time because usually with these kind of places generally speaking in my experience it’s a gimmick! Well there’s no gimmick just genuine honest tasty healthy food and the coffee is great and made properly.I had a flat white and some really nice soup. Normally I wouldn’t have soup as I’ve a big appetite but the portion sizes are very generous and good value for money. There’s probably only one negative about this place for me and that’s no WIFI. But don’t quote me on that as I didn’t ask however when I searched I couldn’t find a network. One thing I will say though these guys no about flavour and there foods presented nice. Hopefully the more I visit the better I’ll get to know the menu but I’m liking what I see so far. Even if you don’t really like the menu they make best cup of coffee in Broadstone fact! Trust me I’m a real snob when it comes to coffee I rate them in my top 3 places to get a coffee in the whole area! The blend taste good they don’t over heat the milk on the flat white so you get the correct taste and it’s the correct size. Most places either do good coffee and average food Or good food average coffee. This place dose both good and as I said best cup of coffee in Broadstone. If your from out of the area Broadstone is known locally as an affluent area even middle class although slowly changing due to the get it on tick brigade and the keeping up with the joneses crew. So you’d think people wouldn’t put up with substandard coffee but they do (money can’t buy taste), this place though really does make coffee worth paying that bit extra for!

This cafe is such a pleasant change from the standard tea shop or "Costa" type of bland coffee shop. The menu is interesting and tempts you to try something just a bit different whilst also being lighter and healthier than the usual standard menu. Prices are very reasonable for this area, service is always welcoming and friendly. Best of all though is the coffee, the best flat white i've tasted since being the home of flat whites in Australia and New Zealand. Go try it!

A place that is now local to us, so we are there nearly every week, staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent, always something new to try, and they will make anything for you, if it’s not there.

I had a chicken wrap and mug (huge) of breakfast tea. For some one who usually has a bacon sandwich it tasted so good. Very filling as well, recommend to all who visit Broadstone. Great value for money and amazing flavour filled wrap.

Love this cafe. It’s now my much go to cafe in Broadstone (see ya laters costa). The coffee is amazing, food stunning and plentiful and the staff are really friendly and happy to accommodate dietary tweaks and changes.

The food is scrumptious! Such a cute place and really friendly people, definitely recommend going in for breakfast/brunch/lunch you'll want everything on the menu.

Superb quality food. I'm not a veggie but the selection and taste of the salads were outstanding. Had a selection of 2 salads along with a chicken avocado wrap, excellent. Don't know what coffee they use but far better than the big chains. Highly recommended. Protein pancakes are also great, just ask and they'll customise.

Something a little different, great tasting coffee and amazing salads, wraps and sweet treats, all with a healthy kick, a lovely little cafe to either sit in or take away.

I can't recommend Healthy Habits more highly. Molly and Brennan who own the place are lovely and everything on the menu is too my taste. Even if I'm in a rush I know I can be in and out with fresh tasty food in 5mins. My favourite are the heathly brownies and juices. Molly makes everything from scratch and it definitely shows as it's all delicious. There are a few healthy places around Poole but this is by far the best.

Amazingly tasty healthy food here. Friendly staff and dog friendly too. I come here anytime I can. Also get my take away coffee here. Love all the dairy free milk choice. Have to get here early for the lunchtime salads. They’re scrumming 😋

Recently heard about this place and was not disappointed. Took a friend with me for a sort of breakfast. I decided to opt for porridge and it has to be the most delicious porridge I've ever tasted. My friend had a wrap which she said she enjoyed. I had a special cold coffee (protein I think it was). Lovely. Definitely be back and thank you.

Had a really good fresh salad bowl, which was very tasty. But it wasn’t great to listen to the staff talking about other customers they’d had in. The customer experience needs some work as they have strong competition elsewhere in Broadstone. Food great though!

Had lunch here with my family last week. I had the nicest freshest salad I have had for weeks and everyone loved their wraps, salads and soup. Well done guys. If you live in Broadstone and you haven’t tried this yet, please do. If you are passing through, I think you will get the healthiest tastiest breakfast or lunch.

We visited on a Saturday afternoon and the cafe itself is cute and quirky and a few tables to eat in.

Awesome wrap. Chicken and avocado and vibrant kale salad. The decaf latte was a work of art, almost looked too perfect to drink... but I did!

Healthy food freshly prepared while you wait - good range of breakfast dishes, including vegetarian and sugar free items. Also have sugar free cakes which we tried previously and are excellent! Newly opened, and a nice change from the usual cafes. Also do lunch menu and takeaway drinks.

I love it here! I had a superfood hot chocolate & a slice of homemade gluten free cake. It is so nice to finally have a place like this in Poole where you can get healthy food options that cater to a range of diets. I have already recommended it to friends and family members and will definitely be going back again!

Good spot for tea and cake on a suburban shopping street on the Honiton-Portsmouth road that takes you past Poole. We enjoyed their sugar-free carrot cake and chocolate cake.
