Just Bean Ground in Poole

We visit Just Bean Ground every time we go to Poole. Excellent food and friendly service, even gave our dog a treat too.

Great place with great coffee and cake etc. Right on the river front at Poole so a great place to relax

The Just Bean Ground Cafe has a really comfortable feel and offers good food and drink and lovely friendly staff. It is always our stop of choice after our journey to Poole from Ringwood.

I was in for a lunchtime snack with my Mum and Dad, we ordered and were served within a good time. The food was prepared fresh for us and the portions were not too big and not too slow. One of the orders was a special request and again this was no problem either. I'd be happy to recommend for a sandwich, wrap, etc

Ideal place to have a quick snack and drink when visiting poole in this very nice and very clean cafe (5 stars). Service warm and friendly, Toasted tea cakes and toasted sandwiches are a must. Whole grain brown bread was so nice with chicken and salad. On one occasion tea was slightly cold but was replaced with no hassle or quibble, oh yeah chocolate milkshake was brilliant.

My husband and I both went for the breakfast deal, 2 sausage, bacon and egg wraps with a hot drink. The wraps were packed solid, hot, and held together with every bite. Very filling and tasty. A warm and friendly service was received. Outside seating area very clean as was the toilet facilities.

Such a lovely friendly cafe ! Staff are very welcoming and lovely me and my friend always make sure to stop by for lunch whenever we are in Poole. Amazing food too and a perfect price point !

Been here a few time now with family and the service and food is always excellent. If in Poole I would always choose to stop here for the great coffee, toasted snacks and the more than reasonable price. Always nice to see an establishment that is dog friendly also.

We discovered this business during the lockdown when we were looking for a local sandwich delivery place for lunch and when restrictions lifted we knew there was only one place to go for lunch. Not only is the food to die for but the staff are so friendly. Everything is freshly made and if you do go don't forget to ask for one of Emma's amazing flapjacks you will not regret it.

Usally have this as a weekly takeaway treat but since we was in poole had to come say hello only thing better then the amazing food is the service they are all amazing and emma makes the best flap jacks x great value for money well worth every penny

Best Sandwiches, baguettes and wraps in Poole. Staff are always friendly. And the (Vegan) smoothies are to die for. 100% recommend!

Popped into Poole on the hunt for a good smoothie and found Just Bean Ground. Really lovely staff who went above and beyond to help and the vegan choices from Smoothies, to Shakes and Ice Cream were amazing!

Excellent food and service so worthy of many visits as it has a selection of choices to enjoy each time.

Having popped down to Poole for a short ride today, we had a stroll around the Quay area and came across this lovely coffee shop. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I had a cappuccino plus ice-cream and my wife had a pot of tea with a toasted tea cake. We were very impressed with our visit. And we highly recommend, many thanks Ray & Anne

I absolutly love it here! I honestly believe these guys serve the best toasted wraps/sandwiches, cakes ect in all off poole, not only is the food amazing, and more than reasonably priced the staff are always super friendly and more than efficient,thank you again for the perfect pick me up snack!

Lovely cafe excellent service and very very dog friendly. Really attentive and lovely coffee and breakfast. Would really recommend and do allow dogs inside and out.

Found this by chance, a good choice of sandwich, pannini and wrap fillings. 3 of us had toasties, which were made with "proper" bread. They were scrummy. I had homemade coleslaw on the side. A friend had scone, jam and cream, which was very nice. There was also a good selection of cake. Very reasonably priced. Good covid measures. Nice friendly prompt service.

What a wonderful find, we went in for lunch with our little dog the staff were fabulous and so friendly, I had a salad (which was huge) hubby had a baguette both of which were freshly prepared and extremely tasty.

We decided to have a light lunch and popped into here. What a surprise. Great toasted sandwiches and wraps. Loved the smoothie, will definitely go back when in Poole again.

Spending a few hours in Poole we wanted somewhere to get a quick bite to eat and came across Just Bean Ground by chance . What a Gem! Speedy service , nice coffee And Toasties . They even had their own version of subsidised eating out for part of the week . The staff were very welcoming and very efficient and very safety conscious . Would recommend for lunch anytime .

It was are first visit here and will not be the last.we stopped here for coffee and a sandwich the coffee was one of the best coffee I have tasted and piping hot just how I like it.the sandwich was lovely thick bread and Fresh the service was second to none.keep up the good work

First time we had tried this coffee shop. Excellent cappuccino, good pot of tea. Had delicious brown bread toasties which we shared, they put on two plates with salad and coleslaw on each, never had to ask them to split, just did it as part of the service. Very friendly and attentive staff, tables cleaned properly in the current climate, no worries.

I have dropped in here a couple of times now. Very friendly welcome. The coffee is is excellent and I love that you get a decent sized cup for a very reasonable cost. The bacon sandwich was delicious- good quantity/ quality of bacon and soft bread, we will be back with the kids to test the smoothies.

My husband and I sat outside for coffees and baguettes - the food was fresh and delicious and the coffees fab. The guy serving us was very friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed this place.

We decided to stop here for a Dorset Cream Tea Beautiful Sat outside Not sure if he was the Owner or just the Waiter Very Welcoming and we enjoyed our Cream Tea Definitely 5 Stars Excellent

We love Just Bean ground! The staff are always so so friendly & nice. Food is fresh & well prepared. Amazing coffees and their smoothies are the best in town! Been here several times & it is always a fantastic visit! Keep doing what you are doing guys!

While on holiday we decided to have a look at Poole. My husband and I have been here before, but this year our daughter and her husband were with us. When we arrived we all said its "coffee time" we found this lovely coffee shop. The owner was very polite and pleasant. We ordered and took a seat outside. It was lovely just sitting relaxing. The coffees were lovely. Would we go back again..... YES.

A day trip to Poole, and saw this place in the main shopping area, lovely little cafe serving really nice food at a sensible price, very friendly and welcoming, sadly I love in Cornwall, please open a place there and my wife and I would be regulars.

We visited here on a sunny day so sat outside and enjoyed a scone and a milkshake each. Service was great, they were very quick to give the tables a clean before we sat down and they took our order quickly too.The gentleman taking the orders was very friendly as was the lady inside. I've walked past many times but this was our first visit and I imagine one of many more!Thanks again

Popped in for a coffee & a cake with friends while shopping in Poole high street. It's at the top end of the shopping street close to the marina & lifting bridge. Nice coffee & a good selection of cakes. A nice varied normal coffee shop menu.Tried to say thanks when we left but the staff had disappeared from the front of house for the last circa 10 minutes of our visit.

We recently visited Poole for a day out. We stopped for a quick bite to eat before heading home.We both ordered a toasted sandwich. I had mine on brown bread and my husband white bread. We both was impressed with the quality of the bread, it was delicious. Both sandwiches had a good amount of filling. I had coleslaw as a side option and my husband had crisps, we both shared and had half and half. We found the food good quality and very reasonably priced. The service was good. Toilets nice and clean.We probably would have a nice fresh piece cake to take home... But didn't seem to be any. I didn't ask and it was late in the afternoon. (so could have been some available). We would recommend and would visit again. :)

Not a great coffee dinker but love a bargain. Offer on large mugs of coffee. In fact I have to say it was excellent nice coffee lovely staff.

Being grockles on holiday we are always wary of cafes on the main throughfare however in this instance it was unfounded.A gem of a cafe with great food at reasonable prices and friendly fast service.Clean and tidy including the toilets.Highly recommended and that's rare for me to do.

Whilst in Poole we called into this cafe for morning coffee around 1130. There was no one else in the cafe so we chose a table by the window in the sunshine and this also enabled us to people watch on the High Street.The lady behind the counter was friendly and took our order. Coffees were reasonably priced and a good size.We didn’t stay for food, The menu for food is limited to jacket potatoes and sandwiches, as well as cake.There is one toilet at the back of the cafe and this was clean and tidy.Nice cafe and would definitely return.

My wife and I with our grown up daughter spent a day in Poole. We are a pair of twirlys so we amble instead of walking. We had never been to Poole and were very please to find how flat the place is. After arriving we followed the signs for the quay. It proved to be a long long walk through a shopping area. all small shops , no high strret large stores, which made for a long time browsing. after about 1 and a half hours we felt like a cuppa. and we chose JUST BEAN GROUND more because thats where we happened to be. What a good choice. the teas and latte that we ordered were served with love and friendly chat. The ladies working there were all bubbly personalities and made out stay memorable

A really friendly welcome from the man in the coffee shop. We stopped by as it looked busy - always a good sign. The menu had a good variety of jackets, sandwiches, cakes etc.Our jacket potato and toasted sandwich arrived after about 5 minutes. We were surprised as it was quite busy. The food and the coffee was steaming hot and was really delicious.All staff were really customer focussed, and very efficient and friendly.It was good value for money.Would stop by again if we were in the area.

Beyond the dozens of eateries on the main run of shops at poole quay is this little hidden gem of a cafe. Bargain prices and really good quality home cooked food. We ordered jacket potatoes, mine was chilli, which was delicious and came with a generous side salad. My son had a ham and cheese sandwich, no butter, and he is incredibly fussy. Ate the whole thing and said it was delicious. 2 jacket potatos with side salads Ham and cheese sandwich CrispsSlice of cake1 hot and 2 cold drinks for less then £20 !! The staff were really friendly and welcoming and the whole place was sparkling clean. Loved the motto wallpaper too. If you find yourself in poole it's definitely worth a trip

Durante unas vacaciones en Bournemouth cogimos un autobús a Poole y encontramos esta fantástica cafetería. Mi marido y yo originalmente sólo iban a parar para una copa, pero en mirando en el menú decidimos probar el sándwiches tostados. Teníamos dos diferentes y dijo que nos gustaría compartir. El pan hizo la mejor degustación sándwiches tostados que he tenido y el servicio y el personal eran excelentes.Lo disfrutamos tanto que hizo un viaje desde Christchurch a Poole un día más tarde, sólo para tener la misma comida de nuevo. No me decepcionó.Roll en las próximas vacaciones a Bournemouth.

Metimos en aquí esta mañana cuando resultó el b&b cercano que reservamos era simplemente cama!Nos dieron la bienvenida más cálida posible de bienvenidas, un delicioso jamón y queso y bungaloes ganga a mitad de precio bebida caliente porque era el desayuno happy hour.Sin duda lo recomiendo tanto para una buena comida y servicio.

Great little cafe to pop into for freshly ground coffee and hot and cold snacks. Staff very friendly and attentive, and no pressure to vacate seats.
