Great experience, lovely food and really friendly staff. Will be visiting again!

There were 13 of us to celebrate my mum’s 90th birthday. The staff were super supportive, incredibly attentive and on hand whenever we needed them. The food was absolutely fantastic - the squid and scallop starters were superb and the lamb shank, steak and garlic prawn Mail meals were superbly cooked and to die for (as were many other dishes). All in all an absolutely excellent afternoon all round and I can’t shout about it loudly enough!!

A lovely restaurant, my dad and I really enjoyed it. The garlic mushroom starter is a must have, it was delicious. Our waiter, Andy, was great at looking after us, and very funny. It felt like he was serving us at the Ritz! He very obviously cares about what he does, it was lovely to see. The food was brilliant, but the service was outstanding - thank you Andy and all the staff there.

Brilliant visit, as always. I was visiting with some family members who have never been to Hazine before and they were not disappointed. A huge thanks to the team, particularly Andy, for their exemplary service.

Erkut was fabulous with his recommendations for wine and the other staff were very excellent with the recommendations for food. We had a lovely evening at Hazine. We will definitely return.

Can’t rave about this enough. This is a late review but I came to Hazine 3 times within 2mnths, THATS how good it is. Well worth your money. I never had a problem with the service. They food comes out within good timing. The cocktails are made to perfection (you won’t be disappointed with their espresso martini). Can’t wait for my next night out there…

I visited this restaurant with some friends for a late lunch/early dinner. It was great. As soon as you walk into the venue, you're greeted with elegant, modern, and luxurious decor. It's absolutely beautiful. I couldn't stop speaking about it. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The food is excellent. There is so much choice. It's well presented, is well seasoned, and tastes good. They have a vast selection of cocktails and wine. Althought i didnt get to try and they had a lot of desserts to choose from. The baklava knickerbocker glory sounded amazing. I will have to get it on my next visit. I think you can come here whether you are on a budget or want to slurge. I would highly recommend this place for a friends night or date night. They are also very accommodating and family friendly.

HOW RUDE ARE THE STAFF!! BOOKED A TABLE FOR 6 WELL RESPECTED LADIES , WE ALL WORK FOR NHS, ONE OF THE LADIES IS 70 WHO WE HAVE GREAT RESPECT FOR. FIRST WAITER CAME OVER AND ORDERED OUR DRINKS, MY LOVELY 70 LADY WAS TRYING TO GIVE HER ORDER AND HE SPOKE TO HER IN A MANNER I WANTED TO SMACK HIS FACE, HE KEPT SAYING LET ME SPEAK, STOP TALKING AND LET ME SPEAK HOW RUDE, WE SHOULD THEN WALKED OUT, SECOND WAITER AGAIN NO SMILES OR WARMTH, TOOK OUR DINNER ORDER, I SIMPLY SAID I CANT TASTE NO ALCOHOL IN ONE OF THE COCKTAILS, PERHAPS MAYBE IT WAS A MOCKTAIL INSTEAD OF A COCKTAIL, HE REPLIED I WOULDNT SERVE YOU PEOPLE NO ALCOHOL AND SAID WE ALL ALCOHOLICS, THIS WAS 20 MINS SINCE WE ARRIVED AT 5.30, WE ARE ALL PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE WORKING FOR THE NHS, AND WE GET TWO JUMPED UP WAITERS WHO THINK THEY ARE SPECIAL, ABIT OF RESPECT AND KINDNESS, I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN, CLOSE IT DOWN IF THEY TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS, DISGUSTING, IT REALLY PUT A DOWNER ON MY COLLEAGUES ESPECIALLY THE ELDERLY ONE, IT CHANGED HER MOOD ALL NIGHT!!! rUDE

Found this spot on our way out of London to go home. Highly recommend it, we had the lunch menu and it was a varied choice with good portions. The service was excellent and it was a good price! Would definitely go here again.

Hazine: This was the first time I went to this restaurant and last time! Conniving waitress : Would you like some water, she asked, sparkling or still? She didn't provide a drinks menu, or ask if we wanted to order water. She brought a small bottle of water. We thought it was complimentary, then the bill came for the three of us, and she slapped on £4 for the water and £9.44 opt ser charge included. Aren't I as the customer meant to decide if I want to tip you or not? Small portion sizes compared to other Turkish restaurants I have been to recently. The lamb shank I ordered was very salty and and the food lukewarm. I'm never going back there. When I asked her what opt meant, I suspected it meant optional, she played dumb, saying it just meant service charge. Service charges are optional, not mandatory. Then she called a colleague to come and explain what the service charge meant after making me pay for it. She certainly did not deserve that £9.44 tip.

£21.00 for 5 cubes of chicken and rice. Terrible value for money.

A friend & I dined at this restaurant around Christmas time. The service, meals and drinks were spectacular. Birol was particularly welcoming and made sure our evening went smoothly. Loved the atmosphere and I will definitely be visiting this amazing place again. Recommend it fully. Alice

Yusuf kaan was very professional and polite to us. He kept checking on us and asking us whether we needed anything. The food and ambiance at Hazine are very lovely. Can’t wait to be back. I highly recommend this turkey cuisine!!

The food was great, the mocktails were good (the tropical island too sweet but good overall). Gave 4* for atmosphere as the music was a bit too loud and it was very noisy but that’s on customers not on the restaurant. Left with a headache.

We had a lovely time at Hazine! Andy was excellent and served out large group so kindly, even with 3 children 9 and under. It was a wonderful lunch and we were well taken care of! Professional and helpful staff, delicious food, drinks and a lovely atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

We had lunch here today (served Mon - Fri 12-3pm) I wasn’t aware of their lunch time offer it’s £17 something for a 2 course meal £3+ for a dessert. I thought the food & cocktails were delicious & a really good price (we didn’t like the passion fruit cheese cake - I didn’t have it today but I’ve had their crème brûlée before & it’s good. We were served by the lovely Sonata, customer service is always good here. Top restaurant, always has been & hopefully always will be.

From start to finish Hazine Perfect. I’ll waitress Sanata was so good, a credit to the team. Also, the wine connoisseur Assisted us as always with the perfect service and wine selection. Also, it’s very hard to get a good steak unless you’re heading into London, Not anymore, the T-bone steak here is incredible. This is a must try for anyone. The food service, drinks and Ambience is 10/10

We booked this restaurant for my mum's birthday dinner. I really did not like how waiter's addressing my Nigerian's aunties. Telling them if they don't sit, they won't take orders. If you can't accommodate cultural differences, don't allow booking for large parties

Came for my mum and brothers birthday and did not regret it. Absolutely delicious food, staff couldn't do enough for us and the atmosphere is lovely. Have been before and will be coming back again without a doubt!

Food was good but portion size was tiny for a lamb shish. Also didn't come with some of the basics you get with a lamb shish in similar restuarants. Didn't complain as I was there with a group. I would still recommend this restaurant dependent on the dish...just don't get the lamb shish if you're hungry.

Lovely food and drinks, although I felt it was very pricey for the food.

Sonata one of the waitresses greeted us at the door. She was very attentive. She took our coats and offered us more personal space to park our baby’s pram. She immediately took our order and made recommendations for wine and dessert. She was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The decor in the restaurant is amazing. The food is top quality along with the presentation. Definitely will be coming back!

It was my first time visiting Hazine. Since it was a weeknight, the restaurant wasn’t too busy. The staff were welcoming, and the service was impeccable. We ordered several small plates, and the food did not disappoint. A few standouts included the panko-breaded calamari (perfectly tender and crisp), the feta & pepper sticks, the Borek, and the lamb liver; an absolute must-try. Delicious! Will definitely go again and try some of the other dishes on offer.

12 of us came here Turkish breakfast, amazing food so much to choose from , the variety, quality everything was amazing so fresh, just like being on holiday. Service was brilliant so good with the younger kids. Highly recommended.

Brill food, lovely atmosphere and fantastic service. The Maître d, Seda was wonderful and really kind. All the staff were fantastic actually and Andy our waiter a great host. Love the professionalism, they leave you to enjoy yourselves but remain very attentive to your needs throughout the night. Lovely date night with the hubs will return. 💖

Absolutely amazing service, erkut was amazing especially with our selection of wine and the lady that served us helped with our selection of wine to complement our food. Will definitely be returning. The atmosphere was great - music wasn’t too loud and could hold a conversation without shouting across the table. The staff were so attentive and made sure our dinner was good. Would 100% recommend to anyone, the decor gives high end but at an affordable price.
