Everytime I come here the serve is excellent, I've never been let down by the team. I'm always server quickly, even though I pretty much order the same thing; a doner kebab wrap with chilli sauce. The team working there are kind and helpful, asking me about my day and how I'm doing. I couldn't recommend anywhere more than Erith Kebab.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order with Erith Kebab at 6pm and paid for it online. The delivery was supposed to arrive by 7:10pm, but it didn’t. I waited until 7:45pm to call and inquire about my order. The man on the phone claimed he had tried to call me (he hadn’t) to inform me he was stuck in traffic. He promised to leave the restaurant again and deliver my food within 30 minutes. I agreed to wait. By 9pm, I still hadn’t received my order, so I called again. This time, he said he was just about to leave the restaurant, 1 hour and 15 minutes after he initially said he would. He then accused me of having a rubbish phone and implied it was my fault for the delay. To avoid a bad review on Just Eat, he suggested canceling my order, as canceled orders can’t be reviewed on the platform. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I have ordered from Erith Kebab before, hence the 4-star rating for the food. However, the lack of communication, false claims about attempting to call me, and the unprofessional attitude when I followed up are unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from Erith Kebab again and cannot recommend it to others.

I ordered 2 larger chicken shish 2 large lamb doner 2 large chicken donner and 2 large chips. One of the best kebabs I’ve had in a very long time they put the salad separately where my food didnt get soggy also the owner double called to make sure if everything was right and sent a free drink with a dessert top place to order food

What can I say. Simply delicious. Ordered myself a combination kebab (chicken shish and lamb shish) and a portion of large chips. Came with tub of sauce and fresh salad separately. Chicken shish was tender, just melts in your mouth and full of flavor with the lamb shish. Definitely recommend

After recommendation from my daughter, I decided to try this kebab shop as it’s literally a 5 minute walk from my house. So glad I went the food is amazing great value for money and the staff are amazing. I give them 10/10. Highly recommended!!

I ordered for the first time through Deliveroo and will never order from this restaurant again. I ordered a lamb shish kebab and when I received it I noticed it didn’t look like normal cubes of meat and this is because it was mutton, not lamb and it wasn’t edible as it was so tough and chewy, I could hold it with my teeth and stretch it out like an elastic band withou it breaking, so that gives you an idea on how low quality the meat was. I gave it to my dog and was so hungry I ended up with a salad kebab, great salad, that’s all I can say

Seem to find it acceptable to share your email address with everyone. This is unacceptable for a business to do (and possibly illegal). Last 3 orders have each taken well over an hour to arrive. I don’t use them any more.

Waited over a hour and 20 mineuts for a burger meal. I only live 5 minutes away from the restaurant. Would have been quicker if walked and picked it up myself. Then when my food arrived I had loads chilli sauce all in my burger when I never asked for that, I am allergic to chillis and had to throw the whole meal away . Not impressed !

First timing using Erith kebab as my usual was shut..Food was better than my normal kebab shop.Will use again.

First-time ordering experience was frustrating; had to follow up twice to locate the food. After contacting, i was told it was on its way (despite living just a 5-minute drive away). Twenty minutes later, when I called again, I was accused of lying because i mentioned that i called 20 minutes ago. Despite this, the food eventually arrived, but it was disappointingly cold and lacked flavor. The chili sauce was far from spicy, the garlic sauce tasted artificial, and the chicken was dry and cold, along with the soggy chips. Not planning to order from there again.

As a fat guy I eat takeaway too many times and in doing so I’ve tried them all and this is always where I go for my kebabs. Fantastic friendly service each and every time and the food portions, quality and taste is the best for miles around.

Excellent kebab shop. We have been ordering from this establishment for the last 6 years, even after moving we have continued to order from the same place, why? Because the food is worth it. The kebab meat is tasty, not greasy like some others. The wraps are delicious. The portion sizes are very good and the value for money is excellent. Customer service is also fantastic. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to get a kebab fix to try Erith Kebab.

The food here is 10/10. Very tasty. My personal favourite is the large chicken Shish chilly and garlic sauce with a medium chips plus their red velvet cheese cake.

10/10 kebab shop, I would highly recommend everyone to go try them out, They are a family run kebab shop serving great food which is always fresh and cooked to order however you like it, we’ve been coming here most weeks for our weekly take out and we’ve never had a bad bit of food, alway fresh alway hot and always absolutely spot on, Oz and family are such friendly lovely people so if your in the area or from the area give them a try you won’t be disappointed! Also if you are wanting home delivery it works out cheaper to order via their website rather than on just eat or Uber where they charge commission 👍🏻

Hit and miss, some weeks can be really good other times poor. Portion sizes are small for price, been using this kabab shop for about 18 months regular, might be time for a change. Been disappointed recently.

Fast delivery and a very tasty chicken kebab with a very fresh side salad . Chili sauce was just right and not too spicy. Will use again excellent overall.👍👍

Have ordered large wraps from this place before and had no issue. Last order I ordered 1 medium and 1 large wrap and was charged for such yet received 2 medium wraps- both exactly the same size. Couldn’t get through on the phone so left it. Today ordered a large wrap again and once again got a medium. Called the shop to be told he made wrap himself and I was getting confused about sizes or mistakenly ordered. I’m not stupid enough to mistake the difference in size when 3 weeks ago I got the large wrap I ordered. Rude when i told the owner that 3 weeks ago i received a large wrap and today i got something much smaller. They are taking customers for a ride. Rip off and won’t be ordering from here again!

If you want food for afternoon-order in the morning,if you want in the evening-order in the early afternoon. Waited around 90 min. for my order,the restaurant phone was off. At 22:15 food arrived.... Such a shame.

Was one of the best take aways in the area with great flavoured food and generous portions, the kebabs not as good in past few months don't know weather that's down to meat or the chief but all other food tastes great and warm. Fast delivery normally earlier than time stated

Normally everything is great with an order. However, this was not my experience last Saturday. Collected an order, got home to find a kebab was missing from the order. No response to the email and text I sent asking for a refund. Not happy.

Kebab was expensive £6 50 for medium size. They didn't even put a napkin or forks to eat so had to eat with hands. Chicken I founded too salty. I liked the salad was served in a separate little container that was good idea. I wouldn't go back again.

Due to the experience I have had with this business I can make sure that I will be a continuous repeated customer from this point on. I have tried the service both times; I came to observe how the business was progressing with the quality of service they provide and the food they carry out to myself and family. I walked into erith on a busy Friday night with my family. It was very crowded meaning I came across a long queue. However the staff are very professional and friendly with their communication. They were quick and efficient with their orders, so I didn't have to wait for long. They oblige customers to conform to the covid-19 measures but entirely up to the customer and their acceptance of the level of risk they take if they do not oblige to the rules. The staff have warnings on the window for customers to be 2 meters away from each other when ordering for takeaway. 2 people at a time are accepted inside the premises for health and safety purposes. Once I managed to account my order. The man behind the counter was very presentable and I only had to give the order once I did give them tough moments meaning complex instructions and they still got it first time and without any mistakes they managed to take the order. They were very quick with cooking; professional communication, clothing such as uniform, masks, gloves etc. Although they were busy inside they were really quick and punctual with their orders. It is really a family business and they literally put me in a mood where I felt I was a part of their family. Positive energy, smiling and always making jokes; customer satisfaction for these guys is essential I can say that with my chest. Second time round, I tried their business for delivery and the phone order was understood the first time round. The food was delicious and juicy not fairly raw and not fairly burnt but cooked just as I wanted. The order was dispatched ASAP and I was updated of the process. The driver was so quick I was shocked how he reached me in such a small time frame. Had a mask on gloves on left the order in front of the door stepped meters away and greeted me. I was really happy about receiving a discount as well. As far as I know they offer discounts on all platforms. I ordered one ben&Jerry's ice cream and they sent me 2 for the price of 1 and it was different flavours which really managed to lure me even more to this business. I was delighted and surely satisfied with the service I received from these guys. Thanks to the owner and the staff. Love you guys and will continue to be a repeated customer. I advise people who know and understand the food measures and who are after quality food service to order from this shop. Please keep it up Thank you

Kebabs and delivery always spot on, also if you order directly with them online they always give discount. They always pack the salad and sauces separately unlike many other takeaways which makes the food experience much better.
