Dived in on way home after a long day Very nice kebab

The chicken was rubbery and the hummus was runny. We order from here regularly for years but will not do so anymore.

Love this place for kebabs, but had one of their home made chicken burgers which was advertised looking crunchy in breadcrumbs with flakes of salt and pepper. Picture looked amazing, unfortunately not what I was given. Chicken was thin, bland and dry. There was no coating. Like a health burger. Definitely not worth the extortionate price. Best chicken burger is Ferro in West Wickham and only £5! Shame they were temporarily closed.

Using this place for years always nice tasty food very friendly staff and much better then anything in the area.

I’ll be completely honest it wasn’t my favourite kebab, bland considering the price. £50 for x4 kebabs and chips but not to worry.

Excellent service, tasty food, really enjoyed the lamb doner, I have tried a few in the area but I believe hayes is the only one that’s homemade, loved it!

Food was dead cold and stale, such a bad business. Owner had a million and one stupid excuse, for his regular customer. Big NO!!!! And your reply is yet another excuse, you did not offer us a replacement to begin with and you’ve been utterly rude to us. How about just serve good food to your customers instead of excusing the bad service!!!

I order my food and was short changed £1 so the second time I came here I remembered to check and was short changed again. When I challenged them I was told I ordered an extra lager which I never did and never would, knowing I had not ordered this I asked them to show extra lager on there menu which they could not do as it did not exist. ( Not Trust Worthy )

Haye’s kebab forgot to put chilli sauce and mayonnaise as requested …..

Food was stale and cold, the owner had loads of stupid excuses and did not help at all. I was a regular customer and did not expect to be treated this badly. Worst food experience ever.

Master Zülfü, I ordered quarter cheese burger from Deliveroo, it came without cheese, but I couldn't eat the old doner, just so you know.

First time ordering from this place based on the reviews. Wasn’t disappointed. Followed the order request too. Highly recommend!

I have here once before and they over charged me £1 but thought it maybe a mistake and it was a small amount. I went here a second time out of convenience and they tried to over charge me again, I asked why it was more than the stated price on the menu and was told I ordered a extra large ( I didn’t even know extra large was a thing ) I knew that’s not what was ordered and asked the guy to show me on the menu where it says extra large, he was not able to do this. Clearly being dishonest and keeping the extra money he is continuously overcharging for himself. I won’t be returning again!

Really lovely food, Sat night/took 35mins! Normally do a v late night home pickup from them when heading back from a day in London but tonight did an Uber eats home delivery (which is the first time we have used Uber eats too)….. husband & I in for the night so decided on this as a change from Chinese/Indian. Excellent decision. Had the special for 2! (Kept it warm till we were ready by putting all the meat in a dish in oven, put pittas on top & covered in foil) Really really nicely cooked (enough for 3 if catering but we indulged!) We added a Pk of microwave rice… Will def do again. Will also consider if we have a party night… saves cooking !

We had a bit of a mix up with our delivery (via Uber) but after a quick call the guys sent us a fresh portion of food, no fuss and it was delicious and worth the wait. Happy to recommend and looking forward to ordering again.

There kebabs are truly out of this world. Me and the family placed a huge order tonight and the food arrived bang on time piping hot and it was absolutely delicious. this kebab shop is by far the best in Bromley, trust me I’ve tried them all. Gentlemen on the phone was nice and the young lady who delivered it was super friendly. All round 10/10, we’ll see you soon.

Can’t believe how bad they have become. I have used Hayes Kebab since the mid 90s and there was a time when I would have said they were THE best. I am no longer a regular but do use from time to time. Well I just ordered Q/pounder and chips and have bought it home and can’t believe the state of what I unwrapped . £7.50 for a crap small burger no salad etc and what I would describe as half a portion of chips. I drove back to give it back to them but when I got there just couldn’t be bothered so dumped it in bin outside. I will never return and they can keep my £7.50 as they clearly need more than I do.

Who thinks it’s acceptable to not only send out a raw chicken kebab but also covered in hair !!!!

These lot are mad unprofessional. I ordered chicken doner WITH chips and burger sauce and chilli sauce on the chips and paid a WHOPPING £16 and some change. I even gave them an extra £1. I open the bag, the chips are missing, they say they chilli sauce but my taste buds do not detect any DARN HEAT. I call up and they admit fault but then they're telling me they never charged me for the chips so I gotta a pay an extra 3.50 for the chips. The CHEEK after the hassle they've given me, can't even eat my meal properly. No compensation, NUFFINK. I don't even eat at this wretched takeaway, they're lucky El Kervan in West Wickham are closed for their annual holidays and Addington Charcoal Grill are having problems with their phone. HAYES KEBAB.. anyone even mentions that place around, its getting slandered immediately. Fair do's to the lad on the phone, same lad that delivered my chips but its clear to me he's following the orders and rules of his demented superior. Curse him.

Popped in for some food on Sunday evening & it didn't disappoint, I haven't been here since just before 2020 but the food is still perfectly cooked, fresh & tasty as always. Just had the nicest kebab again, from Hayes kebab. Everything is so fresh, very good portion sizes, very enjoyable and full of flavour. The boys that work there are so friendly and welcoming, we’ve never had a bad meal there, it will always be our first choice of kebabs. 10 out of 10

Food cooked to order as expected. Chips and onion rings still crispy when arrived home, only a few mins away and kebab tasty.

Overcharged me for kebab. They thought I had a few drinks and could charge me whatever they want. 12 pounds for just a standard kebab. The guys at the counter told me it was for 2 skewers whereas they only gave me standard kebab with no pita. Definitely not going back ever again. Cheating thieves!

My favourite kebab shop, food is always really fresh and the portions are never too small. They added chicken doner recently which tastes great, would recommend!

More onions than meat in kebab, not good for £10

Shame !, food good however my order came to £10.20 and went to pay with card ! Cash only,! I only had a ten pound note and no change, unfortunately not enough 10 pence short: ! Fortunately another customer said put it on my bill!! Guess what when I arrived home I was missing the part of the meal. So make your own mind up, but honestly all I can say is pay tax and take cards ! And don’t be so tight as to throw your eyes up if your customer is 10 p short ! Because you will not take a card. Shame on you!

Complicated order prepared accurately. Will be placing future orders directly though as service charge and delivery cost is too high

The one negative I would add is when ordering combination kebab how do you tell the difference between chicken donor meat and chicken shish meat, because all you put is chicken, maybe simplify it so it’s easy to understand And also surely you should give a free sauce to each kebab, apart from that the kebab was quite tasty I would have again

Always come here for my burgers or kebabs.Yes it might be more expensive than Mcdonalds but is in a different league.The salads are always so fresh and fantastic that are on the side of the kebabs. Highly recommend.

Food was almost cold when it arrived. Delivery driver did apologise for it being late. But, we normally get collection anyway. And have never had an issue with Hayes Kebab. They’re the best! But tonight I think delivery let it down

Donner was over cooked and dry like cardboard and a £10 large kebab was half the size of a £6 donner wrap.

Excellent kebabs. First time we have used here. Will be back very soon. Shish lamb and chicken was done to perfection. Kofte was incredibly tasty. Done was very lively. Salads and pitta were plentiful, crisp and tasty. Really friendly staff. Very welcoming. Order on the phone beforehand to avoid the queue.
