Fresh off the back of hearing Rhod Gilbert talking about the best desert he’d ever had, we came to this place only to find it was in the phone book sized menu. He was right, it was amazing. I can’t remember the name of the thing but it was like a Spanish, French toast. Get it.

Due to the seasonal time of year, we were the only ones in the place, but the food and staff were excellent!

Haute Dolci is a true standout when it comes to desserts. This place is a must-visit for dessert lovers. We tried the Tres Leches cake, waffle, and San Sebastián cheesecake- all three were excellent. It’s definitely our go-to spot when we’re craving something sweet. Highly recommended!

Niat was lovely and the service was very fast. They did a great show with the dry ice. The flavours were WOW! We had a San Sebastian cake. The pistachio flavour was lovely. Maybe even better than the chocolate! The French toast's cinnamon was out of this world and the sundae too! We are regulars now. See you soon!

The service was beyond horrific. The desserts took extremely long (20mins+) to arrive, and one order was wrong. I spoke to a staff member, who proceeded to get another employee who I then had to re-explain the issue to. She then pushed for giving me a take away order, which is very unreasonable given the entire point of the overpriced desserts is the experience.

The service that Sam provided was great, he served us well and the order was done smoothly. The food was well made and served.

Boy oh boy two words - daylight robbery. We went here for date night after dinner and there was a queue in which we waited, but here comes the first red flag. Couple in front of us and the couple in front of them were assigned a booth seat, when we were served we were given a regular table seat so I asked if we could be moved to a booth seat to which the server responded ‘no sorry they’re for bookings only’ and I challenged responding that I don’t think they were because they came the same time as us and said that they were a walk-in also, so was infuriated from the start by why we weren’t given the same choice. We then got seated, the high prices were expected as the place was in the city centre compared to most dessert places I went to, the waitress then asked if we wanted strawberries with the dessert which we agreed to, turns out these strawberries were 2.60. For 3 strawberries cut into 3.. We then spoke to the manager about this and he defended giving us two examples, which made no sense by the way. His examples to his defense were: If you go to Nando’s and choose a flavour for the chicken you have to pay No you don’t, Nando’s don’t charge you for spice? If you go to Sainsbury’s and get some strawberries you’d have to pay for them. Well yes I’m going to a supermarket to pay for strawberries of course I’m going to pay for them? I just felt the entire experience was very alien to us, we weren’t treated the same as other customers and the fact that everything incurs a cost without labelling or clarifying has tarnished my view on this place. Would not go again.

Today i had my food at Haute Dolce leeds and the food was amazing!!! And so was the customer service! In particular, Niat showed kindness and lots of professionalism when serving us - I was very impressed!

Very nice place, just went for an evening coffee and husband went for a Matilda Cake (not my thing, but he liked a lot) . Mayur and Ariam were very nice and professional, made us feel welcome and cared for the whole time. Surprisingly, very nice strong espresso!

The desserts were delicious! First time trying the San Sebastian cheesecake - it was incredible. Served by the kindest gentleman Mayur who memorised our order because the machine wasn't working and a lovely lady whom we did not get the name of unfortunately (working between 8-9:30pm on Sunday 10th March 2025) who helped us pack our ice-cream home with ice! All around great experience for post Iftar sweet treats! :D

We had a wonderful time. The hosts were friendly, the decor was amazingly beautiful. We loved the fact you could watch your food being made at the back with the mirrors. The food was decadent and delicious and I was quite impressed. I am definitely hoping to come again soon!

Extremely slow service. Whoever is in charge of recruitment in this place is doing a terrible job. Half of the staff can't even speak or understand English. We had to wait almost an hour for the dessert to arrive to our table during a quiet afternoon, when we vocalised our concern. The waiter/manager responded with ''Was it worth the wait?''. Unprofessional and inadequate service.
