Delicious. Best food in Tonbridge.

I selected 19:15 and the time kept changing. It eventually arrived at 20:15.

Great quality Turkish dishes. Only ever had takeaway from here but it's always great quality.

The food has always been excellent. Delivery was always on time. When I picked up the food, the staff are really nice and courteous, the kitchen looked very clean and hygienic. I would definitely recommend both delivery and collection.

I’ve ordered takeaway from here several times and was always satisfied, however, the last couple of orders fell way short of expectations? Portion size was meagre and £12 for 5 pieces of chicken didn’t represent good value? No salad and the bread felt wet ? I’m hoping this is a temporary setback 🤞

2024 Changing from 2 stars to 3 as I’ve had two of their lunchtime chicken wraps. Both times the food was good and the service was friendly. 2021 Ordered a Grill & Meze for 2, went and collected. When collecting from the shop neither of the male staff acknowledged me, so I stood waiting for a few minutes until speaking up. The atmosphere just seemed quite negative and unwelcoming which was a shame. Also our hot food was placed on top of our cold food so by the time we opened the packet it was a bit of a mess, just found that a bit odd. Food did taste quite nice, but by then the build up to eating had spoilt it. Shop looks nice inside and out. Overall not a good experience. May give them another try, perhaps it was a one off. But I’ve since heard the takeaway at another branch is much better, which is a shame when trying to stay local.

Went tonight,no chillies or pickles,never have known a Turkish menu without these things, ok I'm allergic to rice, wasn't expecting my chicken to be covered in rice, as a kebab.plus if i wanted chillie sauce i had to buy it in a small potWasted my money, foxes will eat well tonight.

Had an hour between connecting trains at the the station at dinner time, and so took a walk in search of a bite. What a find this ace was! Delicious food, substantial portion sizes, and the rice and bulgur were just lovely. Would highly recommend a visit here - I'll be going again, that's for sure.

After completing an order on UberEats we received a message saying the restaurant isn't taking any more orders at 8pm on a Sunday, so we called the restaurant to find out if something was going on as they close at 10pm and we received a rude man who told us its too late to order food and hung up the phone on us. Absolutely mortified by the manners of the people working there.

Great Turkish food and a reasonable price

Ordered online to pick up as we drove past Tonbridge. Ready within 15 mins. Stayed warm for 20 mins. Portions are large and taste great.

Best kebab in town. Go for the chicken shish with rice and bulgar wheat and fantastic hand made bread. it’s amazing food 😊

Fast turnaround of food and friendly staff

The food is good , sometimes the salad is not great and I was grossed out by the veins in the chicken pieces but that’s what you expect I guess !

This rating is purely for burgers (I've not had much of the rest of the menu).Hattusa does the best burgers in Tonbridge. Even the vegan burger with vegan cheese is tasty. Whenever I fancy a burger this is my go to. It might not be a signature dish for the restaurant, but it's a really, really good bite.

Fabulous food! Have had a couple of takeaways from here and everything has been fantastic. The portions are generous and any dish has to be finished off with their delicious baklava.

Ordered a delivery Big mistake Missing food Called and they say it’s in the bag, all lies. Dreadful place.

Ordered delivery. Food was tasty but one dish was missing. Spoke to them over the phone and after repeatedly being told it was in the bag delivered (it wasn’t), was informed that my only options were to come and collect the dish or a refund from the shop in person. When I asked if the missing dish could be delivered, I was told they don’t offer delivery (despite having just ordered and received my delivery order from them) and when I questioned this I was then ignored until I hung up the phone. Extremely poor customer service.

Best Turkish food in Tonbridge; big chunks of meat grilled to perfection over charcoal and an excellent selection of Mezes. Great guys in there too

Great food, been a few times but today they screwed up my collection order. Was in the shop for 10mins after I paid before the realised and had to wait a further 15mins while they made it Would have appreciated it they had recognised the error with a bit more than just a sorry.

Food is really good. However be warned, if anything is missing from your order, i.e the meat in your kebab dont bother phoning Hattusa they tell you to call just eat for a refund. In a queue on just eat for 20 minutes, you get a credit back on your just eat account. Will not be ordering from Hatussa again apalling.

First takeaway order from here off Just Eat. Food was very good and you get a very fair portion. I found the food to be not as heavy as a lot of Turkish food so it was a pleasant change. Not the cheapest takeaway as a small starter cost just over five pound. But makes up for the cost with flavour. Delivery was extremely fast, and I think I only waited around 15 minutes. Only given four stars as the first time I went in (on the day they opened) I was completely ignored, and the first time I tried to order online they declined my order. A pleasant change from the usual takeaway choices in Tonbridge.

Massive fan of Hattusa, including the branches in Tunbridge Wells and Sevenoaks. This branch is smaller and less of a restaurant, but food was delicious and friendly staff when we picked up our takeout order.

Everything good apart from time it takes to wait for order as always. They tell you 8 or 10 or 15 mins... its always 5-10 mins more waiting time

As someone else has already pointed out, if you choose to get delivery, you may not receive everything you order. This happened to me. There was no offer to redeliver. "We are closed now, call tomorrow" was the abrupt response. I won't be calling tomorrow. J simply won't eat from here again.

First time to have a takeaway from Hattusa and was not disappointed. Blown away by the quality, freshness and size of portions, absolutely DELICIOUS. Such a shame they have had problems with deliveries because their food is not to be missed. Do not judge this restaurant on delivery problems, honestly their food really is second to none. Best Turkish food I’ve had. Just Eat and Uber mark up the price of every dish, plus there’s the delivery charge on top...

Ordered through Just Eat. Not knowing much about Turkish food, we ordered the sharer for 2, which is a selection of meats with flatbread, salad and rice. Absolutely gorgeous. The meat was beautifully cooked and tasty, salad, rice and bread were fresh, good sized portions. Best takeaway I've had in ages.

You won't eat better food in Tonbridge

Popped in to have a look and got a burger, reasonably priced, huge, good meat and freshly cooked over hot coals. Absolutely lovely.

Beautiful lunch. £5 lunch wraps with various choices - chicken, lamb and vegetarian. Very well cooked food. Would recommend trying it out.

No problems with our orders, though I can understand why some other reviewers may have run into some - hattusa Was doing a roaring trade when I stopped by and were preparing 7 takeaways at once. Mistakes may happen during such busy times and during the first days of operation. Get the grilled mezze platter for 2 people and you won't regret it.

Ordered Food, checked for status after past my advised delivery time, only to be told that they don't have driver and can't deliver and canceled the order after one hour of wait. The man on the phone was extremely rude. Very very poor service.

Just had the chicken shish. Really good food, very tasty and relatively healthy as take aways go. I really don't understand the 1 star reviews tbh.

Spent £7.95 of a mixed Kofte. Walked in, ordered, went for a quick look in a shop, came back 15min later, collected the food and left. I was a bit apprehensive seeing the one star reviews, but I know of the restaurant in Seven Oaks and its good reputation so I was expecting a lot. The portion size was enormous - far more than I was expecting and easily filling an adults plate to almost overflowing. The meat was well cooked and juicy with no hint of grease or gristle, the bread, rice, salad were all delicious. Not overly complicated just quality tasting. I was very happy with the food and nearly got into an argument with the girlfriend who, after saying they were not hungry and didn’t want anything, kept pinching my food because ‘It’s just too good.’ Going to try this place out a few more time, but if it’s all this good, could actually become my favourite takeout in Tonbridge.

They missed part of our order and refused to take responsibility for it. When I finally got hold of them - I had to ring just eat and then 2 of their branches to find their phone number as it's not currently on their website - the man was incredibly rude and aggressive, refusing to admit they could have made a mistake. When I hung up in frustration (my food was getting cold) they rang back shortly after offering free food if I go into the restaurant myself. A bit pointless considering I ordered a takeaway. Delicious food but really let down by the service, especially since they're new and come highly recommended by friends in Tunbridge Wells. Won't be using the Tonbridge branch again.

Good food, rubbish service. Ordered a delivery and some of our order was missing. Called Hatusa up and they only offered for us to come pick up the missing dishes ourselves. Clearly weren't bothered we didn't get some of what we paid for. Luckily Just Eat gave us the money back. Very disappointing as the food we actually got was good.

Amazing food, lovely restaurant. The aubergine starter is to die for, lovely calamari and chicken shish is generous. Great to see after the success in TW, another one opening in Tonbridge.

Went in, placed an order, returned after 15 minutes as stated, came back to collect food but they had given it to another customer, then proceeded to give us someone else’s food and charge us the additional cost. Said we didn’t want to do to other people what they had done to us .... This has absolutely nothing to do with it being newly open. Was so looking forward to this place opening but now, not interested. Won’t be returning.

It's not like the kebab restaurants you know, everything is very different, I liked it very much 🤗🤗🤗🤗
