Hattusa in Tonbridge and Malling

Unreal food and amazing value for money! We had the Grilled Meze for 2 and some Helim. It came to about £35 and we loved every mouthful. Highly recommend.

Always go to dine in at tunbridge wells but this is takeaway only Ordered in advance. Ready when expected. Piping hot and delicious as ever. Highly recommend for a delicious takeaway

Nice and clean takeaway with very good and prompt customer service and menu. We tried mixed kebab, chicken shish and vine leaves. Just delicious. Thank you Hattusa.

Best takeaway in Tonbridge by a mile. Better than most of the places in London too. We keep coming back as it’s so yummy. Good size portions and good value for money. 5* all round!

Possibly the best Turkish food we have had. Reasonably priced and very generous portions. We will be back!

If you are a fan of Mediterranean cuisine, I recommend this place. It's not cheap for a takeaway but the portions are very generous and it's restaurant quality food, cooked fresh with great flavours. We have ordered in person or on their website, and collected it ourselves. Have been happy with the service and the turnaround time.

We had the mixed hot and cold meze for 2 - huge portions sizes - and easily feeds our family of four with a couple of extra breads. My absolutely favourite place for takeaway - quality food, lots of flavour and consistently first class.

Brilliant food. Huge portions and great value. Whats not to like. I had a family of 6 to feed (8 if you count my teenage son!) And this place never disappoints.

We have had a few take aways from Hattsu, each time things are missing off of the order. Scheduled a pick up a couple of hours before but still wasn't ready for collection. Staff sitting round doing nothing. Needs some form of management. Shame it could be so good, if the staff actually cared, and took some pride in the food and customer service.

I love this hattusa, fast service, BIG PORTIONS, AMAZING FOOD. Great customer service too, the young girl who took my order was very kind and welcoming. 100% recommended love it!!

Unbelievable how awful this place is. We ordered food this evening through Just Eat and it didn’t arrive, 30 pounds of food that didn’t arrive! Called the restaurant and explained that we didn’t receive the food and they said that a driver had picked it up. We said that we have not received it, and they told us that there is nothing they can do!!’ We are so unbelievably angry about this. No food, waste of money and the restaurant do not care about dealing with it. We are now 30 pounds out of pocket!! Please do NOT order from these people!!

The food here is so, so good but the service lets it down completely. Every time I’ve ordered from here something from the order has been missing. Every time the response is “you have to come and collect it” because they don’t employ their own delivery drivers - not ideal after you’ve had a few drinks. I can only guess that they don’t carry out quality checks on their orders before they’re sent out, not worth going back anymore.

Placed an order for £33.45 for delivery. When the order arrived part of my meal was missing (Lamb Shish Yogurt and salad) the lamb was in a box with the yogurt and a small box of green salad, no nan bread. I rang Hattusa immediately and advised what was missing and heard a female staff member say 'there's another one with missing bread' before advising me I could collect another nan bread from the the shop. I advised I had drank a glass of wine so she advised I call and pick up the nan bread another time. I did that today, explaining to the man behind the counter what had happened. He was extremely rude advising when an order for a kebab is placed you must state you want the bread with it. When I pointed to my item on the menu which included the bread he became very animated and raised his voice aggressively. I advised I would never order from Hattusa again he just shrugged his shoulders and laughed.

The first time we got a takeaway from here it was delicious. We visited the takeaway ourselves to order and the staff were friendly and polite. Last night we ordered through Just Eat and part of my sister’s order was missing. My sister rang Mattusa and was told to call into the takeaway for the part that was missing. This wasn’t possible, so we were told to request a refund from Just Eat. We couldn’t get in touch with anyone on Just Eat, so called into the takeaway on our way past today. We got a lot of verbal abuse and aggression from the small man behind the counter, who said he owned the place. The order cost us £33 and we won’t be getting food from here again.

Had two meals from here now and it’s excellent. Have ordered from Just eat and then walked in and so much cheaper when collected. Also my son could get a bigger burger from the restaurant and only the smaller one available on just eat

As the weather was so pleasant today, we met our family in Tonbridge Park and ordered a takeaway from the Hattusa. The food was super delicious and made a fabulous ‘picnic’. Highly recommend. Will definitely recommend and have a takeaway again.

Takeaway- Justeat. Delivery took an extra half hour and the rice/breads were cold on arrival. Food was ok but the kids worked out it wasn’t from Havet straight away. Salad was poor. My children sultan was excellent. Overall an average experience.
