Chicken filet burger best on the road

Fancied a change so first time here. Would not go back. Food was tasteless. Donner had no taste and neither did my sons cheese burger. Will stick to my local next time.

Not worth the tiktok hype. I thought I'd try recommendations of prior reviews being the fresh fillet chicken burger and Donner. The burger was too salty and there was nothing fresh about it. My order was completed within 3 minutes which appears unsurprisingly quick as it should be freshly made. The burger had too much batter and was salty. The Donner tasted too weird I ended up throwing it away. Unfortunately will not be returning

Prices have increased no problem untill u realize the food has gone down hill the fish was nasty and the chips half cooked

I cant lie but the food doesn’t slap anymore . I got fish and chips from here twice it tasted so nasty . The chips are dead . Had to throw the whole food away .

Staff listen to customers now B4 U couldn't calculate the bill ??? Certain staff were illiterate due to mixing up the order , didn't follow my instructions of separating food items , which when U got home was soggy Masala fish & nan x4 due to staff incompetence??? Not hearing need to get them to adjust hearing to position T. Making family meal sad affair & non-appetising to look & eat . But now thanks by grace of Allah SWT there's no mix up & staff get meal cooked lovely & efficiently & item separated but no 🍅 in the salad or 🥒 doesn't make a salad??? No mint sauce given ...

First time here. Had a cod fish and chips. Cod was disgusting. Too much batter and weird taste. Wasn't fresh at all. Chips were OK but not brilliant. Disappointed in their food. Very pricey too.

Very over hyped was nothing special I wouldn't bother wasting my time on that journey again the donner kebab was tasteless. Que gets quick fast and done have no where to wait. Only good thing about it is its cheap.

This has to be the worst shop around cold stale food and when you ask for lots of salt you feel like your begging they put no salt on your chips go to city fryer down the road and see what a proper chip shop is

I've been going here for a couple of years. It has gone a bit pricey so I go to it less nowadays however it will always be one of my comforting foods and so so heartwarming My go to order is the steak burger meal. A classic.

Personally this is the best chip shop around..iv been going here for years the quality and flavour is amazing and its better than alot of the other chippys by far.. the price has gone up but its worth it..I moved far but still travel to brum to go hassans!! I've been many times nice food.

Food was delicious and affordable with good sized portions.

First time visiting Hassan's, the fresh chicken burger was decent although the chips were horrendous. Undercooked and full of oil which was rather disappointing. They also use the cheapest runniest mayo which is sad as it spoils the food with its tangy taste.

Only thing is chilling sauce not consistent

Standard chip shop atmosphere wise, but food is always lovely a d fresh, absolutely love the chicken fillet burgers, the staff are always friendly and good banter with them, overall enjoy coming here

Hassan is usually good, however the last time I went the items have gone a bit pricey, however when I ordered a fish and chips I found a couple of little rocks in the chips and the chips are slightly on the raw side. They may not have washed the potatoes properly but this has put me off for the while as it wasn't a nice experience biting little rocks whilst eating chips.

If I’m craving a chicken burger, this is where I’ll go. Freshly made chicken fillet burgers. Large crispy chicken piece with sauces of your choice, some salad and topped with a bun. Chips to go with it. Chicken piece can be a little too salty at times but all in all worth it.

Ordered food from here to try it a second time. Got their monster big burger last time but went for a little more modest burger, chips and donner meat this time. The chicken fillet they use in burgers are huge. I’d still only rate the food average to be honest rather than get caught up by the hype of how big the burger is. I find the fillet batter soaks in so much of the oil when fried so that’s all I can taste. Chips, donner, kebabs and masala fish all tasted ok and the prices were reasonable. Seems to be a local favourite for a cheap and cheerful option I guess.

It was very nice here all the other times until today when I ordered my food and payed!Then when I went home I realised they had forgot to make my nuggets so now I have to drive back!

The foods depending on what you order is 3.5-4.0, the problem is it’s too heavy and you feel after eating the meal bloated like your belly’s about to blow up. I wouldn’t suggest ordering the chicken fillet burger meal unless it’s only the burger because I’m sure the meal itself has over 1200 calories including the chips. Very too heavy on the stomach, try it out for yourself but be warned that’s it’s easy to over order with the price being tempting.

The food is very good for the price.

Good food, friendly staff, good prices, usually busy especially at lunch and evening times. Parking can be difficult in the area at times (can usually find parking on a side street or if you're lucky at the front).

I highly recommend this fast food Hassan kebab house. -food quality and taste all of them food 5stars. -service quality 5stars because always serving huge portions of food. -the atmosphere is always busy since they open. -don't do delivery this is one bad thing and other deliveries do not deal with this restaurant. -price is very important! They are about 22% cheapest than other fast food in a radius of 5miles. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Chicken burger is quite nice, only concern is it may seem to be really beefed up in steroids!

The palace is located on the Dudley Road as it seems it turns out a food hub in the local area. visited few times all the time there was a line that you gonna have to wait for a while to be served. You can also call the shop in advance to place your order and collect from there. Cash only place and not do delivery as they are quite busy. It is a one of typical fish and chips takeaways as they have wide range of fast foods like kebabs, burgers, chicken and beef shawarma, fish and chips, and some Pakistani snacks etc!! The staff are very helpful but just a busy place. prices are reasonable just only their menu not much readable as it looks a bit old and strongly recommend to update that area for better service. And also a good ventilation for air circulation. For me it is a Good place to have a whole baby chicken. Not tried others in the menu, but can say chicken was nice and well cooked.

If you go after 1am. And order a fillet burger. They put a big fillet in for you. Only problem is 5-15% of that fillet is raw and not cooked. Experienced this multiple times!!

BEST FISH AND CHIPS HANDS DOWN (YES I said it). The right choice is Masala Fish n Chips.. Huge serving for £4 .. Open late which is a huge plus. Parking can be tricky to find. Hope they can have delivery service in the future!

Shockingly this was my mixed donor with naan.. Look how burnt the naan was.. When the cook has burnt the naan then he should have the decency to make another and not serve it to the customer. You guy's at Hasans, it's Ramadan, please pay attention to what you serve us.

Best chicken fillet burger I have ever had in my whole life must try !

First then trying this place, my boys were on about this place about their chicken burgers. I don’t know if I went at the wrong time or day but I didn’t see or taste the type really. Chips were okay, the burger in itself no issue with the size as I’m impressed with that, however the quality wasn’t there for me and my boys said the same so maybe I’ll try it again another day. I’m just being honest and no hate towards this business. 👍

Chicken burger and wrap amazing. Chips nice most times. Chilli sauce amazing. More use of gloves would be good when grabbing fish before packing and the chicken fillets. Also still not sure which side the que begins ... And move the beggar with his dog from outside the shop plz.

If you know about this take-away then there's very little introduction needed for the well known 'Chicken Fillet Burger' 🍔 mainly because how big the fillet is. Definitely a must-try and there 🌶 sauce is very good too 👌
