We went to the Harvester pride Park Derby for our Daughters 22nd birthday , on the 23rd May there was 14 of us in total , our server Ben was an absolute gem and is a credit to your company ! He was friendly , attentive , nothing was too much trouble , he was always on hand anything we needed he was happy to help , he even joined in with singing happy birthday to our daughter much to her delight 😊 , he was happy to change anything we didn't want or disliked and even discussed options available to us , Great place to eat , staff friendly , atmosphere warm whole experience was wonderful from start to finish ! Thank you Harvester and thank you Ben ! We shall be returning soon .

We had a family meal at derby pride park Harvester tonight for our cousins 22nd birthday. It was absolutely amazing. From the second we walked in our server Ben couldn't do enough for us. He was fantastic all evening. He was kind, attentive, and nothing was too much trouble. The food was lovely, great value for money especially as we used the app for offers etc. We all had such a lovely time, can't wait to come back again!

We had a nice lunch time family meal. It was reasonably quiet which was good. Service was fine and with a smile. Food was reasonable, especially the pud. Watch out for deals on the app as it can be rather expensive - check the deals carefully too so that you can make sure you qualify.

Great pub for away fans. Staff were friendly under pressure serving loads of customers. Food looked nice as well.

What a lovely place, staff very friendly and attentive. Plentiful Fresh salad. Another fantastic visit teating the new menu. Skewers, chicken fries and hot honey corn bread are an excellent addition

Walked in all you could smell was old chip oil. Dreadful tatty with gum on the floor outside. Dirty stained tables. We only went in as we were waiting to collect our dog from the Vets over the road. We sat outside at dirty tables. It stunk od exhurst fumes and cigarette smoke. Avoid at all costs.

Easter Sunday decent parking, moderately busy, pre-booked table for 10 so far so good. Service unenthusiastic, salad bar very good, main meal very bland, a bit slow, cold plates also cold. broccoli uncooked stalks over cooked head, chicken a bit dry, peas hard and gravy solid lump (due to it being cold). I can only deduce the food was left to stand on the side whilst other meals were prepared. Meal we ordered was overpriced and poor value for money.

Great service from all staff we came into contact with. Our main server was kathlyn and she was very friendly. We really enjoyed the food and we're satisfied with the portions too. Only tiny gripe was we wished there was a big more caramel to the crumble sundae to give it an extra kick

Had brilliant server called Gabrielle. She observed my tic disorder was playing havoc and offered me a quiet place I could go if I needed to. I haven't had this for long and this is the first time anyone has seen me struggle and been so nice, it really meant a lot.

I only wanted a light lunch, so Kahlyn ( I think that was her name) who was serving us said I could have a larger salad bowl than the ones with the meal and just pay for the salad, which is really good to know. The salad was very enjoyable.

Evie our server was brilliant, the restaurant wasn’t too hectic. Food was okay, ribs, burgers and waffles were great, the salad bar and bread were disappointing and all the sauces were pretty horrid.

Overall a lasting yet disappointing experience Long gone are the days of a free continental breakfast, which we loved and was a big part of coming to a harvester Which already sets things off to a bad start, menu is about the same happy with the overall choices Vegetation option was limited to one size and veg sausage was very poor dry and totally lacking in flavor, and vegi sticks on a breakfast last thing that should ever be chosen, to sum up felt like a veg breakfast was a "well we better offer the option" a designed meal Meat lovers option was well catered for was good and tasty only complaint was the child's portion of scrambled eggs, real eggs though? So to price.. Given there is no longer a free continental and the food was lacking in a few elements esp the veg option the price increase wasn't worth it Last and worst complaint paying! Handed a card machine with a choice of tip % with no clear button to say no. I don't want to be forced to give a tip Here's a tip I want to option to decide if I want to tip not be brought a machine where it's already in my face total disgrace Will we return not if we have any other choice

The food was standard but our server Ben went above and beyond! He was so attentive and obviously enjoys his job. I would put my fate in him to save my family from a burning building, he’s quite the legend in this Harvester!

Absolutely amazing meal and fantastic service. We had Sharon serve us today and she was brilliant, she was training a young girl and was so calm with her and talked her through everything, and when Sharon was talking with us she was brilliant, fab customer service. The food was spot on, we had fish and chips, and the giant profiterole for dessert and they were great. The restaurant itself was busy but not busy so you were in people’s way, it was fab.
