Harvester Pride Park Derby in Derby

Me and my work friends/colleagues, had a really lovely breakfast here last friday. The food was lovely, as was the service. Thank you Joey and to the chef Adam 🙂

Great food, server Ben is fantastic

Tasty food except for the chicken gravy which was watery and tasteless. Server Ben was great and was very welcoming.

Excellent service and food was delicious. We were well looked after by Ben, he was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, he is a credit to the restaurant team. Highly recommend Harvester at pride park Derby . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall a lasting yet disappointing experience Long gone are the days of a free continental breakfast, which we loved and was a big part of coming to a harvester Which already sets things off to a bad start, menu is about the same happy with the overall choices Vegetation option was limited to one size and veg sausage was very poor dry and totally lacking in flavor, and vegi sticks on a breakfast last thing that should ever be chosen, to sum up felt like a veg breakfast was a "well we better offer the option" a designed meal Meat lovers option was well catered for was good and tasty only complaint was the child's portion of scrambled eggs, real eggs though? So to price.. Given there is no longer a free continental and the food was lacking in a few elements esp the veg option the price increase wasn't worth it Last and worst complaint paying! Handed a card machine with a choice of tip % with no clear button to say no. I don't want to be forced to give a tip Here's a tip I want to option to decide if I want to tip not be brought a machine where it's already in my face total disgrace Will we return not if we have any other choice

Ben was fantastic. Nothing was too much and he was a brilliant server. Great laugh, great evening and an invitation to our wedding if he’s not on shift! Ben 4 prime minister.

The food was standard but our server Ben went above and beyond! He was so attentive and obviously enjoys his job. I would put my fate in him to save my family from a burning building, he’s quite the legend in this Harvester!

The food was okay but the server made the night! Ben was brilliant, we got told he would look after us and he defiantly went above and beyond! He was that good he saved the person on the table next to us and got invited to their wedding! Recommend coming here just for him! Thanks Ben

Absolutely amazing meal and fantastic service. We had Sharon serve us today and she was brilliant, she was training a young girl and was so calm with her and talked her through everything, and when Sharon was talking with us she was brilliant, fab customer service. The food was spot on, we had fish and chips, and the giant profiterole for dessert and they were great. The restaurant itself was busy but not busy so you were in people’s way, it was fab.

I visited this harvester Wednesday night and I can hands down say that this is one of the best harvesters I’ve ever visited! Once seated we was greeted by the lovely Ben who was amazing all the way through out the whole service. He checked up on us and make sure everything was fine all the way through :) it was lovely getting chatting to him and talked about general life which gave a personal touch to the service. This will definitely be a memorable time for us as we went on a date here and the service by Ben was immaculate you can tell that he really loves the customers and his job. Also, me and my partner ordered the ribeye steak that was cooked by Adam and it was one of the best steaks I had ever got from a harvester. The steak was juicy and melted in your mouth. I honestly couldn’t thank Ben more for the amazing service. And Adam for the amazing food. It had really made my day to have this experience :) I will be definitely returning and taking my family to this harvester when they visit from down south!!!

Server Ben, absolutely made our night. Food was great, atmosphere was calm and the place was clean and inviting. Me and my family had a wonderful evening and my nieces would like to especially thank Ben for an awesome night (and chef Bailey for the addictive Tattertots)

Excellent food and fab waitress

Arrived early for a table booked at 6pm on a Monday evening. Met by a smiling young man, who advised we could sit down immediately. We chose food and then realised it was on the menu only to be served before 5pm. Our server, Lewis, soon arrived at our table and we mentioned the fact we had both chosen food that was only served until 5pm. Lewis, straight away said he would ask the chef if this was possible. He was soon back to advise that Adam, the chef, was happy to help - it was a quiet Monday evening. By this time Lewis had already arrived with our drinks. Lewis was so polite and helpful with a big smile. Adam, the chef, could have refused our request, but on this occasion on a quiet evening, he made two customers appreciate very much his decision. The food was hot and delicious. Great customer service.

I did say after my last visit that I would not go again, but several months later, I did! I regretted it, menu is very limiting for someone with certain dietry requirements, (low fat). Time to think again,which is a shame because this is a very convenient place to meet up with friends and family. Update, getting very expensive!!!!

Food took absolute ages to be served on table. I asked for water and the table staff snapped, “I have ordered you are gonna have to wait”. I went to the bar and got water myself. What was worse is after we finished eating, he stood there chatting to a couple of customers and laughing rather than tend to tables who were patiently waiting. I have been to Harvester a few times and this was the worst of all experience. Might have to postpone my next visit.

Gabrielle was our server she was very friendly and chatty. Karl was the chef and me and my son really enjoyed the food. Lovely place definitely be coming back.

You get exactly what is says on the tin. Food is fine beer is acceptable & ambance is the same whichever Harvester you go to. Having said that the Ribs are the best you can get in England & the Salad bar is worth a visit on its own. Huge shout out to Lin, who went above & beyond to deliver customer delight. She's a star & deserves more recognition. I'll be back

I like the ease of booking a table

We were a party of 7, adults kids and grandparents. All the staff were great especially Evie our server was very accomodating and nothing was too much trouble.

Can’t find anybody in the bar you have to wait 20 minutes to get serve very poor service very rude stuff

Fantastic Family Dining Experience! We had a wonderful family meal here today. Our server, Gabrielle, was amazing! She was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our visit special. She interacted with our daughter in such a kind way, even giving her stickers for waiting patiently for her food, which made the meal even more memorable. Excellent service and a great atmosphere—we’ll definitely be back.

In the past, the food has been relatively good. However it wasn’t up to our expectations with the now overcooked chips and dry coleslaw.

Normally really enjoy Harvester but this one wasn't up to normal standards. To be fair it was a Sunday and they were extremely busy and the staff were doing best they could.

Went without booking and had good time. It ws Saturday after with free parking it was setting for a perfect outing

Usually, it would be a 5, but on Saturday, 15 of Feb, it was appalling our food arrived cold on hot plates, and when we drew this to the waiter's attention and ask to have it rectified they treated us disrespectfully and sinuated there was nothing wrong with it, after the chef had poked and proded it and passed it around the rest of the staff they decided to replace it, and on bringing the new food to the table was informed quite indignantly that it all is at the correct temperature. At no time was any attempt of an apology. Instead, the waitress decided to decanter sauce bottles from one to another at the opposite table whilst we ate, making my wife and I feel uncomfortable, most of the time we were there the chef was constantly scraping down the grill and banging off the excess from whatever utensil he was using. We still paid the full bill and did the walk of shame passed the chef on the way out.

On entry no tables in the restaurant, but there were empty tables the whole time we were there. Absolutely freezing cold, that we cudn even take our coats off, and left early to go get warm somewhere else. Ordered BBQ spare ribs, and I thought it'd have a nice sticky sauce, but turned out to be a dry boring lump of meat. Large chips were small. Dissapointing all round.

Hot, fresh food chef Josh did a wonderful job! Our server Sharon was great. We had someone in our party who needed to move to accommodate a disability and Sharon made everything seamless. She was charismatic and full of energy. Nothing was too much hassle and it made for a great dining experience. We will be back!

Great experience made all the more enjoyable by the natural comedian, Lewis, who also happened to be our server. He knew how to pitch his humour to his audience and every joke was a gem. He’s a natural!!

Thank you to the Manager and staff on Saturday for looking after our party of six after the bar booking was suspended. Food, drink and atmosphere were excellent.

We have been alot of times to harvester over the years and it never fails. I usually have something off the grill the 1983 combo is lovely and the potato skins amazing and I can't say no to a rocky horror sundae.The service we've received has always been very good cannot fault .10/10

The food was absolutely brilliant, came out really quickly! Thank you to the Chef Adam! Despite being quite busy and the harvester being short staffed ,we had an amazing time and my sister, whos birthday it was, had an amazing time. Our waitress Evie was so nice and really made my sister’s birthday complete. Despite the busyness she was amazing and got all of our orders in! The food was delicious thanks to the chef Josh and that really made my sisters birthday complete. Thank you for the wonderful service and the lovely food.

Ben was an absolutely amazing server tonight came out on valentine with the other half and gave us everything we needed . Made sure to check up on us if we needed more drinks or anything on the side . Lovely lad ❤️

OK, simple to write about rack in f pork ribs undercooked my partner had a steak chicken combo, steak undercooked spent £70 with drinks not good experience. Was there today 9th Feb at 3 sat at table 103

Food was cold, stroppy waitress & the toilets smelt disgusting, won't be going back .

We stopped here on the way through from Manchester to Lincolnshire, food was delicious, the portions plentiful, and the options were many, all the food on the salad bar tasted and look fresh, will definitely be returning. The server, Harriet, was really friendly and helpful too.

An enjoyable breakfast. Food was hot and fresh , didn't have to wait long either! Harriet was quick and efficient, friendly and polite. Josh was the head chef according to the card that we were given with the receipt. Good value for money and a good experience.

Lovely evening at the harvester, our waiter Ben couldn't do enough to help and we enjoyed a chilled evening at our own pace. Would definitely recommend going along and enjoying a lovely meal, our chef was Karl 😊

Attended as part of a large family group of 14 people with ages from 7-63 celebrating a 40th birthday. Ben took care of our group so well, very attentive, friendly and made sure we were all happy with the menu/food. Nothing was too much trouble to ask. He was able to reassure and inform us of the processes involved in dealing with the people with food allergies in our group. The restaurant kept the salad bar topped up, all the food dishes arrived within 5 minutes of each other so everyone could enjoy eating together. Overall a lovely way to end the weekend birthday celebrations. Would definitely visit again.

Ben the waiter was very helpful

We came for a surprise birthday celebration meal for 14 people including 6 children. We were expecting the usual hiccups when there's a big party at a chain pub, but it was faultless. I'm sure this was mainly down to our server Ben who was fantastic from start to finish. He was attentive but also left us alone and everyone seemed to be really happy with the food. It's probably 10 years since I've been for a meal here and I was pleasantly surprised with how good the food was. We will definitely be returning.

Delicious meal. I'd recommend Rotisserie chicken. Loved the salad bar. Great service (& humour) from Ben who looked after us well & was very efficient with one of our group's allergies.

I like Harvester it's a great concept. I love the fact you can help yourself to salad which is very tasty with lots of variety. Love the blue cheese sauce and freshly baked bread. One of my favourite places to eat
