Went for grandkids birthday, was ok, server was lovely, food was a small portion size for an adult. Chicken had to be sent back because it wasn't cooked right through. Very disappointed. No longer good value for money.

My daughter and I had a very enjoyable meal here yesterday. The salad cart was fresh and well topped up and our meals arrived in good time and were presented well. Our waitress Kelly was very warm, friendly and attentive. The other members of staff were also very polite. Will be back soon!

We came as we had 50% off not realising it was just main courses (except kids) standard harvester salad bar was quite messy but was a very busy night our waitress was brilliant good with the kids as well as serving us, very bubbly personality but I didn't catch her name.

This is ok for a cheap meal. The staff were great but they had run out of sauces and some salad

Absolute disaster. We booked a table online for 9.45pm only to be told on arrival that kitchen has closed! Why would you accept a booking online if you cannot accommodate?

Today, I tried salad good food good ambiance

We had a booked table on Friday night, the atmosphere was very welcoming, warm and relaxing, our waiter Ross was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and salad bar was plenty of choices. We had a lovely time and definitely will come back. Also free onside parking is a convenient addition to the restaurant.

We have visited this Harvester a few times now, everytime the food has been lovely. Last night was the first time we had been midweek, it's normally a weekend. The service is always ok, but last night we were served by Jason, his customer service skills were excellent, a real credit to the Harvester.

One meal came without any chips even though I put a note asking to check order as is mostly always wrong.

Service is good but the prices have become unreasonable.. not worth visiting unless some sort of offer

The customer service was outstanding from Connie and other members of staff. Also the food was delicious, as I ordered a double chicken burger known as the "dirty bird". My friend enjoyed her vegetable pasta and it looked Mouthwatering! Lastly the tables were cleaned thoroughly by a young man and everyone seems quite polite and the atmosphere was wonderful with the music. Salad bar was amazing too. The only thing to improve would be when paying for food, the staff could mention the app as I didn't know I could collect points or meals via the app but not to worry as I will come back again!!

Lukewarm food, too hungry to complain.

I used to visit this Harvester but hadn't been for some time. There was a warm welcome on arrival, and service was good throughout. Our food was delivered in a timely fashion and everything was well presented and tasty. Our server made frequent checks to ensure everything was going well. Worth a visit.

So Harvester has upped their game! Menu's and the food was excellent including dessert and the prices charged were entirely reasonable. We visited New Year Day with family; the place wasn't that busy but not entirely empty either. Our food was delivered quickly (quicker than I expected) and hot. Desseets were also served quickly and the staff were excellent. I'm not sure if all Harvesters are like this, but the experience here, with staff and the menu were very positive.

Perfect for a quick meal when you are travelling

service was great sat down at out booked table very quickly some of the glasses that were ordered for refill drinks had to be sent back as they stunk of urine then when out good come out the plates smelt the same food wasn't up to any kind of quality at all and for what ypu pay is actually disgusting! don't think I'll be eating here no more

Had a brilliant Xmas day lunch, got everything we ordered, it was tasty one of the best i had

Go to this place regularly and it's normally very good. Unfortunately on this occasion, during December, the food was not as expected. The chicken breast was dry, the chicken burger over cooked and very crunchy, and the meat burger looked undercooked, pink in the middle. Not up to usual standard.

Will never ever order again. Made an order on deliveroo and half of the food was missing. Tried to call and as soon as I explained what happened they hang up the call and never answered again! Terrible service! Never again!

Went with my family for breakfast with Santa on the 22nd December 2024 at 10am arrived got seated quickly wasn’t to busy and after few minutes Santa came to our table and greeted us all and asked the children if they have been good and said once you have ordered your breakfast I’ll come get you and we will go to North Pole so we went to see Santa and the kids enjoyed it all definitely would go back again next year

I can't believe how small the portion of chips and size of the burgers are getting. I don't want to have a plate of salad for £17 thank you.

I made a last minute booking for 12 people for Sunday 2pm -4:30pm for my mums birthday. Before we had even ordered the food the 3rd person serving us told us we had to leave by 4pm which didn’t go down well, not the service you expect. What was agreed on the phone was 2pm-4:30pm. I received the wrong meal and it was cold and we found hair in the potato salad. £191 spent won’t recommend

Food was cold sent back came back relatively hotter, staff did try to rectify would have expected a discount or a pudding given for free, overall was ok, which is a shame as ate here a few months ago and was really good, not so good now

Full rack of ribs is inconsistent. Ordered a couple times here and sometimes they’re juicy and off the bones but recently they have been bland, dry, and unusually small. Unfortunately, food is not cheap and they don’t give you the extra sauce to compensate for the ribs being bland and dry. I had to stop eating halfway as I couldn’t force myself to eat it. Would not recommend until they’ve fixed their issues with wrong and inconsistent orders..

We arrived after a long drive and was looking forward to harvesters chicken only to be told they had run out of chicken… very disappointed so asked for fish and chips to be told they had no fish either 🙈🤷🏼‍♀️😲 this was only 6.30 in the evening someone had obviously miscalculated the food delivery. Not a very good experience with 2 tired grand children

I booked a chicken bag through too good to go app, got on the bus to get to Harvester to collect only to see they have cancelled my order. 25 min before scheduled pick up slot. Not going there or ordering again.

If you want to use this for To good to go app don’t bother. I reserved a bag to collect in the evening, paid for the bus got there and oopsies! - order cancelled. Perhaps you could notify more than 30 min before? Funny how a customer has to cancel the order 2 hours before or still gets charged but Harvester can announce it when they please regardless if someone’s on the doorstep to collect.

I had recently visited Harvester Montague Arms in Langley branch due.I had gone with my family and was seated at the back next to the bar.The service from beginning was very poor and staff looked tired and not very friendly at all.Even though I told the hostess this is my first time coming to Harvester she just shock her head.The guy who took our food order was so serious and not a smile he didn't want to be there.Finally we got our order place and we received our first started in 15mins ,then our main we had to chase the waitress to bring our food as we were waiting foe 25mins.Once we finished our main 3 dishes the Classic beef burger and Chicken burger which we ordered and half rotisserie chicken which we enjoyed.To get the empty plates my son had to go 2 times to remind the manager whose name was Ashley.Finally after long wait we got our desserts and enjoyed it.Overall the food was great but the service was applauing and not even one time the manager or the waitress came to our table and asked us how is everything. A big disappointed for us.

We came to harvester this evening as we do not have one round our way, very excited to be in one again. From start to finish delightfull! Our host was named Tracey, could not fault her. Talkative, attentive and respectful. Thank you for making our experience a pleasure. Shame we don't live local as we would be back again and again. Thank you Tracey for being the perfect host ❤️

A wonderful vibrant experience from all the staff were amazing. Loved the revamped food Zak, Peter & Gary were fabulous - Molly stole the show with her charisma and hospitality skills- calming us down with merriment and laughter!

Truly awful dinner experience. The food is tasty but there was a man screaming in the corner of the restaurant and our waiter was really sarcastic and rude, it's also not the first time we've been served by the same rude waiter. Salad bar looked very tired with lots of old lettuce :/

I bring my mum here and friends from time to time and it's the best Harvester I have been too, Kelly and all the staff are always so lovely and helpful and food is great , Thank You, look forward to visiting again soon, would highly recommend .tried the breakfast today and very impressed.

Terrible visit. Won't be using Harvester again. Why send out offers if your teams cannot provide the service? Firstly the price increase on all your food is too much, had I not have travelled all the way there with my 2 daughters I wouldn't of even ordered. Made table booking for 7.15pm was told on arrival food will be 35-40 minutes inconvenient but we had gone there and was hungry so ordered. Waited over 50 minutes for our food which when arrived was not only burnt but cremated bit of rock hard burger, which also had tomatoes in when we'd asked not to. I did speak to our server who advised a replacement would be a long time, so I declined she did take price of burger off bill. Only about a 3rd of tables were occupied so don't know why it took so long and food so bad. But this and the price increase means I won't be back or recommend

Average Harvester, good food, busy place at weekends.

This is probably my favourite Harvester I've been to! I've been here a few times now and always get excellent service, the staff are so friendly. The restaurant is very clean, and the salad cart is always fresh and topped up. There's a good choice on the menu for most people. The food was really well cooked, hot and fresh, and came quickly. Last night it it almost came too quickly as it hadn't long started eating our salad. There's a large free Carpark, but just remember to put your number plate into the I pad in the rece area.

No ales on tap or bottled. When I asked for an ale, I was offered ginger ale.

My colleague and I came for a drink and a meal after work, the former was satisfactory as well as their service accompanying these drinks. Unfortunately the latter, our meal, really put a dampener on the evening. Our orders came out at different times, and the quality of the food left much to be desired in reflection to the price. The "wholetail scampi" was disappointingly similar to the frozen scampi I buy from Lidl; void of flavour and, incidentally, doesn't come with a whole tail... We spoke to an assistant manager about this issue, which resulted in part of the meal being discounted, however his demeanor made us feel unwelcome.

If I could I wouldn't even give it a star. Terrible

I love this place! I've been coming here over a period of 30 years and never been disappointed, while other Harvesters in the area have come and gone. Great group and family atmosphere while being cosy enough for a couple. On the one occasion, I questioned the food, the issue was sorted efficiently, and with the trademark smile.

Staff is really unhelpful and doesn't care at all if you ask for something. They are lost in their phones this is the last time here

Had the worst dining experience not only did I have to pay twice as the app sent my order to another restaurant but the food that did come out after an approximately 90 minute wait was terrible. When complaining to the manager on the day I was just told nothing could be done. I'm still trying to get my money back for the initial order and after 4 weeks of arguing with customer services and the 2 restaurants. Keep getting told i'd receive an email when in reality nothing ever comes. Utterly disappointed as this used to be a good restaurant.

good size parking .. blue badge disability parking... friendly staff.... endless salade kart which is great ...bread rolls white n brown loads of variety of sauce s and now with sauces that you can buy and take home exclusive to harvester... Great menu that caters for all ... and caters for people with allergies... Great menu and pudding and alcohol and soft drinks with the endless refills ... clean toilets and disabled toilets ...

Decent well a portion service station used on the way back to London from Birmingham. Very surprised to see the options of eating in at a pizza express as well as the normal facilities available at service stations.

Brilliant service from Jackie as always.. service with a smile! Unfortunately a few of the usual items were unavailable at the salad bar and some needed refilling (although Jackie ensured that the available ones were refilled quickly). Took point off as some of the usual salad bar items and sauces were not available.

We stopped in London on the way to the airport. The card sounded promising. I ordered a bowl with chicken and, among other things, buckwheat. I asked that the beans be left out and that the dressing be given separately. Very friendly. What I didn't find later was buckwheat and peppers. My vinaigrette should be the last drops of oil in the bottle at the station. I asked the service lady and she went into the kitchen and said it was the last one. How can that be? What is then seasoned and cooked with??? So I ate a salad without buckwheat or oil, but with an incredible amount of red chili, so that my mouth just burned! Unbelievable and it sounded so good! Unfortunately I can't give a good rating. My companion's fish and chips were ok for more than 16 pd.

stay away from this place, you will receive 100pound pcn to enter this car park. Their vehicle reg. Text number often not working in the night. There are no other way to use this car park. Once you enter you have to pay for the pcn. This place is a trap.

Rude horrible staff, got discriminated because we ordered a kids meal because we wasn’t hungry! Clearly states on menu that free salad included but as we are adults getting a kids meal we are not entitled to a salad! Discrimination at the nicest!! Rude management aswell turned around and said well I’ll happily remove your order, he doesn’t know how to be a manager got accused off shouting at him when we didn’t, we was just stating what the menu said, also we got shouted at infront off other customers so felt very belittled. Won’t be back to this restaurant again worst harvester I’ve been to

Service was brilliant, our waitress was very efficient and friendly. The food was served hot and tasted great so special mention to Jerome. We will be back!
