Have been going to this place for a number of years great food great customer service would recommend five out of five

Ordered inside. Food came in literally 2 minutes. Tasteless and egg fried rice was just plain boiled rice. Absolutely no way this is cooked fresh. Do yourself a favour and stay clear.

Disgusting food, we ordered crispy duck which should have been shredded but it wasn't. Oil was dripped down and wasn't even cooked properly. AVOID AT ANY COST!!!!!

Disappointed, so disappointed. After all the rave reviews below I was so looking forward to a delicious Chinese meal. But it was tasteless, beef was tough, egg fried rice had hardly was boiled and had no egg it. I know times a tough with inflation but at least represent your cuisine and culture well to others 🙏🙏🙏

Top One is a nice little Chinese takeaway which offers delicious authentic Chinese food. There is a vast selection on their menu which tastes great. Prices are really reasonable too. The lady behind the counter is really friendly and has a smile which makes you feel welcome. The set dinner menus are great for a quick and satisfying way to order if you want a mixed selection.

Average at best, salt and pepper chips were just oven chips and the sticky beef had hardly any beef

I came to slough and thought i would try top one as its got a good review. Well the lady was so polite who took my order. But the food was wrong the egg fried rice was bland and could not find the egg. The bbq sauce was not bbq source it was black bean source as that what it taste like. and the prawn crackers are the ones from the supermarket not proper prawn crackers what are big. And the chicken balls were the only thing what was nice. And bbq ribs tasted burnt in the bbq source what taste like black bean again. not worth its money i have been a chef for over 20 years and never tasted food so bland burnt and not the right sauce not good change your chef or you will loose customers.

The food here is almost too clean. Not your normal chinese. The food doesn't have the over powering oil cooked food smell. It's really good food just cleaner. You can tell the difference between the dishes. If you like your food, you know what I mean...

£5.80 for egg fried rice chips and curry sauce ridiculous £3.80 tops most places rice taste like microwave rice and salt and pepper ribs like deep fried no love or care to food salt pepper ribs ridiculous style never seem in 33 years of my life like this disgusting .

Tried several Chinese takeaways recently, this is the best.

We were looking for a new takeaway & the reviews & the scores on the doors were good so we decided to give it a go. Initial impressions were good - clean, good service & tasty looking food BUT -. I had the crab & sweetcorn soup as a starter & it was Very Good. my wife had sweet & sour sour chicken with special fried rice & she said it was really bland. My son had chicken chop suey & special fried rice & said it was bland. I had barbecued ribs & could not taste anything - the sauce might as well have been water. I ate a couple of ribs & threw the rest away. 20 minutes after eating this rather rubbish meal I was face down in the toilet making an offering to the Porcelain God. I chucked my guts up. I HATE posting negative reviews but I must warn you about this place. A waste of £26.

Top One top chinese! Great food great taste. Ordered for the 1st time tonight and it won't be the last. Great it has a 5 star hygiene rating quite rare in Slough! The lady behind the counter was so friendly and helpful. Parking can be an issue but they deliver

Take away for family staying at Premier Inn across the road. Food served hot, delicious and plentiful. Even asked and provided cutlery for the meals. Pleasant staff and value for money.

Omg this food is the best I’ve tasted in a long time, and amazingly they cook one of my favourite dishes - double cooked pork Their sweet and sour pork ball are amazing too, they come with nice pieces of pork inside where as others I have had come with to much rind of the pork

Haven't tried all the dishes yet, but the quality and quantity is decent. I would definitely recommend this for its affordable prices, customisation options and very friendly staff :)

There is not much to it when you visit this Chinese takeaway but a lot can be said about their food. The food is delicious and there is a wide variety, especially the set meals. The decor can do with an update but dont let that sway you from enjoying some delicious food prepared fresh.

Tasty Chinese take-away. Food is always great from here. The set menu for 1 has a nice selection to choose from. Great value for money. My wife and I ordered a take-away from here last Saturday night. We live in Langley, about a mile away, and decided to try this place as they deliver for free and have a great FSA rating (5 in August 2019). I ordered a set meal for two persons (D at about £23.80), which consisted of Prawn Crackers with Spare Ribs in sauce, Chicken with cashew nuts, crispy beef and sweet & sour prawn with fried rice. I was advised delivery was taking up to 1 hour, which was OK with us. Food arrived in a little less than an hour, and I paid the chap on the doorstep. All the food was fairly hot and really tasty, much better than most of the chinese take-away meals we had eaten over the last two years or so. I was pleasantly surprised and will no doubt continue to use this restaurant again in the future.

Wouldn't even give one star. Food was freezing cold. No taste atal. Spend 20 pounds for it all to go in the bin absolutly disgusting. Even two 5 year olds said it was horrible. Lady that was serving was nice though.

I telephoned Top One to ask whether they were delivering orders in the Artic weather. "Of course" said the friendly woman who always makes placing an order a pleasure. The food was delivered by a pleasant man for a modest price. Every dish was excellent. There are some Thai dishes on the predominantly Chinese menu including an appertising Tom Yum soup. I have been ordering from this takeaway for many years. It used to be fantastic, but even though they have maintained their very reasonable prices and very generous portions the food now is just bland/tasteless and often the rice is stale. The lady who always answers the phone is so friendly and polite and always repeats back the order. So it really is such a shame as it used to very much be a 5 star takeaway, but now its 2 at the best for food quality.

The food does not have any taste. Ordered chow-mein pork and I had a feeling like eating plain nuddles. Chown-main prawns as above. I put 3 stars because of there was good amount of prawns.. I will not go again.

We use this place all the time best takeaway in the local area with delivery option which sometimes is slow as they are busy, food always good and hot when delivered pleasant telephone manner recommend no parking outside as on main road so go for a delivery option.

I have used this takeaway for many years and the food has always been very good if not excellent. Please note they do delivery and usually ask for a 45 minute lead in time. Always arrive promptly with the food piping hot.I love Chinese food and have visited a few establishments in the area and Top One is by far and away the best. Prices are very reasonable too. Recommendations: Crispy Fried Duck Salt and Pepper Ribs Sweet and Sour Chicken Hong Kong Style Special Curry. Try them . You will not be disappointed.

Normally I don't really eat Chinese food! And i live in premier inn for few days and I found out that they have a Chinese take away just around the corner! I bought the **shredded chilli beef**and the **chicken in black bean sauce** with a large portion of Egg fridge rice!!! The food was awesome! No doubt the food are the best that I had in Slough! **I Will Be Back Again**

Excellent and convenient location to go to Windsor Castle and Egham University and Eton. Train and Bus is a walking distance and Heathrow bus is direct for standard one way fare.
