Great food here! Really enjoyed my food and the selection on the salad bar, the Dirty burger is amazing and massive the pork dirty fries are amazing!! Staff were welcoming and kind.

Servers was polite and efficient they was really helpful, food was good and decent quality will be coming back soon....

Food was delivered cold and we returned it, on the second occasion when served it was still cold, we discussed matters with your manager and left. Our evening was totally spoilt

Dry and disappointing food. Incomplete salad bar. Bread rolls almost frozen. Rather surly service. Not a great experience at all.

What a lovely restaurant this is. Our food was absolutely delicious and arrived very quickly, which is always a win in my books. The young lady serving us was wonderful, Tia you were just lovely!

Had a delicious meal here. A lovely young man called Ethan served us. We were ordering vegan food and drinks. Ethan really went above and beyond, his product knowledge is excellent. Will definitely be back!

Came in for food with my partner, was seated quickly and with a smile, service from Tia and Ethan was amazing as always, as well as the food cooked by Paulina, Pat, and Nilpa. I had the chicken flatbread and my partner had the beef burger, everything was hot, fast, and refreshing

First time going out since the start of lockdown. On a whim, decided to go to our local Harvester because we signed up for the 25% discount, only to be told it wasn’t valid when it came to pay. The email said nothing about how long to wait until you could use the code. A lot of embarrassing back and forth with the manager and our waitress but we were told there’s nothing they could do. Really frustrating when you budget for a meal at Christmastime. We were apprehensive about what the experience might be like and were a little disappointed. Firstly, the waitress seemed lovely and was probably the best part of it. It took a while to be called to the salad bar, then we hadn’t long started that when our main meal came. Even though the main meal came quickly everything was slower than usual and the place was really lacking it’s usual festive cheer. My halloumi was different to the last time I had it; no herby crispy batter. It was a little soggy. My husbands chicken triple was fine but he said tasted dry when usually it’s moist at Harvester. We didn’t stick around for dessert because of the timing but I am glad we didn’t otherwise we would have paid full price for those unexpectedly too.

First time eating in a harvester. Not sure what I was expecting but something was missing no atmosphere.When we arrived we were seated server asked if we had been before and we replied no, the server said he would let us settle and would come back and talk us through Covid details. 10 minutes later we were still waiting- it’s only when we asked to order drinks he came back to us but told us someone else would come and take drinks order. No drinks menu. Food Was Good my husband enjoyed his steak. The child’s pasta meal was like a soup it was that sloppy. One way system in place needs to be reviewed especially if you end up walking past more people on the one way system to get to your table!

I visited this restaurant on 8/9/2020 and although the food I received was really nice I thought the service was rather substandard my menu choice specified that it came with a southern fried onion nest (replaced by a sole onion ring) and a side of beef dripping gravy which never came with my dish when questioning this with my server I was told the chefs never told us that it was out of stock which I understand but surely there has to be better communication between front of house and back of house to make all customers aware.In summation food lovely service poor hence 3 stars

Went for food with myself, my partner and my daughter. After waiting outside the door for 10 minutes incase of social distancing. Opened the door to see if there was any free tables for food to be told there was no tables free when the restaurant was literally almost empty.. maybe 20 people sat in there, there was atleast 8 tables free inside and about 15 outside. Wouldn't have had any problem eating outside if the waitress offered. Terrible service and we didn't even eat there.

Friendly welcome, with the Covid regulations fully explained when we were seated which left us feeling very at ease. Staff were lovely, in particular Alisha who served us and made sure everything was okay throughout our time there. Food was brill, will definitely return.

Four of us went yesterday, as part of the government help to eat out scheme so of course we got great value for money. More importantly for us, the COVID changes they’ve made really made the whole experience feel safe. Yes, it was different, but all the changes made sense. On top of that, the food was great, normal Harvester choices but the Brisket was delicious. Well done to all the staff doing a great job.

Our last visit to this Harvester wasn't good but I am pleased to say that we had an excellent overall experience. Thank you to Leah our server.

We have been twice in recent weeks and found that the standard of past visits has been maintained. The service and food is of a good standard and does not vary.

Poor experience all around today - waitress that greeted us unsmiling / unfriendly. Food under tables and across floors. Salad bar poorly stocked (most containers empty), when waitress was asked to restock the answer was they’re doing their best as they’re busy ....thats ok then, we as the paying customers will go without then shall we ? Service slow. Food what you’d expect for the price. Bill brought to the table without it being asked for and before we’d even ordered dessert. Ice cream sundae awful, strawberry sauce just red water.Don’t waste your time or money here, drive to pontypool and use the Harvester there. Cwmbran management take note ... pay a visit to your branch in pontypool and take some lessons on how to run your branch

Meal deal 8.99 for 2 course.I had salad to start with followed by garlic mushrooms. Then fish pie.All extremely tasty.My husband had salad,garlic mushrooms then Gammon, egg and chips.All very nice.Would make following comments:Salad bar needs to be checked more often. There was salad dropped and left on top of salad bar. Not a good impression. Also salad containers needed to be replenished.We were on table 11 and seating was very badly torn! Not really acceptable. No other tables available. Samuel served us and was very attentive and polite.

We had booked a table, the restaurant wasn't busy but along with another couple, we waited at least 7minutes before the manager came to seat anyone. The other couple were seated first, then again we waited while a table was wiped down. There was plenty of space? I said we had booked a table but this was ignored. Consequently, I got a text to say our booking was cancelled! The servers are always lovely, you know what you are getting with the food but the management needs to up their game on customer service.

Food was piping hot and prompt. Server was lovely and brought our tea refill quickly. Salad cart was clean and well stocked and with a 40 % off voucher it was great value.

We were shopping in Cwmbran and decided to pop in for lunch. I ordered salad with salmon from the standard menu, daughter ordered a beef burger from festive menu, part of a deal, two or three courses for a set price. I think our waitress was Hillary, and she was fantastic. Also we were both impressed by the disability awareness shown by the front of house member of staff, who discreetly noted my daughter's disability (mobility issue), and as it was busy asked if she would be comfortable being seated at one of the high booth seats as these were the only ones available at the time. We often eat in harvester, my second visit to Cwmbran restaurant. Usually we visit one of the Newport ones. You must bear in mind this is a chain restaurant, and a lot of the food is pre made, frozen, some is reheated in the microwave. If you're expecting a Michelin star experience then you're going to be disappointed. It's a pretty standard affair. Both our meals were satisfactory and we had no real cause to complain. But I think harvesters should consider reintroducing a fresh fruit desert option, I was looking for something light and healthy to compliment my salad, but all deserts were stodgy and sugary sweet. A fresh fruit salad maybe. Maybe they could introduce a fresh fruit bar to compliment the salad bar, with a choice of a few fresh fruit options, for those who would prefer a lighter option. It's also an ideal choice for those who have a food intolerance or allergy to gluten, etc.

My daughter and I had just travelled back from Somerset and decided to visit Cwmbran Harvester for a late lunch. We each ordered unlimited salad and a bowl of chips. Because the bowls appeared to be half empty my daughter counted hers and found she had TEN chips. That worked out at 20p per chip!! I then went to Morrisons and bought 6 bananas for £1.20 which makes one chip the same price as one banana!! This is a joke isn't it? Come on Harvester, don't be so stingey with the chips.

Large party for breakfast, 9 people, excellent service from young man who gave 100% service, [ not easy with our family!,] Two happy vegans and a veggie in the party, great food, nothing was to much trouble, great value lovely visit, many thanks!

Absolutely DISGUSTING. Our Christmas meal 2019 was totally ruined: for the past 3 years we have thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas meal experience at the Harvester in Cwmbran. Sadly, this year it wasnt open for Christmas Day so our only option was to book into the Harvester at Pontypool for our 4th consecutive year of Harvester Christmas meals. Truthfully, so many customers were complaining: food was cold, over-powering sauces were used which detracted from the overall dish it was intended to enhance; people were turning up for their allotted table time only to find no table available to them - they were being asked to wait at the bar. I ordered a medium steak, sufficiently well done to be set in the middle: my steak turned up with the exterior cremated and the inside like shoe leather. My daughter ordered a bottle of wine: an hour and a quarter later, it still had not arrived. Customers were waiting at least three quarters of an hour between courses, many customers found the food inedible: of those who could eat it, the service was non-existant, poor at best. The restaurant was heaving: far too many bookings had been crammed into far too short a space of time than would normally be expected for a celebration meal such as you would expect at Christmas. To say that the expectation met the reality of a totally ruined Christmas meal experience would be to understate the truth of the situation: it felt like eating in the midst of a cattle market. We paid £44.95 each for this appallingly dreadful meal: we refused to pay for our drinks - we finished eating and just walked out. For someone who eats out frequently, this meal was an appalling waste of money: the management should be ashamed of hoodwinking the public into paying for this substandard rubbish. It is not an understatement to say that the Harvester in Pontypool completely ruined our Christmas meal. I am both very angry and thoroughly disgusted.

Chose the wrong day to visit for our breakfast but we had committed and couldn't be bothered changing our mind..... it was the Children's Santa event.

Sorry to say the greeting at the door was far from interested, no 'hello sir/madam' with a smile, followed by a meal I can honestly say was the worst I have ever experienced in a Harvester and I have eaten in many in Wales and England.

Came to the restaurant tonight for my Son's 12th Birthday to leave feeling disappointed.

All in breakfast was nice- sausages weren’t black as normal in Harvesters-poached egg done perfectly.

Never eat here absolutely disgusting tasteless bone dry tastes like it was cooked last night and reheated

We ate here this morning with my partner and parents. The waitress was lovely, friendly and so genuine in her service. We had the unlimited breakfast which was cooked to order there was 1 issue with my hash brown but it was sorted promptly by our waitress.

Came to the harvester today ordered our food and didn’t get given the bowls for the salad. The waitress was called ‘Gulley’ I asked if it was okay if my 1 year old could have my salad she replied saying she would have to ask her manager and then she didn’t get back to us. She didn’t clear the plates from the table I had to ask her too. She didn’t ask how the food was she just put it in the table and walked off and never seen her again until I asked to clear the table. Worst experience which I’m very shocked as it has always been lovely. Never had a smile once from her.

Called in without a reservation. They were busy but found us a table straight away. Bird, surf & turf was perfect. I wasn't expecting much especially the steak but have to say it was cooked perfectly to my medium rare request. Kelly, our waitress, was very friendly and helpful. Got to say, very good pre theatre meal. Thanks.

We often eat here before going to the cinema. The food is freshly cooked and arrives in a timely manner. Menu has something for everyone and is generally very good.

Great atmosphere, staff extremely friendly and make the effort to spend time talking to the kids. We would definitely be back!

We happened to come in tonight (Saturday seven-thirty). It was busy but have to say no lack of attention from our server Madison. She was great!! Order was taken when we wanted to, no waiting. Food was delicious and arrived in good time. Didn’t seem rushed or under pressure for the table like you do in other places. Thanks again Madison

We ordered are food after about a 25 minute wait and around 15 minutes later the waitress came back over to inform us that one of the dishes we ordered was out of stock... ok no problem. Ordered something else. After another 10 minutes the waitress still hadn’t come back to take the new order so we popped up to the bar to let her know our other choice. She then came back 5 minutes later to tell us that they didn’t have any more of that dish either, fair enough. After another 10 minutes of waiting she came back and we ordered something else. When are meals arrived my partner was told his meal would then be a few minutes late. We nearly finished our food by the time his came. Was very disappointing. Just think the staff need to be more aware of time management as people expect to have their meals together.

The title says it all. Six of us went for food here on a Saturday night due to its proximity to Hollywood Bowl and were let down by the service. Obviously it is going to be busy on a Saturday night but our waitress was quite forgetful and inattentive, leaving us without our drinks for quite a while. The food itself was decent but one of the kids' broccoli was overcooked to the point of it being inedible. When it came time to pay the bill we had great difficulty getting the attention of a server. Overall maybe hire more staff to handle a busy night.

So we were after a simple lunch.

A tidy place for a quick bite to eat. The environment is nice, fresh, clean and trendy. Food is varied (especially if you like chicken!) our server was a mature gent full of character who made the evening. Topped off with a discount voucher making the Harvester visit spot on

Our 1st visit last Christmas was a disappointment, slow service & salad counter not topped up but decided to try it again hoping it was a one off. Sadly our 2nd visit was worse. Disinterested staff who served us, whose opening words were 'What do you want'. Tables uncleared, food on the floors. Messy salad counter. Food was ok but the service was unacceptable.

I’ve never visited a Harvester before (there isn’t one where I live) but I’m pleased to say it was lovely. There was a full menu or a set menu of 2 or 3 courses.

Fantastic service and food. Great options on the salad bar which was kept clean and tidy. Would definitely go again!

Had a voucher for 2 chicken meals and 2 drinks the wine stated was not available no alternative offered wife ended with coke!! Ordered a pint of Carling smelt of rotten eggs and and undrinkable when complained told I had been given San Miguel by mistake didn't make it taste any better. Under the table potato salad from previous customers everywhere won't be going again.

Today visited harvester Cwmbran and was served by Ellis very nice young man helpful polite . Ellis was serving all by himself and had a lot of people to serve very clam food and service excellent

Myself and my partner go to Harvester every so often and we never have anything to complain about. This time the food was lovely, my partner has the half ribs and I had the chicken stack. The salad bar was fresh and the staff were helpful but, then once we had our meal the bill came and we read that I had a elderflower and lime gin and tonic, when I originally asked for elderflower and lime twist, the non-alcoholic version as I was driving. We did complain and the girl said that it was just a mistake when she inputted the order. I did however feel very unsure as I was driving and she did not make me feel confident that it was alcoholic. She did amend the receipt, and paid and left shortly after.

STAY AWAY POOR EXCUSE OF A RESTAURANT Went there as it was my daughters birthday. Close to where we live with convenient parking and used to be well run about 2 years ago. This is the second time I have had a problem. This time my daughter ordered vegetarian cooked dinner and after receiving found it was dry with no gravy so I requested some politely. They said “you don’t want chicken gravy do you “ I said obviously not but it states vegetarian gravy on the menu. They again said there is no gravy no explanation and my daughter with a dry meal .my other daughter had fish fingers kids meal , when it arrived one of the fish fingers was frozen solid not even cooked. I took it to the manager in my hand and said feel that? He did apologise and replace the fish fingers but does he realise the damage a frozen fish finger could do to my 9 year old daughter. Yes he didn’t charge me for the £6 kids meal but that with the gravy ruined our experience and occasion. We should have not paid for anything also if you are vegetarian stay away from this poor place big sign outside saying caters fir vegans and you can’t get vegetarian right. Plus almost gave my daughter food poisoning. I complained after And they said sorry. Well it isn’t enough.

Food was good as usual. Service was dreadful! Staff too busy chatting to each other and cuddling to serve you. Waited 25 minutes to be asked for any of our order, had to ask for the bill twice and then nobody came to take payment so had to pay on theapp so that we weren't late for our film next door.

I have not been to this Harvester for a few years and not since they have refurbished as never had a positive experience. This was due to poor service. However, I thought I would give it one last try.

Extortionate prices for small portions. Although the menu has changed & seems mouth watering; It really isn't!

Visited today (18th June ) for "all in" breakfast.....food was acceptable, but service was dire. Only 4 tables in, and 2 waiters (1 male 1 female).

Came here tonight for Fathers day. Prebooked online and paid the online fee in hopes for the fathers day menu. When we arrived at harvester it was obviously busy which I can appreciate. Almost everything we ordered they were out of (again I understand they were busy but order more for occasions!) with most of our food substituted for something else, although that was annoying it wasn't the end of the world. However, I ordered a larger unlimited salad with cajun chicken inside it. When the waiter came to give me my food he told me they were out of cajun and put a microwaved looking chicken in front of me, which wasn't what I ordered but I wasn't even made aware that they were out of my chicken until last minute! Although this was annoying I was still looking forward to my salad, however when I went to get my salad they were throwing the salad away and the salad chef smirked at me when I asked if he was throwing it away. It wasn't even near closing time!! It just got worse as the evening progressed with our waiter slamming things down near us and not even properly serving us after we complained (terrible customer service!) staff clearly complaining about us and then expecting us to pay 60 pound for our terrible under cooked meals. Would not recommend!! Go anywhere else for your food. This is not the first time we've been disappointed eating here. The staff don't care!! Save yourself time and money and eat else where

It was actually disgusting worse than a primary school dinner and truss me that’s terrible. I would of rated it 0 but I couldn’t! I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

Myself and my Husband popped here after doing some shopping to try out the vegan options. I opted for the vegan nachos and piri piri tofu skewers and it was really tasty compared to what I imagined, I cannot fault it in the slightest! Our waitress was a delight and couldn't do enough to cater for our needs. My husband had a burger and he was just as impressed with his meal as I was. Over all a great experience.

We expected a normal Harvester lunch, no frills, reasonable choice and value for money. It was a pity to have our food sat on the pass for 10 minutes with the result that it went cold and had to be sent back. Also expected rice and beans with the chilli as on the menu but given big chips that were powdery and tasteless. Service let this Harvester down. Please try better.

Met up with friends for lunch and decided on the Harvester. Chose the 3 course. Well worth it although you could have rolled me out i was so full. Nice atmosphere,friendly server

Ate here last Tuesday,my daughters Birthday,I certainly didn't want to go but was out voted.

Booked table online and was seated quickly, then greeted by our waitress who was friendly and helpful. Plenty of choice at salad bar. Food was piping hot.

Its had to put into words how bad the service is in this place. We came here for a birthday in January and complained. We came here today as we went bowling next door. I had to go and find someone to adk for cutlery as none was given to us, my wife ordered a salad and jacket potato that never came, we had to ask a different waitress where it was. Once your food is served that is the last you will ever see of the staff. Its like they put your plate down and say shop floor is lava because they just vanish. Ive never had desert from here as they have never come back. In january we ended up downloading the app to pay, today we had cash so i ended up going to the bar to settle the bill. The food and prices are standard harvester but the service is non existant. If your in cwmbran and want a harvester, jump in your car and drive a couple of miles to pontypool where the service is excellant

Tried fish and chips. Restaurant clean. Quality price is okay. Big parking lot. The food is not breathtaking. It has to be taken into consideration that is a chain of restaurants not home made food.

We came for a meal on the 12th of feb for lunch it wasn’t busy which means less people at the salads which is always a plus! We had Kelly as our server and she was great looked after us well... deffo be back again soon.

We were pleased to see Vegan on the menu but disappointed to discover the vegan burgers would be cooked with the meat. Otherwise very pleased.

I visited harvester after a group of friends and our toddlers had just been trampolining. You would think they would of been happy with the extra custom but obviously it was too much bother for them. We waited 20+ minutes for a table. We finally got seated they repeatedly tried to remove the pushchairs and my child was sleeping in the one. They took forever to take our order and ages to cook it. The waitress repeatedly rolled her eyes and it wasnt a complicated order. The childrens meal was part frozen and then we had to wait ages for the bill. Not a place i will visit again.

Visited this Saturday, the 26th Jan, with some trepidation,as my last visit Dec 10th, was way below par. Very, very, busy, but the service was beyond excellent, served by an extremely helpful, friendly, and professional waiter, named Sean. Food very good quality. Heartily recommend, you will not be disappointed.

What a lovely surprise to find that there was a vegan menu! We went here for a family meal and I expected to find one meal on the menu that I could eat. In fac5 there is a huge choice and it was delicious. Well done Harvester.

Haven't been to a Harvester since my wife was pregnant with our son, but we went to the Cwmbran restaurant for a meal before the cinema for his 14th birthday with his girlfriend! Was pleasantly surprised. Service was great, really friendly, really helpful. Food was good. Much better than 15 years ago! His girlfriend only likes certain foods but there was plenty of choice for everyone on the menu. Lots of grill choices for chicken and beef. Steaks were a little expensive considering it was the Harvester, but the quality of the product was really good. Will go again, and sooner than another 15 years!

Don’t bother with this Cwmbran restaurant l waited ages to be seated then waitress disappeared came back much later. only 3 other people in restaurant with more staff who were not interested in serving you. Food arrived late and cold had to find member of staff to tell them it was cold when a replacement arrived it was dried up and tasteless l left the food after one mouthful and won’t be going back to this restaurant again

Terrible service. Waited 25 mins for a table we had already booked when restaurant wasn’t full. Then waited another 25 mins for our order to be taken. In the end left without ordering. Better off driving extra 5 mins to Harvester in Malpas, much better service and food.

I had original combo which was the best I've had for a long time. Everything was piping hot ,chicken and ribs VERY tasty and chips crunchy. I'm gluten free and was provided with an allergen folder and my questions answered . Felt confident to eat there.

Booked a Table of 12 for my son's 3rd Birthday at 5:00 Sunday Afternoon. Salad Bar was ok but no bread rolls then we ordered food. Was bringing the wrong meals to the table. Then as food was being brought out one of the meals was 83 combo but had run out of ribs when complained stated we should of been told when we ordered but this was not the case. Then one of the childrens meals came out with no veg on it as they have run out of broccoli asked if they had green beans said they did then came out with baked beans as No they did not have greenbeans when meal was nearly over. Those who had chicken meals did not have coleslaw on the side had to ask this came when meal was over. Long wait for table to be cleaned to order desserts. This was not a busy Sunday To run out of food but not say until it comes out is wrong We have always gone to Harvester for his Birthday as he enjoys the food won't be going again Realy disappointed.

It is what it is. If your looking for quality food and a peaceful atmosphere you wouldn't go here (harvester in general). Food is to an ok standard same as all harvesters. Floors are normally covered in peas and chips where parents can't control their children.

I had a Veggie Burgers with chips and Salad Bar. The Salad bar was very good. The veggie Burger was Lovely. The chips to go with it was Very nicely cooked and crispy but the portion was an insult and I wouldn't even think it was big enough for children's portion. Maybe ok for a 2 to 5 year old. Come on Harvester don't get cheap on the least expensive part of a meal and bring in more custom by valuing your customers.

Called in today after the cinema for lunch. Staff friendly and attentive. Salad bar poor. Most containers were almost empty. Food was acceptable. Main concern was the "grab" machine. Always avoid machines like this in amusement arcades. My granddaughter was obsessed with this machine. She couldn't understand our explanations as to how nobody ever wins. Because she was able to 'grab' her desired toy, she thought she was in with a chance of winning it. We spent £6 on this total waste of money just to appease her. Didn't leave a tip as it was in the machine. Will not return whilst this machine is there. There are some machines at the Ashbridge, but for £1, children always have a gift no matter how rubbish.

Called into the Harvestor on Saturday 15th December for breakfast with Santa. The greeting from staff was totally unwelcoming. We arrived 5 mins too early, doors were open so we went in. The manager came out and told us to get out and wait outside.

Visited Sunday 9th December, at 12.30,had gone into the Restaurant week before to book a table for 7 people, specifically requesting that we were NOT to be seated at the round table at the back of the restaurant. Tu4ned up 12.20, to be told we were to be seated at the round table! Declined, and waited while tables were shuffled together to accommodate our party. Xmas meals turned up without any turkey (?), then one meal had to be rewarmed, as it was lukewarm. Then meals turned up without any potatoes! Coffee turned up before the dessert, and one cup badly chipped, and had to be exchanged. Food tasted nice when it came,and the girl who served us was friendly, and apologetic, however really shambolic service. Strange, as I had a meal 4 weeks ago, a party of 6, where the meals and service were superb. Same level of busyness in the restaurant

Quick and filling breakfast. Usual chain experience and certainly wouldn’t even consider it for anything other than a breakfast in a hurry.

If you like a good variety of salad with your meal this is the place to eat. The staff were pleasant and attentive and the service was prompt. Cwmbran Harvester is close to the cinema, shops and gym.

The Staff did not know what gluten free food was gave me folder to check my self NO Gluten free Food. I left the folder on table and left. Staff Need training!!!

Visited last month with a friend for a catch up. The service was great the and the young blonde waitress was extremely polite and very friendly. The service was great in total. The food was really great too and everything came at a good time. Very filling and good portions - no complaints. Salad bar was clean and filled up. Never have a problem here!

Came to the Harvester for food, I got to choose as won a bet that I would beat my boyfriend in the Cardiff 10km. And let me just say it didn’t disappoint. Had half chicken with jacket potato and it was just what I needed

Really felt like some salad followed by chicken. Can't complain! It's a nicer Harvester than the ones near us up North. Triple chicken cooked really well. Salad was fresh even at 8pm. It's still really good value. We enjoyed our visit here and ate it all!

It arrived with the spit roasted chicken burnt to a cinder. I asked for the waiter to change it. He replied "Why", because it is burnt black I replied. We havent got any more they are not cooked,I can do you a breast of chicken though. Yes ok I said. When he brought the chicken over, it was not a breast it was a fillet cut off the breast. I took a photo of it and told him I was not happy with it and what was he going to do about. His reply was "Absolutely Nothing". I told him I would be taking it further to which he relied "Good Luck". The manager came over and said that was not a breast of chicken it was a fillet and he replaced it and said he would be having words with the waiter. Never again will I ever set foot in there again.

First time I/we have been to a Harvester. Looked clean and tidy. Plenty of tables available early evening. Got served almost immediately by a smiley young lad, couple of drinks to start. Picked cod and Veggie as the main meals. Was served very quickly with piping hot food.......couldn't fault it.

Can’t fault it if you just want pub food, salad bar could do with being filled alittle more often and bread replaced. Plus some of the managers are clowns but all in all nice venue great location

Went here for a quick bite to eat. The venue has been refurbed since we last visited, it lovely open and fresh looking. Food was spectacular, staff were happy to help. Would recommend this place to anyone!

I visit the Cwmbran Harvester often with my boyfriend. Each experience here has been lovely. Every time we visit, all of the staff have been polite and helpful. The food has always been great and the atmosphere in the Restaurant is fabulous. I love the spacious feel of the restaurant and the comfortable seating provided. I especially like the higher tables and chairs located in front of the bar area. Thank you to everyone who makes our visits here enjoyable.

We visited on a Thursday night and I would say 5 or 6 tables were taken at most.
