Came for my eldest son's birthday. Meal was lovely, really fab food. Waitress brought sweet potato chips over, a minute later came over with more as she said the others didn't look up to standard - that's someone who knows what 'service' is which is rare in chain restaurants now. All staff friendly and polite. No trouble using my blue light card either. Food was quick to arrive at the table, salad bar well stocked. Can't wait to come back. We all had a lovely time. Thank you - staff at lunch time on Feb 15th are a credit to your brand.

This place is great to sit and eat at. Accessible for wheelchairs too. We were served by a lady called Emily and she was so polite and kind. Our food was delicious and couldn’t have asked for more. 10/10!

Went to the Harvester for a meal with my family who came up to see my at University. Arrived late at the table (yes our fault) but were greeted with a very rude manager who told us to come back in an hour. On return we were given a table and when asking about a voucher told ‘it wouldn’t work’ as the waitress responded to my mother angrily for asking a question - then refusing to let us try out our code. So thanks for that. The salad bowls then arrived at the same as the meal which was pointless really. Finally my mother then asked a waitress to refill water three times - each time she said she’d be back in a second - but this never happened. Nice food so well done chefs - but disgusting and rude waitressing and management. This was on Wednesday 14th Feb.

My husband went to harvest last year with my 3 children he was told he should book the table and that understandable they refuse him table after few days we went together without booking they give us table, after last weeks me and my husband and 8 months daughter we went there we found 3 staff standing on door we ask table they give us near the door I had baby pushers with me I asked one staff few I could have different table because pushers , it’s was near the door wasn’t looking good at all ! I asked her if I could have different tables she told me nobody will give me service on other tables , she walk way from me , they count talking and turn they back on me I feel so embarrassed and shamed so I told my husband let go somewhere else the staff was so rude she didn’t even care !! Nobody deserves to get treated like ! This so horrible !
