Friendly staff, fresh salad bar, well cooked food, value for money food and drinks. Clean environment.

I know we got 40% off main meals but it was the worst meal I have ever had at harvester. Tough, hard chicken, hard goujons, hardly any coleslaw!

Good parking , dark nights footpath entrance needs lighting. Book your car in on entering. Drink and food both good.

It tasted ok but nothing special. They had run out of my first 2 choices. Portions were small - on the day I was not too hungry so didn't mind.

Fantastic service on a busy Sunday afternoon. Special mention to Casey who was our waitress but all of the staff were great. It was daughter in laws birthday and we took a cake and candles and they brought it out and sang happy birthday. Good food and a lovely way to spend an afternoon. Definitely recommend.

This is a really good Harvester restaurant with everything you would expect - good food, friendly service and a nice relaxed feel to the place. One of the best Harvesters we've visited so far.

Great stop for breakfast before going to the Belfry

Booked a lunch with my Dad, as we were waiting to be seated a lady walked past and said someone will be with you shortly, not long after a gentleman appeared and sat us at our table and explained the process e.g. refillable drinks and salad bar etc. Our server was a lady called Emma who couldn't have been more polite or helpful. Dad accidentally mixed 2 dishes together and she double checked his order and corrected him to the right order for the sauce he wanted. Food was served at the perfect time after our salad bowl had gone down a little bit and Emma made sure our dishes were okay. She asked regarding dessert but we were full and we didn't have to wait for the bill, she asked if it was cash or card and got the card machine immediately, sometimes elsewhere you ask for the bill and don't see the server for another 20 minutes, she was spot on! I had the Chicken Tikka Flatbread with Sage and Onion Chips and everything was so tasty and I love how in the salad bar section you can select from multiple sauces which you can also purchase. Their bourbon glaze is amazing.

Was very nice, but there was more bone than meat on the pork ribs.

Very good food, burgers are awesome, vegan burger spot on, could do woth more vegan options harvester please but you still get a 5* for what you do have, the staff are always friendly and helpful and the overall cleanliness is excellent

The staff here were really accommodating and couldn’t do enough for us. The service was incredible, nothing was too much trouble. Joe was really attentive. He put an offer on that we forgot and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was patient, friendly and is a true asset you your team. Thanks Joe, we will define Be returning. We have Become Regulars Here and i did leave a review about 3 months ago On one of our first Visits... But after Top notch service again and again.. i feel another review is Granted and We enjoy coming on a weekly basis... Great food Everytime no matter what we Get... Staff are 100% THE BEST... Supposed to open at 9 here 15 minutes and still doors are locked.

Fantastic food and atmosphere. Really good value for money. Fresh salad bar, followed by top notch food which was served in a timely manner in a really friendly atmosphere . 5 stars. Will be visiting again. In the last 15 years we have been here many times and never once left disappointed. Thankyou to all the team.

Went today for Mothers Day. We had the Mothers Day menu, which had a good choice and was lovely. The food was quick to arrive and the service was good. Would like to say thank you to Nille for great friendly service. Nothing was too much, and he made our experience a very good one.

Superb service from the moment you walk in from the staff. Walked In and welcomed promptly and very professionally. Also acknowledged by another member of staff making sure we are OK. Food was superb. Such a lovely place to eat and the staff customer service was 2nd to none. Can't wait to go again.

Harvester at Bassetts Pole is probably one of the best Harvesters we have dined at. As with most chain restaurants, the food is pretty standard across the board and the prices have increased more recently. That said, the food selection meets most people's wants and portion size is adequate for a good meal. The service at Bassetts Pole is what sets this Harvester apart as the team there always seem happy to help. Even if there is a long wait to be greeted, the team are always checking in so you know they'll be with you soon. The servers are polite, attentive and give the right amount of chit chat. Shout out must go to Kacey who our child seems to just adore talking to. Parking is plentiful and easy to access.

After booking a table at Boldmere Harvester and being ignored at the entrance podium for 20 mins we left and went to Bassetts Pole Harvester. The Manager (Russ, I think) was fantastic. He managed to fit us in without a booking, even though they were really busy. The food was great and service was 5*.

I use this restaurant on a fairly regular basis, and have never been let down. Service is always friendly, food is of a great quality, and there’s always a good atmosphere there.

Ate here last night, surrounding tables were dirty/not cleaned from previous diners, they didn’t have in stock what I wanted to eat , salad bar was not fully replenished cucumber was stale / hard , when my food did arrive my burger was average at best and my upgraded chips came limp and undercooked couldn’t even get half way through as they were just that bad , my wife’s plain chips came out pretty much the same and her chicken was dry. Massive shame , as I have liked the food from here before , but it just wasn’t nice last night and we left disappointed

Went for lunch excellent menue great food exceptionally clean as always great service Only gripe HS2 workers eating lunch sat in restaurant wearing high viz dirty overalls not good sitting on dirty seats afterwards Should introduce dress code

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit - we tend to visit 3 or 4 times a year. Staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. Food is always very good! We really enjoy the salad bar and the refillable drink option.

Salad bar needed topping up & the little rolls were a bit chewy, service was ace & omg the food & puds were scrummy.

Came in for a meal for my mums birthday, on a fairly busy saturday lunchtime, and even though it was busy, all the food was cooked to perfection, even the alergen meal that we had, so a big thank you to all the Chefs that made it! An extra special thank you to our Server Emma, she really was fantastic with all of us, including our 3 week old newborn, always had a smile on her face and nothing was too much trouble. She said she only works one day a week and always gets a review each week, i can see why with how lovely she is. Thank you again, to all the team that made sure we had a good time while we were there.

We visited on Valentine’s Day and Leanne was brilliant. All the staff took care of us. Brilliant team and the food was delicious!

Visited here a few times in the last couple of months and always had an excellent meal. The manager and staff are very welcoming and attentive. I’d recommend you download the Harvester app prior to your visit as they have some great offers on from time to time.

It was so cold in restaurant we didn't stay long.
