Had a great meal and was lovely too see the team putting up Christmas decorations really made my day and started the Christmas spirit !!!

The service received was appalling. The waitress was rude and not attentive seemed reluctant to serve our table, spent more time chatting to other colleagues Certainly couldn’t get drunk here, as the drinks took ages to arrive, and some we ordered never showed up. The food however, is this places only saving grace… as everything was cooked well & was hot… Won’t be returning and definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone…

100% superb service and food! Our lovely waitress Bernita was very busy but managed to be her usual helpful and friendly self despite this. A delicious healthy dinner for 4 , lots of great choices on the new menu, I recommend the belly pork!! Back soon, thanks for a lovely evening😍

We arrived at 1pm to a lovely welcome from two young waitresses. Who attended to our needs through our 3 hour stay. Millie was excellent and attentive as we are regulars but she was new us as was the menu. Which she explained to us with a very experienced manner. We were wined and dined and looked after very well and we had a wonderful catch up with friends. Thank you!

Called in for after work drink and the wife later joined me for dinner, never disappoint every time I visit here. The staff are great and always make you feel welcome.

Had 2 meals here recently after not being here for a long time. Both times fantastic meals and service. Most recent visit on a Sunday and still good service even though busy. Love the spicy maple table sauce.

Came here with a group of friends for the football and what a great night we had. Brilliant atmosphere the guy behind the bar Dan came in and made the night brilliant music before the game, during the break and afterwards had the whole bar singing along. An enjoyable evening and great atmosphere even if we did lose at the football. Will definitely be back again :)

Have to praise the staff at The Dog. Gemma, Dan and Imogen have been very welcoming during the football matches this summer. Had food before some matches which is spot on and they have a wide range of drinks.

Popped in for a couple of beers.the parking is very good with plenty of spaces even though the pub was busy..Imogen the barmaid was very friendly and polite and served our drinks very quickly.good service..

Best waitress ever!! Benita you are amazing! You remembered our gf and df intolerances and guided us smoothly through ordering with ease. Thank you so much, our visit is always made more special when you wait on us! The food was gorgeous, perfect ribs and loads of yummy salad. All in all brilliant and I’m glad to see the fabric chair and banquette covering has been changed, it looks great now.

Brilliant selection of drinks. The barman Nate gave some reccomendations that were delicious. Definetly reccomend the added pumps of syrup.

Drink served in a dirty glass. No plates given for salad bar, so had to ask for them. Had to wait almost an hour for food to arrive, then had no cutlery so another wait ! ended up having to ask again for cutlery. so food going cold. Chicken was over cooked and was too tough to eat. Very disappointed as we called in on our way home from being out for the afternoon. Refund was given for the food.

Ordered 4 meals through Uber eats. Paid for premium delivery so it was delivered straight from the pub. All 4 meals were stone cold except for the chips (which suggests the meat had be left standing for a while.) All of the chicken was burned to a crisp.

Beth our waitress was extremely helpful the food was the usual good quality and we took some home for later my wife calls the Dog my happy place

Had to move to another table because of sun ….no blind on window to shut it out. Salad bar practically empty. What was there was sad, soggy or in case of lettuce brown. Long wait for main course. When it arrived the cheese and spinach pasta was Luke warm and dried up on top. Garlic bread dry and tasteless. Not a good experience. Won’t be going back…ever!

We visited the dog this evening, and was served by a lady called Jessica. She was very helpful, friendly, always smiled. Was nice to be served by someone who appears to enjoy their job. Our food was lovely, hot and great portion size. Salad bar was well stocked and had our favourite pasta and the yummy bacon bits available. We will be back to visit

The service was friendly and timely. The food was great. My main course ‘Simply Salmon’ was perfectly cooked and the salad bar was very well stocked. I am sad to say the atmosphere really let the place down for me. The Dog is a family friendly pub which attracts lots of people with very young children. Unfortunately there are no designated family areas, so couples who are looking for a nice quiet dinner together are forced to endure the penetrating screams of toddlers, banging on tables, nursery rhyme sing-alongs and relentless games of peek-a-boo. Additionally, some of the decor is looking very tired. The upholstery has paid the price of numerous children being allowed to run riot and climb all over the seating with shoes on. The Dog is a good place for quick food at a reasonable price, but it is not at all conducive to a relaxing meal. I suggest the pub sections off part of the restaurant for those people who prefer a less hectic environment away from children.

Hadn’t visited this venue for a while and thought we’d take a chance.how wrong was we.on entering and asking for a table the gentleman on the door before he said he had a table wanted to know if we had any vouchers.we hadn’t so he went to see if a table was available.came back and asked to follow him.through the menus down and walked off.the waitress was no better.never said hello just said are you ready to order.salad bar wasn’t good containers empty.asked if they was being refilled but didn’t get a reply.main meal wasn’t very appetising .herd a waitress telling another Ive had enough of these customers now.we can all have bad days but staff who work here don’t know any people skills.

Me and the wife both had steaks and her meal was great, no complaints. Mine on the other hand was the opposite mainly fat. I ate most of it without making an issue about it. When the waitress come over to collect the plates, I mentioned the steak to her. She was rude and not interested, In future I'll stick to the Harvester Wych Way In Droitwich where they have good customer service.

Always a great visit here and as reliable as ever, I try and visit here when I can. Tried chicken with Naga Chilli sauce and it was great, very hoy and spicy so be careful in you try it.

We went to The Dog Harvester for a birthday meal for my son's 14th birthday. The staff were so friendly and Lisa went above and beyond after we mentioned it was our son's birthday she pulled out a cake and candle on the house and had all the staff come and sing Happy birthday to him it was such a nice touch. The food was great and we didn't know until the end but we went on the night where they had 40% off main meals which was ideal for us. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone thank you once again Lisa my son's face was a picture

Amazing place to eat out as a family, great environment and the servers are fantastic, especially Ava and a team member who was in training, I didn’t catch her name but they were great to talk too and were great with my daughter. The food had to be sent back as the steak wasn’t cooked how I had asked but it got sorted quickly and was a lovely meal. Will definitely be coming back!

A big thank you for the team at The Dog for accomodating our delayed "Christmas Lunch" - it was for a group of 15, and they responded to all our changing plans - (including a late start due to transport problems) . Our waitress was outstanding, and the food was all served without any hassle - everyone's meal at the same time and all hot. Everyone was satisfied with their order in terms of the quality and the cost of the meal, It was a pleasure to be with you and hope to be able to come again.

16 of us came here for a birthday celebration. We all had a fantastic meal. Millie, our server was excellent and looked after us, coping with dad jokes and with us all clapping her at the end.

Came here with a group of friends just before Christmas and what an enjoyable fun experience it was. First we was greeted at the door by a handsome gentlemen who took us to our table which was spacious and light with a window view, shortly after the gentlemen returned to take our drinks orders, we all ordered off the festive menu and the gentlemen was very helpful in explaining how the festive menu worked, we put our orders in and went to the salad bar, the salad bar was well stocked up and very fresh with great variety to choose from, our meals came out and we all enjoyed them the gentlemen still popping back in between insuring everything was ok for us, it came to the desserts and how lovely and filling they was would definitely recommend this to anyone and the service we received was fantastic, a real credit to the team, hope he sees this and gets the praise he deserves for how well he looked after us from the start to the very end. He was dressed very smart which we think he was part of management but unsure of his name. Will definitely be back again.

Took the kids for breakfast with Santa. Amazing he even convinced my daughter he was real, even I was drawn in toward the end. Such good value for money too and for what I paid I was not expecting too much. It was brilliant, the best Santa I have been too, I wish he was around when I was a kid, or maybe he was the same one?
