My order was not delivered. Delivery guy left a note saying we missed you and then marked it delivered. Their rude customer service team is not doing anything. Its been more than 10 days. They didn't give me my money back. Very very inconvenient service. They keep asking stupid questions. They are causing mental breakdown as well. I will take a legal action. Do not buy online from Harrods at all. They are practically theives. Order number GE7022156988GB

Harrods is not used to be, to be honest. The management is trying to keep it it’s standards. But, it seems like they are struggling.

Low ceiling, too expensive, a factory, but friendly welcome.

I visited Harrods to purchase some Sisley products, where I had the pleasure of meeting a remarkable and kind lady named Elina. She kindly acknowledged my birthday and generously presented me with several lovely gifts.

amazing, the christmas lights are stunning, and you can see them from a mile away! (in the dark is better, 5-10pm or late, of course..) the christmas stuff is nice, but please bring back your pet floor! it was so cool, and now there's 2 tables of dog stuff. not even cats.

Harrods is a must see in London. It's sights, sounds, tastes, aromas are part of the whole experience. It's many floors are loaded with first class products and produce from designer fashion to farm to table produce. If you like chocolate, we'll....what can I say except ... Nirvana! It's all very top notch and magical.

Very expensive and snobbish place. The staff stands and smiles artificially. There is no respite because everything is flooded with "others". They are everywhere, touching everything, tasting everything and eating.... A very snobbish place. It's sad that it has sunk so low.

I recently visited Prada within Harrods and want to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT to Roberto. I came all the way from America and am so pleased to have shopped with him. He was truly hospitable and had AMAZING customer service. He is amazing at his job. I also visited Christian Dior and Natshalie and Souomi were Amazing as well. They helped me with Pre-Christmas shopping and were so kind. I love Harrods and will continue to support this establishment due to the amazing customer service!

Shockingly expensive and very crowded.

Even though it's all beyond my capabilities. I have treated myself to buying chocolate in one of those wonderful stores. Everything impeccable, it is living a dream.

Amazing shopping center with high-class shoes, clothes, food, desserts, bags, and even books. There is so much to see and explore in the center. At first, it was overwhelming, but once you understand how the area flows, you will be in good hands. I highly recommend anyone visiting London to visit Harrods as well. It is well worth the stop. By the way, it's a stop along the Big Bus Tour, which can make it easier to get to.

Harrods is set like a modern gallery within an exclusive institution. You can spend hours purely perusing the entire place, or just take your pick at your favourite sections - for most, it's probably the Beauty Hall and Food Hall at Ground Floor. The service staff are generally helpful despite the crowds.

One word: perfection. Simply an excellent shopping experience. Excellent product range with excellent service. Harrods is simply the best department store in the world.

Can’t put my finger on it, but Harrods has lost its edge over the last few years! It’s really not quite the same as it was back in the 80s and 90s and early 2000’s. It is still and always will be a fabulously unique and extremely high end department store. Probably the best in the world, because it’s not a chain. Yet since it was sold few years back, it’s lost its charm a little. You can feel it as you walk around the store. Can’t be more specific it’s a general feeling it’s lost that certain Je ne sais quoi if you like.

Big brands, but an average person will never buy

Number “2” place in this type of category Department Store 🏬 As this place indeed well known but the Low ceiling will give the feeling that you wanna leave ASAP, ventilation system has a problem of not smelling fragrances but you may smell the food court. And the air conditioning system not working. You may smell things that will definitely annoy you. As I said before it’s good but it could be better than now.

Very impressive place with luxury shops and food court

I specifically travelled to London to visit Harrods, expecting the world-class service and quality the store is known for. Instead, I was met with an utterly disappointing experience at the fish counter. I found a hair on a piece of salmon! which is not only disgusting but a serious hygiene issue. To make matters worse, when I brought this to the attention of the staff, Fereshteh and Xavier in customer service showed absolutely no concern or care. They have no clue what good service means, let alone the high standards expected at a prestigious store like Harrods. The dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism were shocking, especially considering the premium prices customers pay. It’s clear that Harrods no longer values its customers or their experience. This has been a costly and frustrating ordeal and I will not be rushing back. Harrods has truly gone downhill.

Was swept off my feet by this place. Was everything and more that I imagined and hoped it would be, butlers in overcoats and top hats, gentlemen in 3 piece suits. Whisky experts that know that Springbank Local Barley is far more prized than some latest Macallan... such a shame about a lot of the news about former ownership that has come out lately
