Terrible experience with customer service and a faulty item. Black cards holder! They just want your money and fake their customer first approach. The so called manager of customer service Davanyall isnt professional at all and took a month to not even call but to send a message to say that he supports his staffs feedback (who was not even aware of the garment fault in question). I hope there will be a review of staff, as the quality of staff is on a serious decline. Selfridges has a far superior service and will shift purchasing to there.

In the past, I had great experiences at Harrods. Yet, twice now I have ordered items online. I one case I never received the merchandise but received an email saying I had returned it and that they were processing a refund. Then today one of Harrods cookie tins came dented and dinged up like it been kicked on a floor - so upsetting.

With each passing day, it only grows more magnificent and distinguished. Harrods continues to set the standard for premium shopping experiences. Each time I visit this store, I feel like it’s an experience that defines timeless grandeur.

Magnificent to see the very beautiful Egyptian staircase

After my visit to the Chanel exhibition at the V&A museum, I was very hungry. Every time I visit London, I make it a point to visit Harrods. My schedule only allowed me to dine at the rotisserie and stop at the food hall. Where I picked up a tasty salmon gateau, scrumptious truffle pork pie, a Harrods Easter egg, and my favourite Charbonnel et Walker caramel and fudge dark chocolate’s. The rotisserie is a place I have enjoyed eating for a long time. Sitting at the bar is a great way to watch the chef’s cook. Baby chicken and saffron rice was my order and it was delicious. During teatime, I experienced an amazing vibe and was delighted to listen to live music from a singer and guitarist playing behind me. It felt like I had the perfect seat in the dining room. The service provided by the waiter’s & waitress was exceptional. They were always attentive to my needs I was having such a good time that I ended up taking the later train back, and I was sad to leave Harrods that evening.

The most beautiful department store in London

You could say that Harrods is an institution. We took a look once as tourists. The women there, the men there. We didn't buy anything, but we were excited to watch the hustle and bustle of the many sellers.

I had a fantastic experience at Harrods, thanks to the wonderful Lina! I went in looking for an Amarni illuminous silk foundation and she not only helped me find the perfect match, but also gave me a thorough consultation and recommended some other fantastic products. She was incredibly knowledgeable and really listened to what I was looking for. I am going to check online for the translucent powder that wasn't available on my visit. I'm thrilled with my purchases and will definitely be back to see Lina again!

If your economy is fair, in this place you will feel small! A luxury place wherever you look and not suitable for all budgets! I bought two delicious cupcakes for 19 pounds! Very rich!

Let’s be honest, its a shop that can often remind you how the other half live… but not in an uncomfortable way. It’s a beautiful, well presented store… the finest no doubt. The staff are incredibly tuned in, well presented also and they cleverly know how to sell, after all they are Londons best… so as a tourist, you can easily be convinced into spending some of your hard earned currency! Remarkable! Fabulous! Suave! A must see and go to experience.

I don’t actually think that Harrods needs too much of an introduction. Very upmarket store full of big label brands, can be quite difficult to navigate but the food court is interesting if a little expensive. Restaurant and cafe available.

Very much less than the store I remember from years ago when I worked next door. Admittedly pre Fayed days when it was very classy and had Royal Warrants. If you weren't a certain type of customer they looked down on you or refused entry. All part of the mystique, along with whatever you wanted they had it or could get it. Forward to 2025, and it's a tourist destination. People taking pictures by signs and selfies in store. The confectionery department seemed to be just chocolate. The rest less about quality and more about brands. I didn't bother with the pets department - nor the rest.

Had an amazing facial in Kama Ayurveda, Harrods. Expert knowledge, skilled, wonderful experience. Immediate visible effects!

If I could give minus stars I would! For a premium brand the customer service is terrible and customer servid3 management team are worse. An order of mine was completely messed up and the way in which it was handled was terrible. Harrods you really need to hire competent customer service staff who value and appreciate their customers. It is essential to put things right when you have made errors Very dissatisfied customer.

The famous harrods. It’s almost magical, with shelves stocked with all sorts of items, some you didn’t even know existed. It’s a great pleasure even to browse. Things are pricey, but you can immediately tell it’s a high end department store when you walk in.

Childhood memory unlocked. First visited Harrods in ‘97 sadly after Princess Diana passed. Visiting again last week was such a beautiful experience to relive my childhood memories.

Style and elegance describe what Harrods is, and define it as one of the best in the world. All luxury, the best brands, quality products and of course very expensive. Not everyone can pay £480 for a pair of Cristian Dior glasses. But if you have them I assure you that it is worth it. Their food court is top-notch. The open store concept is unique. It has exclusive restaurants of very high standard. If you come to London you cannot miss visiting it.

To be honest, it's one of the shopping centers that you wanna see in London, but it's such chaos. The entrances, or the layout of the store... everything is a mess. For a high-end store, I find it oddly maintained or managed!

What a place… even without buying anything it’s a must see attraction!

Had brunch at Harrods during my trip and enjoyed the Americano coffee, Vanilla Raspberry cake and for the first time some Shakshuka.Then a little bit of shopping and picture taking! Love Harrods. If you are visiting the UK, please stop by❤️

Wonderful Experience at Chanel Boutique Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the lovely employee at the Chanel boutique on the fifth floor, but I truly want to express my gratitude. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Not only did she assist me with my shopping, but she also shared great advice about living in London and even recommended a fantastic Lebanese restaurant. She truly made my day, especially when I was feeling exhausted and down. I sincerely hope this message reaches her, as she deserves to know how much her kindness meant to me. It was great but it was too crowded

Every time I visit Harrods’ Food Hall, I find something new to love, but one thing I keep coming back to is Sayuri Matcha. I discovered it about four years ago, and it’s been a staple for me ever since. The vibrant green color caught my eye, but it was the smooth, rich flavor with that perfect umami kick that really won me over. I’ve used it for everything—from traditional matcha tea to iced lattes, and even baking—and it never disappoints. It’s also beautifully packaged, which makes it an easy, elegant gift for friends who appreciate quality tea. If you’re in Harrods, do yourself a favor and check it out, it’s also a great gift idea, I know I’d like to receive it.

Incredible to see, good plan for rainy days

Since Harrods changed hands, things aren't the same as they used to be. It has lost its style 😞 The food halls with tables and chairs had to give way to stalls selling frozen convenience food sad

The iconic store has everything. Some of the best things at Harrod’s are experiences. Dining, bars, cigar lounge, spa treatments.

The years fly by and you can see it a bit here. Harrods used to be more impressive. Of course, there are premium brands available here that you won't find anywhere else and that's the biggest advantage. I recommend it because it's worth seeing.

There's no classy item you won't find at Harrods The whole world of perfumes, clothing, footwear, high-level objects and all the most prestigious brands are there

The cramped structure made it impossible to browse the department store comfortably. Of course, there were a few things I could buy, but it was so hard to even find a bathroom.

Great to experience and even better to enjoy a glass of Prosecco in the Prosecco Bar Goes without saying it’s not cheap however worth it for the quality of product, fantastic service and just the whole experience involved We were limited for time but you could literally spend all day in there

We had the burrata and the tomato pasta, it was a great spot to take a break and refuel during our shopping spree. Overall, Harrods lives up to its reputation as a must-see landmark in London. Just be prepared for a maze-like experience, but it’s definitely worth the visit!

⭐⭐⭐ Harrods is a beautiful store, but honestly, I don’t understand why people are willing to pay such high prices here. The chocolate was fine, but nothing extraordinary to justify the cost. On a positive note, Yasser provided excellent support and made our visit more pleasant. His customer service was outstanding, which was one of the highlights of the experience. Overall, it’s a nice place to visit, but the prices are extremely high for what you get.

I don't like the low ceilings and warren-like feel of the upper floors of Harrods. Comes across staid and stuffy, especially when compared to the more open and brighter Selfridges. Also, the signage (if any) is not clear... and not all lifts go to all floors!...lost its shine, for me.

Harrods is a must-see...but ideally not at Christmas time, like we did. Incredibly full, so you can hardly move. But the selection you get here is of course second to none and I don't know of any store that even comes close.
