Harrods is a must-see...but ideally not at Christmas time, like we did. Incredibly full, so you can hardly move. But the selection you get here is of course second to none and I don't know of any store that even comes close.

Great to experience and even better to enjoy a glass of Prosecco in the Prosecco Bar Goes without saying it’s not cheap however worth it for the quality of product, fantastic service and just the whole experience involved We were limited for time but you could literally spend all day in there

But it’s all part of the adventure! One highlight was the Italian food in the food hall—it was delicious. We had the burrata and the tomato pasta, it was a great spot to take a break and refuel during our shopping spree. Overall, Harrods lives up to its reputation as a must-see landmark in London. Just be prepared for a maze-like experience, but it’s definitely worth the visit!

⭐⭐⭐ Harrods is a beautiful store, but honestly, I don’t understand why people are willing to pay such high prices here. The chocolate was fine, but nothing extraordinary to justify the cost. On a positive note, Yasser provided excellent support and made our visit more pleasant. His customer service was outstanding, which was one of the highlights of the experience. Overall, it’s a nice place to visit, but the prices are extremely high for what you get.

I don't like the low ceilings and warren-like feel of the upper floors of Harrods. Comes across staid and stuffy, especially when compared to the more open and brighter Selfridges. Also, the signage (if any) is not clear... and not all lifts go to all floors!...lost its shine, for me.

It's great, you can't miss it!!!

A unique place. Everything is very expensive but if you want to visit it as if it were a luxury museum with the richest tourists and Britons, it is your place

The Building was nice with so many clothes accessorys things for home everything! It was a nice walk inside Clean and Beautiful Everyone must go inside for one time!

Harrods is no longer a fantasy, but what disgusts some Arabs (males) and their movements is that we come to buy, not look at your face, and do not look at your number, you idiot, and disgusting to some, not all (the restaurants in Harrods are considered halal, not halal)

The most grand department store in the world. Harrods has its all really. All the big brands and a huge range of anything you could possibly want. Also the service is excellent. I have never had bad service and they really look after you. Also I love the wine department they have quite the range. The food halls never disappoint and the numerous restaurants are great to bring family to. I have been coming here for 25 years and it has always been my go to department store.

The pizzeria isn't quite as fun as it used to be on the ground floor, with singing pizza dough throwing chefs... but pizza was delicious. Goats cheese salad, didn't have much salad in it... but it did have delicious big piece of goats cheese. Great friendly service.

What more can you say about harrods. A crazy but wonderful place. All the staff are incredible. Extremely clean and exceptionally decorated and laid out. Was very busy when we went. The only problem I found was the shortage of restroom facilities for the amount of people that go there.

This place really put America and all of our stores to shame. What a high-end building full of everything and more. Even the food court was straight out of a movie with so much attention to detail it’s insane. An example of what a department store needs to be.

Magnificent outside in the evening with its lights, the interior is surprising, very well designed, a very beautiful place to discover the luxury boutiques. Without forgetting, its very well thought-out catering area where we are greeted upon entry by a very professional and smiling hostess.

Amazing place for shopping. Christmas light on Harrods was brilliant

The layout of this "shopping mecca" remains a chaotic, illogical mess. How people can find their way here remains a mystery to me. Been there a few times now and I'm giving up. They don't see me anymore.

Im not a visitor of malls, nor have any interest in extensive shopping. I did however wish to buy several iconic teas from London and of course that included Harrods. The tea section is located right smack in the middle of this massive shop ( Im a New Yorker so I understand what massive is. Sure we have Macys but this doesn’t even compare!) I was amazed why what has been accomplished here. They have your typical designer houses represented here but beyond that there are: Restaurants Grocer and market place Espresso island bar Bakery Butcher! There are slabs of meat one can purchase here! Fish! There are fresh pieces of salmon and tuna among other seafoods! It's quite the ultimate in shopping isn’t it, when one can buy an espresso, a Gucci something, and meat 🥩 plus seafood 🍣 all in one place! Its just remarkable. It truly is. As one expects, it was packed packed packed with shoppers. I am glad I visited, the staff with whom I interacted with were pleasant. This may not be my cup of tea but I did leave with two interesting teas soooo mission accomplished! Ps. Building is pretty at night 🇬🇧💜 I’ve included other things I found pleasant about this part of London, the early morning frost glistening the grass and autumn leaves of Hyde Park.

Over price products but elegant mall! Full of magnificent Egyptian decorations

For many years we had taken the children to Harrods as a Christmas treat and to buy them presents at Christmas. This year now being grandparents we decided to revisit this tradition and found to our disappointment that the toy department has become a shadow of what it was. Harrods have built a series of small interconnecting rooms, using probably a third of the previous floor space, and stocking these rooms with very little that you could not easily buy anywhere else. A tragic reflection of their ethos to drive revenue and destroying the once grandeur of a very fine store.

Fantastic store but expect it to be busy!! It was a shame that there isn't much to greet families with young children other than pointy elbows and rushing customers! A missed opportunity not to incentivise another customer based, especially during the festive period.

Interesting place, but for the high class to buy. You're middle class, get out.

Annoyingly I wasn't allowed in with a bag. I wanted to buy things. They need a bag check if they want to enforce this.

Do not choose click and collect! If you want to order online you either have to pay an extortionate delivery cost or choose click and collect. For some bizarre reason instead of Harrods dealing with moving stock to the click and collect location that is my job? The package has my name and their address which DPD have failed to deliver 3 times! I can’t change the address via DPD or give instructions as the sender must do this, so the parcel is going around it circles. Moving stock should be Harrods responsibility and I should get an email once it is ready to collect, hence the term ‘click and collect’ Customer service no help and said this is the way we do it! Strange no other company requires the customer to track stock transfers! I will not shop here anymore as I refuse to pay extortionate postage on top and deal with logistics for them.

Can't praise the staff enough for their disability awareness and super friendliness 🙌💕So easy to move through the store in my powered wheelchair. No obstacles in the aisles. Perfection😘

Either one of the most expensive or the most expensive department store in London. It has been here since the mid-19th century, or more precisely, since 1849. A huge building, built at the beginning of the 20th century. Very beautiful, with magnificent evening lighting and various decorations on the facade, emphasizing aristocracy and luxury. There's a lot of stuff inside. But you need a tight leather wallet, or a platinum bank card with a round amount in your account)) Other tramps like me have nothing to do here🤑 Only if you take a photo from the street))

Located on 8 floors, it sells everything from clothes to electronics, from perfumes to furniture. A visit is mandatory. Take a tour of floor G where you will find the Supermarket, excellent prices, quality food.

I saw him for the first time about fifty years ago. It always has its charm especially during the Christmas period. You can easily get lost on the floors given the vastness.

This place is worse than hell. I am convinced that satan himself built it. It’s the most confusing place I’ve ever been to. If you look for anything specific, forget it. The signage is useless, an online guide exists but it’s not searchable, so it’s also useless. Don’t go there. It’s a massive waste of time and - if you’re an impulse buyer - money.

During these times it is full of people and it is not pleasant to be able to shop if you can afford it. It is very expensive and very select

It's gorgeous! There is everything that can come to a person's mind. We went to get some Christmas presents and also found some savings packages (2 packs of tea for 8 pounds instead of 10). The prices of the other items (e.g. Christmas baubles) are a little high but we are in London so it's okay.

Slightly disappointed at Harrods. Really busy, but got around OK - the escalators are excellent. A few Christmas decorations, but the overall festive feel just wasn't there as it was yesterday at Fortnum & Mason. Many areas on the upper floors are quite claustrophobic and feel disengaging. Prices were very hidden, unclear, or difficult to find. I actually bought gifts at the pharmacy, believe it or not - the service there was unbelievably fantastic! I spent a lot of time in the technology area: options, features, and product placement could be much better - Samsung needs a rethink/redesign as very scatty. Hopefully much better next time.

This store is extraordinary, the luxury, the refinement, the decoration are stunning. Don't miss the Egyptian hall and Lady Di's mausoleum. In the basement we find objects, bags, mugs, pens and other odds and ends signed HARRODS, little affordable and so British pleasures 🇬🇧💂‍♂️
