Very average. The place was not clean. The mop located in the toilet was disgusting Service was odd. I ordered a warm croissant and flat white to stay in. I was then asked two further times if I was staying in for the food and then coffee. I was asked what size flat white id prefer. (Without being a total coffee snob, a flat white shouldn’t be larger than a latte) Coffee was good. Croissant burnt on top and filling not warm. Luckily I don’t live locally as this wouldn’t be a happy place to regularly visit. Sort your stuff out guys - starting with staff attitude and their upkeep of the shop

Medium flat white for over £4 with sour milk. The place overall is disgustingly dirty. Yes, the barista is being nice and positive but come on guys, what do people pay money for?

We have been here quite a few times for a morning coffee. Very good coffee but expensive and sloooow and uninterested staff. We queued for about 10 minutes this morning and eventually gave up and left because we had to get the train and the staff were showing no urgency, despite the queue being out the door. Also very few gluten free options which is a shame.

Great place for a coffee and a croissant (btw the best croissants) located a few steps from Imperial Warf Station and the Thames Path is a cozy place to have breakfast, or just coffee and pastries. The staff is very friendly!! Loved it!!

While I still have an allergy to dairy and would appreciate almond milk as an option, I've been pleasantly surprised to see the coffee shop's commitment to the community. Their daily act of kindness in providing coffee and cake to a local homeless person is truly commendable

Very nice café, the customer service was great, very friendly and helpful staff, answered all my questions in a courteous and polite manner. I liked the coffee too. Overall a great place to sit in or take your coffee to go.

They don't care about customer satisfaction at all. I said my child needed the toilet, they said their toilet was not working and did not direct me anywhere. I ordered tea and even though we were sitting at the venue, they served the tea in a takeaway cup, not even a glass cup.

Stumbled across this on our way to an appointment. Staff were so nice and friendly. We opted for tea,coffee and some sourdough toast and jam. Delicious, fresh and warm on a very wet day. Definitely will be back if in the area again.

Wifi is horrible. Don’t come here to work.

Cute little place. They have a cat which I'm not bothered about but was a bit put off by the staff petting the cat and then serving me without washing her hands. The toilets were disgusting. The stars don't cover these points and the service was good however hygiene and housekeeping, not so much. Blueberry muffin was delicious. There was no phone signal which is often a blessing but I was meeting someone so had to wait outside in the stormy winds. Overall, it was nice, but wouldn't rush to go back.

Internet black spot. Trying to do work with a coffee but nothing works and no phone network signal. Mentioned multiple times but they never have a fix makes me sad as staff are lovely and good coffee

Popped into H+H for a latte, tried the new humous on toast, with salad + sun-dried tomatoes. Lovely little light-lunch, bursting with flavour. Super-friendly service made the visit an absolute treat! ☺️🍅

Coffee is greatly overpriced. £4.05 for a large cup. Coffee is of average quality. Just like any other small coffee shop. Nothing of extraordinary. Greggs is much better.

Lovely peaceful place for a cuppa

Good choice of hot and cold drinks but pricey for what they are. Not many food options for vegans so I've never tried their food. Good location, opposite Imperial Wharf station. I'm updating my review as I was recently questioned why I ordered soya milk and was lectured about the effect of soya on the environment by the barrista. Annoying as the person before me had dairy milk in his coffee and didn't get a lecture. The barrista got so distracted telling me how bad soya is, that she gave me regular instead of decaf as ordered. It was the barista who has coloured streaks in her hair. If she's making drinks, I won't order now as I don't want a big discussion about my order, or to be given the wrong drink.

Best coffee in the area, albeit not many proper choices. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but not the quickest sometimes. It's on the expensive side of things, especially on food (i.e. beans on toast, £5 🫣), but the quality is there. Inside and outside seating, clean toilet and doggie friendly. Recommended if in the area.

Not many coffee shops in this area & and have been a customer for around 7 years. I do like the coffee & it’s fairly consistent. I struggle with the cleanliness of the location. Every time I visit, there are always plates and cups awaiting to be cleared away, crumbs on tables and floors. Often, the general service of the staff can be questionable and it’s one of those places where as a customer, you feel like you’re a burden by patronising the business. Summary: I wouldn’t visit if not for the coffee and often go further afield for generally a better customer experience.

Really lovely staff who always help me out with what I need to know for allergens. The girl with the bright hair knows a lot about coffee and you can tell she’s passionate about it when you ask her questions. Really great service and a really yummy hot chocolate spot.

Lovely coffee shop right next to imperial wharf station. The staff are always super friendly and love dogs too which is a bonus for my partner and I. They serve a great chai latte!

This place has been refurbished just before Xmas and is incredibly dirty. It has been for sure weeks in this stage. Especially the toilet is insanely dirty. You can see dirt everywhere. I couldn't say enough to explain. The person taking the order for the coffees touches himself and scratches himself and then is serving you... do not recommend.

Incredibly hard working staff that deal with impatient customers with grace. Have come here 3x a week for two months now and love getting to know the baristas. A little kindness goes a long way here :). keep it up- we customers appreciate you!

Their Ethiopian coffee is the most delicious blend I've ever had and I'm always welcomed with a smile by all the lovely staff at this branch. Jonny is always doing what he can to ensure my colleagues and I needs are always met.

Don’t bother ordering different coffees here, they all come out the same. Want a cappuccino, here’s a latte. Ordering a flat white? Here’s another latte. Basically every coffee is an espresso with lots of milk. Bellow average coffee for the price.

This is a nicely located coffee shop , probably the best out of what’s available in this neighborhood, the staff are kind and the service is very good , maybe understaffing slows the order, the choice of coffees are good , the place have more potential to improve, I believe they need to extend the working hours and perhaps improve the outdoor seatings. Additionally , the snacks menu can be better.

This place has lots of potential but unfortunately there is a lot to improve. Location is great and it has a nice atmosphere. Decent variety of food but coffee could be better. Public wifi is awful and pretty slow. There's no 4g signal inside so you can't even create your own hotspot. Service is hit and miss. Tables and chairs are often dirty and you have to clean them yourself.

Decent coffee but it was burnt a little. Some of the fridge products were expired.

I had an Oat Latte, which was delicious, a Vegan Meatball Wrap, which was nice but was meant to be heated and only a fraction of it was actually hot. Also a Vegan banana & chocolate cake, which was gorgeous 😋 The surfaces in the cafe are dirty & sticky though, they need a good wipe down. They have a cute book corner and they’re dog friendly.

Speciality Coffeeshop in Imperial Wharf. Some local people don’t understand what quality is. Coffee is great, service is modified for the “great local people” who like to complain about everything. Food is at point, you couldn’t want more from a coffeeshop. I am pleasantly surprised that I found such a great place in a neighbourhood like this. Great mission fulfilled. Serving good coffee for the ones who knows what a good coffee is. (People who complain about the price should go and find a Costa or a Pret… or tesco is next door 👍🏻)

Had the worst service ever, the man making the coffee was so grumpy, asked for extra oat milk but only got a drop then asked for honey and he just pointed at the honey. Later he came over to clear my table and I said thank you but he just ignored me and walked off! Never coming back again. How can you make customers feel like that?

As a regular customer I have always enjoyed this cafe. The staff have always been very friendly and polite. They work hard to cope with high demand. Their coffee is one of my favourite in London. Big thanks.

Best coffee I have ever had in London. With the BEST staff.

The coffee is decent and the staff very kind and helpful. It's super overpriced, and despite the price they run out of cinnamon and don't replace for weeks. In summer they had a broken ice machine and instead if buying ice from the convenience store next door, they preferred not to serve cold drinks for weeks. This attitude is totally unacceptable for a coffee shop which is that expensive compared to the competition. Only reason to come in is that it looks cool, the staff are friendly, and there aren't many other coffee shops in close proximity.

This place is missing a massive trick with opening hours that defy belief! People will gladly go to a coffee shop at 9pm at night? yet why does it shut super early in the evening? It's on a terrific catchment area but the pastries run out or look dried out by 11am! Please review your opening hours!

Worst coffee and worst customer service I have ever come across in my life!

Decent coffee, however pastries can be a few days old. Recently, sales assistant misheard me and jumbled my order. When asked to correct, he responded in a rude condescending tone and did not correct the order. Felt that this was unnecessary, considering that I'm a regular customer. Disappointed.

Flat white was really nice, but like the front of many hospitality jobs these days, neither of the two blokes working there said a word to me when serving me. How hard is it to say Hello/What would you like?/Thanks a lot/See you later ? Can't be that miserable.

동네의 유일한 커피숍으로 평일에는 7시부터 여는 아주 부지런한 커피숍입니다. 임페리얼 와프역에서 나오자마자 보이는 위치 좋은 데 있습니다. 분위기도 캐주얼하고, 와이파이도 잘 되어서 전 자주 노트북 들고 나와 모닝커피 마시며 작업합니다. 붐벼도 자리가 없었던 적은 없습니다. 샌드위치나 빵은 먹어본 적은 없는데 보기에 별 특징 없고 속이 꽉 차 있지 않아서 손이 안 가네요. 하지만 신맛이 강한 커피는 제 입맛에 맞습니다.
