Nice coffe and staff will pay visit again

How can one rate this lovely place less than 5? I’ve always had great coffee and on occasion, a toastie, a muffin … it never disappoints and the cherry on top is the wonderful service. Highly recommend you try the oat latte here.

Relaxing comfortable environment, friendly staff and good coffee. Dog-friendly, which is always a bonus.

Been sat in here all day working and been so lovely! Best oat chai latte I have EVER had! The manager Nikki has been looking after me all day and holds a great conversation!! Definitely will be making this a more regular visit!

I came here to do some course work and I loved it. The music wasn’t too loud so I was able to concentrate and even though there were kids here they weren’t very calm and content.

Ordered a moccha got a latte which is disappointing because it wasn't even busy at that time. But the Latte had hardly any flavour. The coffee blend is absolutely not to my taste. Had a Egg Benedict. Toast was toasted to perfection, crispy but not dry. The ham was flavourful and plenty of it. Unfortunately there are enormous minus points in the flavour and texture or the hollandaise which was too thick and lacked flavour. The egg should have been with an runny yolk but was hard build. Was first time I was there so next time would try something else. Pastries and so on looked great. It was very tidy and staff was very friendly.

Received great service today 👍, friendly staff. Coffee although nice would have been better if hotter. Limited choice of food, but ok, especially if you like cheese sandwiches.

I work in East Sheen and love this shop. The staff are lovely and make for a kind and laid back atmosphere. Thanks to Apollo for being so kind and generous always.

These guys don’t even know what a regular flat white is. Instead I got a missive cup full of milk and charged over what I should have payed. When questioned, the tubby ginger guy with glasses was very dismissive of the question and acted like it was stupid question. If your sizes are different from what is the actual norm, please let people know

Rude stuff absolutely and very disappointed. Went there a few times and was very disappointed. I live in the area for 12 years and was given a lesson and told off to go to my country. Wrong attitude, offensive and sad.

A cute, semi-independent coffee chain. Great food and coffee on offer. It's child and puppy friendly too. One can sit by the large windows and watch the world go by.

Lovely place, the person that served me was kind and welcoming. The coffe and snacks menu is simple, something you would find in other coffe places too, nevertheless my cup of coffe and sandwich were real nice. I walked past this place many times but never wondered in before today as it looks a bit bare from the outside, I honestly thought was part of an office/shop. Perhaps it could benefit from a threshold/facade redesign? Or a re arrangement of the interior furniture visible from the outside? Maybe a decorative element to the glass facade? Just a thought because once inside it is very cozy. I would definitely be back!

This is the worst coffee shop. Nothing is clean the decor is awful and the menu uninspiring. Surprised it had any kind of hygiene rating as it’s awful.

Dreadful bland, generic, soulless coffee shop. Arrived at 8:30am and no staff in shop. Went to toilet, which was comically filthy, not just for somewhere that had just opened minutes earlier, but also with the deep engrained grime associated with never being cleaned properly. Returned to shop and still no staff. Thought about serving myself or at least having a pastry while I waited but didn’t. Eventually a young man, who clearly has ‘90s sports wear’ set up as an eBay search, strolled out of the back room. He very politely served me a coffee in a clearly badly broken cup. Asked for it to be charged, so he poured into from broken cup to another, rather than replacing. Sat at a table, also really dirty, as were all the others. Not really confident anything in shop is clean. Music awful and offensively tinny. Furnishing chosen by someone who absolutely has a ‘live, love, life’ sign hanging from a bit of old in their loo at home (which hopefully a cleaner than the one here). £3.45 for black coffee, most redeeming features of which were that it was hot and wet. An airport Starbucks would be better and rather drink bleach than have coffee in one those. Avoid.

Good coffee but the place is filthy. It needs a jolly good clean. The floor is dirty, the lighting caked in dust.

Cosy coffee shop. Clean toilets and fast, friendly service. I had a small soya hot chocolate which might be one of the best hot chocolates I've ever had!

Too dog friendly, I saw a server petting a customers dog then go right back to making coffee and handling food without a hand wash. A shame becaise the coffee is usually excellent but I prefer it without the taste of dog fur.

Really friendly staff; spacious, nice coffee but the whole place was very grubby. The floors were filthy. Needs a good clean. Particularly the loo. Could be so much nicer if a mop was employed now and again. Crumbs all over the sofa which we swept onto the dirty floors before we could sit down. Come on Harris & Hoole; pull your socks up!

Hey there! I just had to share my amazing experience at Harris & Hoole! Not only was the chilled latte absolutely delicious, but the presentation was top-notch. I also had the pleasure of receiving exceptional customer service from Christy and Eva today. They were both so friendly and welcoming, and they made my visit truly memorable. But that's not all - I also tried the warm milk with hot chocolate on top, and it was the perfect treat on a chilly day. I can't wait to come back and try more of their amazing drinks and treats. Overall, I highly recommend Harris & Hoole for their delicious drinks, beautiful presentation, and outstanding customer service. Thank you, Christy and Eva, for making my visit so enjoyable. It’s good that gen zs are working but on the other hand they have no clue what customer service is. So yeah if the staff was better this would be a great coffee shop.

Disinterested staff. Don’t know difference between a plain and almond croissant which is annoying when bought a takeaway.

It is a very good value for money. I go there for swimming mainly Sunday morning with my 4 years boy. Sometimes they cancel wit very short notice.

Very Slow amateurish service and some components out of stock for the eggs and toast. Had to chase for my coffee twice after waiting for 15 min while I was the only order. After another 10 minute. Nothing and then a client comes out to tell me to go pick my coffee as they are shouting inside! I was sitting outside with my cat in a cage exactly where they just served my food! A lot to learn about customer satisfaction

It is what it is. The usual, as ever overpriced, beard oil influenced coffee shop with comfy chairs and gap year taking, family friendly barista's.

The interior is really nice, not too loud music and comfy chairs. The coffee was pretty good. However there was no wifi, very few vegan food options, and the staff member who served me was pretty unfriendly and dismissive. Overall ok, but I won't be going back there to work.

Very spacious and airy. Can't comment on the quality of the food or drink particularly as I just had an innocent smoothie and a muffin, but it was all very pleasant and I would visit again.

Love them! Check out their 'Posh baked Beans' lunch plate. Dog friendly, wheelchair friendly. This is a light, airey, well spaced cafe. Nice people, GREAT coffee.

They serve one of the best cups of coffee I've tested, they have a verity of alternative milk. Which is perfect for vegans or people wishing to avoid dairy. They also have some great food options.

Cute quaint coffee shop with quirky ceramic coffee cup. Nice indoor space also probably good to work from when you want to take a brake from your wfh routine. Ordered a lemon curd muffin and it was very nice.

Great coffee space and friendly staff! The sausage and onion toasty was pretty good. My only qualm is with the chai latte. Felt that it was a bit plain for my taste-will come back to try the coffee though! :) I like that the take away and eat in prices are the same.

Asked for a plain crossiant and hot milk for our daughter. Gave a Almond crossiant lucky she didn't have an allergy. Took it back. Waited 15 minutes for a plain crossiant. Ask for a glass of hot milk for our daughter which they forgot and had to chase. They didn't say sorry. They just didn't care. Such a shame. We just wanted a nice breakfast coffee.

Just popped in here the other day and it is a new opening! Would definitely recommend, the team seem really lovely and there is so much space (with some beautiful furniture) Coffee was divine and I enjoyed my bacon bap. And they allow dogs!
