Harpers in Derby

New year's day (also my brother's birthday) I searched for the best wings in Derby, plenty of takeaways came up but wanted a place to sit in with a beer. Ordered 30 wings, must have got 50 at least. The wings were great, juicy and crispy but not the best I've had but definitely the best on flavour to price ratio. Luckily it was wing Wednesday and got a real bargain. Thank you. Brilliant pub great and very welcoming especially to disabled I have just started to get the confidence to get back out as moved back In 2018 due to domestic violence and I personally think that the pub every staff member was more than helpful and the customer welcomed us and I have multiple anxiety issues and bipolar copd and fibermalga its a massive problem to get out as I aways hide and I always get serious anxiety and its the first time in possibly 10 years nothing made me feel like I was not part of the community even though I have only attended the place 3 times since 2018 to now thanks best customer service ever and as my 15 year old says I am a Karen lol see you weds to get all my spare bits for you to get rid off I really felt welcomed Im going early this week need a table lol

Came here on a whim. Lovely little shop. Staff were happy and food was served quick. Will come in again when passing.

Great pub with a lovely atmosphere, staff were so friendly and accommodating to our every needs, I could see this being a regular place to go
