It has a long history, the restaurant has a good atmosphere, and the waiters are very considerate and enthusiastic. Using London Explorer you can get a main course, dessert, and drink👍 We especially recommend our waiter Angelo, who was very enthusiastic and introduced us to the history and menu of the restaurant in detail!

Loud, hectic and stressful. Exactly as a visit at hrc should be.

The world's first HR. To be booked weeks in advance. The shop is in a nearby place but with different opening hours.

Only grown-ups are the manager and the supervisor. I witnessed how the staff (especially the members of gen Z) gave hard time to the manager. Poor guys (manager and supervisor) had to apologize.

The atmosphere is very nice, but whenever I ate something from here, it was very heavy on my stomach and I had a hard time digesting it. Legendary burger tastes very good, but it can upset the stomach a bit. In terms of service, we can say 4 stars. They are friendly in welcoming people, but they can be weak in the service department.

Had a really nice time. Great atmosphere and food and all of the staff were very friendly. Our server Katrina was lovely and made our visit more enjoyable. Fun looking at all of the memorabilia too. Would come back next time we are in London.

Over priced and over cooked! The toilets were in an awful condition. Very disappointed as we have been many times before.

By far the worst of all the Hard Rock locations (and we've been to many around the world). Unfortunately😢. The food almost cold. The drinks took time. We were then allowed to choose a dessert as an apology. Hot apple pie with ice cream was our choice. The cake was nothing. The waitress apologized several times. Even though she couldn't help it. This is how it went on in the shop. Unfriendly at the checkout, quickly saying (nice day, thanks, bye), no eye contact, no smile, nothing. We've never experienced anything like this before. Shop team not really interested in the job?

It’s not just a restaurant but also a museum! You can walk around and see all the costumes and musical instruments from music legends and at the same time enjoy a delicious food! The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We also visited the shop which is right next to the restaurant and had a tour of the vault where we got to see up close even more treasures!

Our waitress was exceptional good, very helpful and nice. The food almost perfect in taste for my mouth.

We had Messi burger and babyback ribs, the ribs portion was massive.. Staff were all very friendly. Too many cool things on walls to take it all in.

Like all hard rock, it is an incredible place, the food was abundant and super delicious.

Pleasantly surprised with this Hard Rock. Normally I'm not big on visiting chain restaurants when we travel. But, my son really wanted to go here, and we happened to be starving while we were in the area. I'm glad we ate here! The staff were excellent. Very friendly! The food was really delicious as well. The waiter gave my son an entry ticket to the Hard Rock Vault next door (a little museum with extra memorabilia). My son felt really special (I'm sure they give those to everyone, but it was a nice touch). I highly recommend this Hard Rock!

Exceptionally friendly service, usual "musical" decor for the chain, normal prices for London.

The nostalgia of the place is amazing the original first hard rock with old pieces from artists such as guitars, outfits, drums etc. The food is nothing to shout about average at best the drinks are wicked and the service was phenomenal the hard rock at piccadilly was a lot better

Beware credit card scam. Great memorabilia, pretty good service and the food wasn’t bad. However, I was disgusted to see that a service charge was included on the bill and then I was offered the chance to add a tip when paying via the credit card terminal. I thought this dodgy practice had been stopped years ago but Hard Rock seem to think it’s acceptable to double charge a tip. I’m sure many tourists and locals have been scammed like this so I hope Hard Rock donate this money to a worthy cause.

Despite a prepaid voucher for food and the next available table, we had to wait over an hour. Guests without a voucher did not have to wait any longer.

Great American experience. Being from the States and and living in London I can say it feels like I'm back home.

Our waiter was a lot of fun to talk to. The shop is actually next door. Inside is narrow but just feels cozy.

Worth every penny. HRC London (the Park Lane one, not the Piccadilly one) is one of the better Hard Rock Cafés out there. The staff is fantastic, attentive and they really go the extra mile. Get the BBQ Ribs, Get the Apple Cobbler ... you will thank me later.

Good place to visit and have a bite. Not sure why I listened to a rihana song there, tho. There's tons of metal and rock, hard rock and they played a cheesy rb song. A bit garbage part of the night

Great location not far from the tube. Excellent service by the friendly waiting staff. The food was lovely served fairly swiftly, everything warm & tasty. The decor is certainly part of this attraction to see, the music was a tiny touch on the loud side as we struggled to hear one another talk on a small table. All in all a great venue & certainly worth a visit at least once.

It was fantastic to get to see the original Hard Rock. It was exactly what you would think, if you have ever been to another Hard Rock. They had a great selection of souvenirs, but it was difficult to get service in the restaurant.

We came to this Hard Rock Cafe by chance. The atmosphere is super cool - so many exhibits and so much rock history. We were surprised and only noticed when we arrived that it was the first Hard Rock Cafe. The crew is super awesome! She helped us with photos and explained the story. The food was good and very powerful. We'd love to come back!

Visited here on a Saturday night (fourth time we visited) with my wife and daughter. We had reserved a table and as soon as we arrived we were shown to our table. We were then greeted by our waiter who was friendly, helpful and cheerful. Although we did have to wait a little bit for our food, our waiter was proactive with apologising and even gave us a discount as a gesture of goodwill. As ever the food was good quality and probably one of the best places we have visited in terms of children's food qualirg. We absolutely loved it and will be sure to visit again!

Unfortunately a disappointment today. The food was cold and we were briefly forgotten. But you can spend your time marveling or while away the time in the shop. But unfortunately it's no longer what it used to be.

One of the best Hard Rock Café I've ever been to. The decoration is impressive, especially at Christmas. It's worth stopping by if only to see it. The location is exceptional, a stone's throw from Hyde Park and very close to Piccadilly and Victoria Station. Gluten-free options are very well covered with a special menu. For Spaniards and Spanish speakers it is particularly interesting to coincide with Charo. She is very nice and treated me phenomenally well in Spanish, they should raise her salary.

Loud, lively place to dine with friends not a place for a romantic dinner for two, Friday night there is live music. We were a group of 20 and the orders for drink and food were taken quickly and then delivered to the table quickly and nobody was left waiting.

Hard Rock Cafe as it should be. Great atmosphere with sensational exhibits. Very good and friendly service. The food was very good and the portion size was more than sufficient. Simply mega! Please book an appointment otherwise you may have to wait an hour. For all fans there is of course the shop next door with a small exhibition. Any time.

Have never been treated so poorly. Popped in for a drink and the host directed us to go in and sit at the bar. As we went thru the door he barged past us to make his own way in. There were not enough seats at the bar for our party so we asked another member of staff for a table and were seated. Host then came over and rudely said “who told you you could sit here”. It wasn’t busy so this attitude was really unnecessary. At this point we decided to leave as our custom was obviously an inconvenience to him. Appalling customer service. I’d like to know who told him he could host!

Birthday Family meal. Restaurant is compact but a great atmosphere. Friendly staff and food was as expected so pleased with this. Lack of draught lager due to some unavailable. Was offered bottles for same price so this was appreciated. Only issue which I think HRC needs to address is not to add an automatic 12.5% Service Charge to the bill (we were a group of 4) no option to have this removed and allow us to reward our server only. There should be a choice re the Service Charge.

I am someone who always goes to hard rock, but the last 2 times I went, I found their food very salty.

Magical place whether you like music or not! The friendliness of the staff and the decor of this place make it a place to know!

We came here to specifically try their smash burgers after hearing about them from our friends' social media and also had a few starters on the side. Although it mainly gave us pub vibes throughout, that wasn't a bad thing since it still felt modern and cozy and we loved our burgers! Slightly pricier than normal but it was worth it and we enjoyed our dinner here.

Good, decent experience, decent burgers despite being a bit overpriced. Service was good, friendly waiters, we had a big table and a good evening. The place itself is a glorified pub and we didn't like being seated just in front of the main door as it was freezing, hence the 4 stars rating.

I don't usually write reviews but this place particularly stood out to me. Starting off with service since we enter, the guy at the door was so diligent and patient about finding a place for us with no booking, we were a group of 5 people waiting for 4 more people that got lost on their way there and it took a long time for them to arrive. We were received very warmly by 'Charo' the amazing waiter who made us feel at home, always making sure we had everything we needed and also commenting on things in common we have about the countries we come from. We really enjoyed it. The food was delicious and came really quickly. We were amazed with the huge hot fudge brownie that was just as exquisite 🤩. Nice and clean place, with attention to details, good music, and decorations. Thanks a lot to the whole team, specially to Charo!

It was amazing.Food,Service and atmosphere. Alejandro was our server , he was very kind . The gift shop was great , pricy but it was worth it . The Vault tour was very fun. Our guide was really informative and funny too. Overall, great place I would suggest for any tourists or just looking for something to do.

The staff are very friendly and attentive even during a busy period. The food service was great and swift, plus they were there to check everything was to my satisfaction. The memorabilia is fantastic with so much history behind it. Music was great, so I felt very comfortable dining here.

Classic menu of all Hard Rock Cafes, good food but decidedly higher prices than other places of the same level, especially the drinks, but as we know, in these places you also pay for the name. All in all a place where I always gladly return

Foi maravilhoso regressar a este localnque nasceu no mesmo ano que eu, 1971, depois de cá ter estado em 2005 ou 2006. Na altura ainda não tinha a Hard Rock Shop na esquina em frente. Fico muito contente que tenha "crescido" permitindo a dedicação do espaço original somente ao restaurante mantendo todo o seu glamour original embora modernizado. Sempre de visita obrigatória quando em Londres e se possível com refeição incluída pois são maravilhosamente saborosas e os empregados muito simpáticos!

È un locale che è anche un museo. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Buono.
