Nice looking place BUT will not be recommending to friends/family. The absolute fuss of the staff and the silly rules with the bell and rope across the door to enter and exit the tea room are ridiculous. My brother had a toastie which was such a disappointment. £4.10 for paper thin bread with not much filling and no garnish on the plate. It literally looked like plain toast when they put the plate down on the table, not appealing to the eye at all. Then we got up to pay and the staff can see you through the kitchen door window but again you have to ring a bell for them to come out even though you can see them just standing one meter away just looking at you.

Lovely setting, but all served in takeaway boxes, a teapot and pretty china trios would have made a much nicer experience

Lovely setting and clean . But far too many rules and fuss with service. We sat outside everything came in packages . We had 2 cups of tea but I like milk on the side - I was shocked to see that on top of the £2.30 for a take away cup of tea had to pay 0.25 for milk . Also had asked if I could have drinking water and was charged 0.25 for tap water . This is the last time I will visit - I would rather go a few yards up to Crazy Crepes

A fantastic little cafe right on Burry Port Harbour wall and the coast path. We have walked past many a time, but a spot of light rain encouraged us into an early lunch stop and we didn't regret it. They accommodated both dogs and a buggy inside and we had a fine lunch, catering for my gluten allergy with a generously filled bacon roll and for my wife, a sizeable tuna mayo jacket potato washed down with a double cafetiere of Welsh Brew coffee. Friendly service and smart facilities.

Visited on a wet Sunday afternoon with a dog. We were made to feel welcome, even given a towel to dry off dog. Enjoyed our visit so returned again. Cakes are delicious, especially apple and mincemeat traybake. Staff were very friendly. Highly recommend .

After a cold and windy walk round the fascinating harbour, The Harbour Ligths Tearoom was just the spot for a warm up. Nice and cosy with friendly service. Lovely toasted teacakes and crumpets with plenty of butter. Especially liked their hot milky coffee - not the normal bland, lukewarm lattes and cappaccinos you get these days.

If the sun is out sit in the garden watching the boats in the harbour. If not, sit in the conservatory and take your dog. Lovely cream teas and cakes and simple snacks in a pretty and comfortable setting.

Visited Burry Port as i was on holiday with the wife, mother-in-law and my dogs. We stopped in this lovely little cafe and was greeted with a very warm atmosphere. we sat down in the conservatory (as that was where dogs had to go). We decided to have something to eat and i brought the dog's their very own dog friendly ice cream which was available there. I ordered a Tuna & Cheese Panini and it was so tasty i ordered another. Everyone was happy with their meal and the waitress (who i think runs it as well) never took the smile of her face. so friendly there i will definitely be going back when next in wales!! 5 Stars!!

Nice little tea room, friendly staff. Amazing brownies but otherwise nothing special. Ordered a jacket potato, it didn’t even come with a salad. Just plonked in a bowl with a dollop of tuna mayo, looked pretty unimpressive. Tasted nice enough. Other people I was with had bacon sandwiches which again were no frills. No complaints otherwise. Well priced. Would come again but I wouldn’t make a special trip. Thank

We have been to this tearoom on numerous occasions, it is nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. We have come to know the owner and staff over a period of time, they are approachable, friendly and efficient. The food is always freshly prepared and of a high quality.Nothing is too much trouble for Laura the owner, who goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. I highly recommend a visit.

Not a comment on the guys serving the food but the middle aged English woman on the till. She was so rude to the customers in front of us in the queue that we left with making an order. She was very aggressive, basically shouting at the elderly customer who had the gaul not to know the table number she was sat at.She went back and for to the kitchen, slamming the swing doors on the way, it sounded like she was throwing the cutlery around. Before taking out order she said "you'd better know your table number" before stomping into the kitchen again, at which point we left without making an order.I can only assume she is the owner of the cafe as no owner would accept this behavior from their staff.Needless to say we'll not be back.

We popped in here for a snack in the middle of a long cycle and sat in the sun in the lovely garden overlooking the harbour. The sandwiches were freshly made and delicious. There were some lovely looking cakes on display which we couldn’t resist and I’m glad we didn’t as the lemon cake was absolutely stunning. Great tea too, nicely served with china cups & saucers. The staff were very friendly & helpful and the order arrived quickly. Unfortunately we don’t have a dog, but the garden is dog friendly and they provide a big bowl of water for their 4 legged visitors. We are planning to cycle past again to have some more cake!

Popped in today for a lunch snack and sat, with our dogs, in the pretty conservatory. Lovely cafetière of coffee, panini with fresh salad & coleslaw, bacon & sausage sandwich all delicious. Friendly staff too. Noticed the yummy cakes and will try them next time! They have a pretty little garden where you can sit when weather permits. Stroll on down towards the lighthouse and you’re at a lovely cove where our dogs had a swim! Lovely!

I visited this tea room with friends for lunch. Two of us had the leek and potato soup which was nice when seasoned. We then shared a raspberry and coconut cake which was superb. As I don't eat meat I found the menu restricting for lunch but the cakes on offer would be wonderful for afternoon tea. The tearoom is gorgeous with a beautiful conservatory at the back. I would visit again but for afternoon tea.

This tearoom has a good selection of snacks which include gluten free options. It has a conservatory back garden and front garden which are needed because inside there is not a lot of room. The furniture is comfortable and varied. I visit here quite often because its position is right on the side of the harbour. Its very close to the local sandy beaches and town is just 10 mins walk.

Delightful place with tea served from bone china cups and lovely home made cakes and snacks. There is also a gallery showing original paintings from local artists. A delightful little place where they truly try to ensure every detail is perfect and you are happy. We had a minor issue with our tea but they changed it twice to ensure we were happy, which we were. We stayed a little longer and had a fantastic piece of lemon & poppy seed cake, the best we’ve eaten for a long time. Would highly recommended this delightful little place and I commend the staff for their efforts, not many places would have done what they did

After getting fish & chips opposite the lady advised us to go & have a drink... £2.50 a pint she said. So we went and yes it was £3.90 for a pint & a half! What amazingly great value together with a warm welcome from the barmaid. Sat outside with a glimpse of the sea. Highly recommend.

Stopped off at this oasis on our way to Tenby. My wife and I both ordered bacon sandwiches and coffee lattes. Beautiful “home baked “ bread (probably from a bakery but looked and tasted home baked) a generous helping of thick cut bacon and a delightful cup of coffee. Staff were busy but friendly and attentive.

Not suitable for gluten free options despite menu description. We stayed locally and this restaurant had good reviews and described having gluten-free options available which was cinic red when we phoned to book a a table. The reality however was very different. Unless I wanted a vegan red Thai curry there were no options for me on the menu. The items described as gluten free in the menu weren't available and we were told the menu was out of date. Very disappointing and not suitable for anyone wanting gluten free options.
