Not sure how an order so poor can take 1hr 30 to arrive! The spicy curry sauce is tasteless and watery. Nothing salt and pepper about the chips they were soggy and dry. Chicken undercooked and pink! Avoid

The food overall is good however service is shocking. We've ordered multiple times and on one occasion the deliverer went to the wrong place and yelled at us when our address was correct and on another we didnt receive their calls saying they were here and when we went for the food at the time they said it was arrived no one was here and upon ringing the establishment were told the driver had left and hung up abruptly when we were enquiring if they would be resending the food, and everytime we rang after that we were not given any more information. The staff do not understand how to communicate effectively with customers which is a big part of owning a food establishment so as much as I enjoy the food I dont think I could ever order again from such rude people.

place is filthy it smells really bad i ordered chips and curry sauce. frozen chips with a spatter or curry sauce went right in the bin awful AVOID

Never in my life have I ever made a review but I was absolutely disgusted with the service of this restaurant. I ordered on deliveroo which said the delivery time was 30 minutes, ended up being 56 minutes in and still was saying my food was being prepared. I ring the restaurant to ask how long it’s going to be, speaking completely respectfully. They said they had three orders before mine and hadn’t even started cooking my food. I request for them to cancel the order from their end, again speaking respectfully and the women I spoke to started arguing with me and talking over me being extremely rude and disrespectful. She then hung up the phone on me. So if you want to order food from here and something goes wrong with your order, expect the restaurant to take no responsibility or apologise, be extremely disrespectful and hang up on you.

Very quick delivery and lovely food

Order was an hour late and 1 of the meals were cold.

Food was quite nice, spicy Singapore vermicelli, and old skool special fried rice.... ribs very small though and they forgot prawn crackers :-(

Ordered salt n pepper chips and d chips don’t look cooked

great food but lousy delivery driver. he rang the door bell and we answered and went down. in the 5mins it took he had dumped the food at reception and was walking away. When my wife arrived he shouted at her and said he had been waiting more than 20 mins. So why didn't he ring the bell or call my phone when he arrived? Of course he hadn't waited more than 5 and just gave the restaurant a bad name

Food was amazing! Portion sizes are massive. Food arrived on time and was piping hot. Delivery driver was lovely and friendly. Will definitely be ordering again 10/10. Was too hungry so the picture is leftovers and there is so much. Salt and pepper much box A

Please AVOID this place!! Ordered for a delivery waited 2 hours, then when our £43 order came it was shocking half size portions salt & pepper ribs were just fat on a bone, salt & pepper chicken was just batter no chicken in it. Chips came in a bag that was half empty, Chicken fried rice had no taste we ordered this 2 go round 3 people my husband could of ate it by him self the potions were that small. What a waste of money it all went in the bin😠 don't order from here!!!!!!!!

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I waited over 1.5 hours for a Salt & Pepper Box, and when I called, I was told it was the third order in line. After another hour of waiting, they started hanging up on us. After three hours of trying to reach them, I had to drive 30 minutes to the restaurant, only to find my food had been left sitting in the delivery car. The driver was arguing with me and refused to offer a refund or any apology. This experience completely ruined our family night. I strongly recommend avoiding this place

When I ordered I phoned them up and. Asked if could add to my order and they just put the phone down and it was missing the salt and pepper chicken and when I phoned to see where my order was they just put the phone down

Honestly wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. Uber eats rating okay but took ages to arrive then when it did it was soggy and flavourless. Worst salt and pepper "flavour" had to add our own. My son had the salt and pepper chicken balls and an hour after eating has non stopped vomiting. Do not order from this health hazard

AVOID AVOID AVOID - Firstly, after spending £70 on an order, part of the order was missing, valuing £20, after waiting an hour for the food to arrive, the chicken curry was cold, the sweet and sour chicken was pink, see photo. I traveled from my accommodation to the shop to be rudely treated and refused a refund, told to contact uber claiming it’s ubers problem - if I can’t refund the order, I will be returning for one soon.

Don’t buy from here , they never delivered my food and tried saying they were outside when I was outside waiting for an hour and they didn’t show up - lady on the phone was rude and refused to give me a refund and told me to order again if I wanted food and stole my money , if you’re looking to buy food then don’t come here or buy as you will be left with no food!

Asked for a small amount of soy sauce on fried rice and they drenched it. Clearly didn't bother reading notes. Prawn toast and curry sauce was abysmal. Terrible smell, flavour and aftertaste. On a positive note, the delivery service was ok but that doesn't make up for the ridiculously overpriced, poor quality food and quite possibly one of the worst Chinese meals I've ever had. Clearly one to avoid in future.

First order got cancelled with no information when it was 2 minutes away, so reordered and got the salt and pepper box C - would not recommend at all no flavour, curry sauce was weird and whole meal was cold and dry !

Food arrived early and was piping hot; chips, crackers and rice were delicious. Curry sauce was nice, a little thin for me. Chicken balls were a little bland but the batter was very nice.
