Decent food , delivered on time and food was hot as expected

AVOID AVOID AVOID - Firstly, after spending £70 on an order, part of the order was missing, valuing £20, after waiting an hour for the food to arrive, the chicken curry was cold, the sweet and sour chicken was pink, see photo. I traveled from my accommodation to the shop to be rudely treated and refused a refund, told to contact uber claiming it’s ubers problem - if I can’t refund the order, I will be returning for one soon.

THIS WAS DISGUSTING- COLD, UNCOOKED RAW CHICKEN. half the order didn’t even turn up, worst chinese i’ve ever had- do NOT order from here at any cost. staff were unhelpful and told us it wasn’t our problem- disgraceful.

would do 0 stars but I can’t, food was awful and made mine and all my friends stomachs feel terrible. Chicken was red and cold and veiny (triple whammy) and half the order didn’t even show up ffs. So bad don’t recommend

Order was a little late but when we called they kept us fully updated. Food was hot and tasted amazing! Recommended.

The salt and pepper chicken, chicken chow mein and chips were all freezing cold. I order from this restaurant regularly and tonight I was very disappointed in the quality of the food.

Don’t buy from here , they never delivered my food and tried saying they were outside when I was outside waiting for an hour and they didn’t show up - lady on the phone was rude and refused to give me a refund and told me to order again if I wanted food and stole my money , if you’re looking to buy food then don’t come here or buy as you will be left with no food!

food was warm even though it was in time frame, chips where not nice had to cook them more when arrived. not worth the price.

Asked for a small amount of soy sauce on fried rice and they drenched it. Clearly didn't bother reading notes. Prawn toast and curry sauce was abysmal. Terrible smell, flavour and aftertaste. On a positive note, the delivery service was ok but that doesn't make up for the ridiculously overpriced, poor quality food and quite possibly one of the worst Chinese meals I've ever had. Clearly one to avoid in future.

First order got cancelled with no information when it was 2 minutes away, so reordered and got the salt and pepper box C - would not recommend at all no flavour, curry sauce was weird and whole meal was cold and dry !

Food arrived early and was piping hot; chips, crackers and rice were delicious. Curry sauce was nice, a little thin for me. Chicken balls were a little bland but the batter was very nice.

Awful! Do not order from here! Ordered a meal and two hours go by and said they only have 1 driver completely awful customer service hung the phone up numerous of times!

Can't get my head around the reviews. I went here loads and used to always get a special fried rice and chips and I I've never had better. Live in town now but was almost tempted to go all the way up there to get it again

wrong ordered, ordered chilli chicken and got sweet and sour and my sister is allergic to pineapple?? roast pork dowsed in oyster sauce and too salty for someone who has kidney problems but was not noted that it came with oyster sauce???

The food was freezing when it arrived. Chips arent chippy chips more like fries and they were sweaty and cold when arrived. Portion sizes are small

Ordered from uber eats which said this place had a 4.3 star rating. Was extremely excited as this is the first meal my partner and I have had together since I moved to university, but to say we were disappointed is an understatement. The food arrived with 2 cans of drinks sitting on top of the cardboard box, which due to the (luke)warm food had caused the cans to become warm and soak the box in condensation to the point it had a small puddle of water sitting on it. I ordered their munch box with chicken wings and salt and chilli chicken ribs. Their chicken wings appear to be deep fried? And have no taste of salt and pepper. The salt and chilli chicken ribs have basically no meat on them are are basically all fat. Rice tastes like it's a few days old, the only vaguely edible thing is the chips which are just about cooked. I'm very upset as I cannot afford to treat myself to takeout very often and this is honestly one of the worst meals I have ever received. Save yourself the money and don't order from here.

I’m not sure what all the bad reviews are about. Genuinely I’m not sure if it’s fake accounts of other takeaways trying to harm this place’s restaurant or not. MY EXPERIENCE HAD ALWAYS BEEN POLITE AND THE LADY HAS ALWAYS MADE MY SPECIAL REQUESTS. People say they have had cold food if anything my food has always been so hot I had to wait for it too cool down. Genuinely I have only only ever had great experiences and more importantly the food has always been amazing. Chicken in black bean sauce and beef curry also egg friend rice are amazing.genuinely I believe half these reviews are fake. I have made large orders in the past they have always benn exactly what I have ordered

Ordered a egg fried rice, a portion of chips, salt and pepper chips and didn't get salt and pepper chips, I got 2 portions of chips instead, got my order wrong

Food arrived cold, was not placed in a food warmer bag. Ordered a salt and pepper box and hardly no salt and pepper seasoning! For £18 was not worth it at all and would not buy again.

Quite possibly the worst takeaway experience I've ever had. £150 worth of food ordered and £30 worth arrived. Ordered for a coming home party as Ste just got back from volunteering in Ukraine so you can imagine his disappointment. After 2 hours of messing around and having to go and collect the rest ourselves it was of course cold and miserable. Ste said "I ate better food in a trench" poor fella has more PTSD from this scran than frontline combat. Thankfully Uber have helped with a refund

Made a £140 order this evening, took waited about 90 minutes for it to arrive and we only got about £20 worth of food and it had been the last of a few stops so it was cold anyway. Phone constantly says line busy so we couldn't get through. I've also noticed that the shop has not replied to any of these reviews which isn't great. Absolutely avoid.

Worse Chinese meal ever! The squid was raw and lemon chicken was really awful the sauce was blend disgusting. Just eat the chips 🤑

Munchy box was great, wish there was more shredded chicken but other than that it was perfect. Arrived a little late but forgiven considering the distance. Came with free pawn crackers which was nice, seems less are doing that nowadays!

Happy yu never made me happy at all. Tasteless food. Shredded chicken had no chicken at all and the wun ton soup was just sad. Mates never liked their food either and the chicken balls were nasty. Even the curry sauce was watery. Do not order from here ever.

Most reviews are down to slow delivery and cold food - never had a problem myself. Good portions and nice food

Food was nice, loved the curry. However, when I went to collect my order the people working laughed at my SpongeBob designed crocs, they were calling me names and made comments like “your mum sits in a bath with raw Brussels sprouts”.

Ordered chicken noodle soup and salt & Pepper box A. Soup was bland and tasted of nothing. Shredded chicken tough and stringy. Chicken balls were greasy and not to my liking. Fried rice was very nice. Noodles was very nice. Chips looked like they had been warmed up in the microwave. Curry was typical chippy curry, thick and tasty. Drinks were in the same bag as the food so were warm but did get a free bottle of coke. One item was missing from the order, was prawn crackers which I got a refund for. Arrived quick Kenny to Broadgreen. I won't be ordering again from here, with the poor quality food that was delivered I wouldn't recommend anyone else order from here either.

This is by far the worst Chinese I’ve ever ordered from. Food took ages to come, and eventually when it did it was lukewarm. Chips were soggy and portion sizes were tiny - 6 pieces of chicken and 7 pieces of beef. Curry sauce also tasted like dishwater. Rang to sort our order out with the staff, to be denied a partial refund and was told to go to the shop (we have no way of getting there hence ordering delivery), when we explained this we were left on hold for 10 minutes, and then hung up on us with no solution from the staff. We tried to ring back and had no answer. Shocking food and appalling service.

Might be the most disgusting thing I’ve ever eaten. Chips were soggy and undercooked, chicken was dry, sauce was disgusting. Squid was like eating museum rubbers. Don’t like trashing on local business, but it was bad.

Worst Chinese I've ever had! £25 of RAW chicken. Tasteless food. Stale Prawn Crackers. Overcooked ribs. Seaweed was like sand. Everything else was swimming in oil. Spent £60 in total between 5 of us, probably worth 60p, and only got £12.50 back. DO NOT GO HERE.

Ordered through Uber eats Normally ok but took over 2 hours and received no food and tried over 200 times to phone with no answer

A good local Chinese take-away with all the authentic dishes available. We ordered via Uber Eats and went to collect our order after only 10 mins from submitting it. On arrival we received a free bottle of Pepsi which was a nice touch. Can’t understand the 3.4 star rating, maybe we were lucky with waiting times and collecting as it was early on a Sunday eve. Recommend people do the same to avoid issues like others have reported. Side note - love the fact they give out a proper portion of pancakes for the Aromatic Crispy Duck!

I ordered the salt and pepper much box which came with salt and pepper shredded chicken salt and pepper chicken balls salt and pepper chips chicken chow mein and young chow fried rice and curry sauce aswell as 2 drinks and I just got to say this is the best chinese I have ever eaten I will definitely be ordering from yourselves again thank you

Ordered via Uber Eats, came within 20mins, fresh and super tasty, they also gave two free cans of pop. The meal was great, utensils provided as requested and all complete. Speedy delivery from Uber driver too. Keep up the good work.

The Beef Special is pretty great, for a local Chinese takeaway. Probably better to go and collect rather than to leave 1* reviews moaning that you're too lazy to go and get your dinner.

Waited an hour and a half for it to arrive.. rang to see where it was twice while the woman shouted that it was on the way, when it arrived it was cold and I phoned to complain they told me it couldn’t be cold cause the bag was warm ?? Wouldn’t give us a refund or a new meal absolutely vile

Firstly would give zero but can't. Ordered through Uber Eats finally got notification to say food ready for collection. When arrived at shop ( definitely not a restaurant) . They denied I had ordered, was very rude and aggressive even though I had proof on my phone. Then told me to get out of shop. Absolutely disgraceful but after reading other reviews feels like I dodged a bullet

After 2 hours of waiting I called to see where our order was to have a vile woman shout down the phone that it is on it's way then she ended the call!! I called back and the same disgraceful person put the phone to one side when i asked where it was and carried on serving customers. When the order finally arrived it was awful, nothing but an old oil taste to the seafood box, they obviously forgot to add the spices!! Will never use again!!!!!
