Special chow main was awfull so salty and no flavour could not eat it so waste of money .

I accidentally pressed to order on Uber. Rang up immediately after I pressed it to say I need to cancel. They cancelled my order but I’m still being charged £40 it’s absurd. Shite Chinese anyways.

Do not order here, ordered chicken skewers with satay sauce, the sauce looked congealed and smelled completely off, me and my flat mate tasted it and it was sour. She even asked if I ordered the sweet and sour and not satay, until she looked at it, called the restaurant for them to say I would get 15% of my next order for them sending out clearly out of date food. Appalling. If you want to keep your health, walk away.

Stay away from this place I seen RATS I have reported to environmental health to close this place down

Food is delicious and excellent service.

Appalling customer service. Ordered food via Uber eats this evening waited past the estimated delivery time to contact the restaurant and then tried to contact them for 1 hour before giving up, they didn’t answer the phone in all that time and the food never arrived!

Ordered food at 17:15 through Uber only to have no food delivered by 19:45. Rang several times only to have to drive there to find out what the hell was going on and the shutters are down. Accepted my order and showing as open on every website but place is closed. Awful service. Never ordering from here again!

The driver that delivered my food was well mannered and very politel i think as well as the restaurant getting positive feed back so should the drivers he was a lovely man thank you very much

Absolutely diabolical food and service. Ordered chow meins. These tasted like they had been cooked days ago, and warmed up! They were darker in colour, and they tasted like I had just had a spoonful of pepper. Phoned the ‘Restaurant’ to tell them this and they were full of attitude and even asked us to come to the shop in a rude manor. Also did not want to do anything as we ordered through Uber?!?! From them!?!? They were rude and even hung up on us in the end. Absolutely shocking, thought we would give them another go despite having food poisoning about a year ago from them. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!- unless you want food poisoning and want to waste money!! Disgusting behaviour and disgusting food. Should be ashamed !!

Had a chowmain it smells disgusting taste disgusting and had to throw a way tried ringing the restaurant thay were very rood and hung up on us I think the food was cooked day's ago and wormed up

I ordered special curry but said no prawns and had prawns in my food I'm allergic to prawns

Amazing Chinese takeaway, the Chicken Satay is delicious!

We order from here regularly & their food arrives hot and tasty. Prices are fantastic even with the cost of living and their delivery is prompt and their staff are always happy and polite.

We called in because most of take -a -ways are close on Sunday I wish this one was the food was disgusting four different meals and the were under cooked greasy tasteless, chips were rock hard and cold pawn crackers taste like cardboard. Don’t eat here if you like good food.

I have ordered from about 15 different chinese’s in bristol and this is by far the best one! food was and so delicious and hot. all of it was delivered so quickly!

Walked in just after closing time and the very polite young man behind the counter was very happy to serve me where other places would have just shouted "Sorry were closed". Great tasting food and all good quality, I would highly recommend and will now be my go to Chinese takeaway.

Wife had half and half with curry sauce . I had house special fried rice and curry sauce. Both really enjoyed it. We will be back soon

Since being under new management the food is not so nice peking spare ribs no sauce or peppers & chicken balls are like they’ve been refried kids wouldn’t eat them

Restaurant messed up order and wouldn't redeliver missing item. Food was all swimming in grease, chicken balls dripping oil and soggy, sweet and sour sauce was so vinergary it was inedible. Positive points - delivery driver was lovely and the food arrived early, soups were nice.

Great food!! It’s my first time in Bristol to visiting my friends and order some food on my way to London. Wow I’m totally impressed by the food this takeaway surely at a restaurant quality. Another thing just to mention that definite is value for money and authenticity for sure!

Since being taken over from lucky house this place has gone down hill! Especially the last couple of times for us! Will not order again as went in the bin. Disgusting

Beef and mushrooms very disgusting salty pancake rolls undercooked egg fried rice could have been done with being cooked for a few more minutes curry sauce very watery chicken balls in batter was excellent chips were ok was a anniversary treat spoilt our evening.

Really big meals couldn't eat it all . I had king prawn chow mein which was very nice I've not been there in years but I will definitely be going back an trying more meals .

Tried to call this restaurant for half a hour after ordering to check if they have accepted my order, Took them half a hour for them to decline my order and still no answer from their phone line busy for the entire time.

Terrible survis and delivery orders often missing items. Food cold more often then not.also find it amusing that most if not all the current reviews on hear have been made by people who work in the shop

Currently have been waiting 2 hours since ordering our food. Called the restaurant twice (1 hour 10 and 1 hour 40 into our wait) to be told both times our food would be with us within a maximum of 15 minutes. Atrocious.

Food was mediocre, but a disrespectful telephone manner meant that I won’t be using this take away again.

Absolutely shocking time keeping ordered at 8.05pm was told 30mins 10.10pm when in bed as up at 5am to say he is outside with my food after calling time after time to a busy line! Waste of time good job it was cash on delivery so I didn't loose out on the cash Wasters
