Hans & Gretel in Southampton

I recently visited Hans &Gretel Westquay for a milkshake and I wasn’t disappointed I went for the kinder milkshake and it was just lovely. From the warm welcome and smile from the lovely Ethan everything was perfect. Will definitely be returning 😁

Amazing place to go I am lactose intolerant and it is nice to have options. They had four different sorbet flavours plus a vegan ice-cream also they allowed me to try a couple of the different flavours to fine one I liked. Only down side it is slightly pricing but willing to pay for amazing quality and variety.

I loved this place! The lady with blonde hair was really helpful and allowed us to have a sample before purchasing our ice creams to ensure we would enjoy it! The manager was also really friendly and you could tell staff enjoyed their jobs. Atmosphere was nice and had a lovely time catching up with a friend!

the service was quite poor, the woman on the till messed up my order twice before i received my order. the prices were extraordinarily expensive for the quality of the product. i ordered 2 one scoop icecream tubs for me and my daughter and it was £9 hardly full and half melted by the time i received it. i won’t be returning as the prices for the quality is very poor and i believe they think the decorations will hide their quality of their products. ps my icecream did not have any flavour in it.
