Called in to purchase some products and decided to have some lunch. We decided on the soup and a roll which was so delicious. Dominic made us feel very welcome and we shall definitely be going back again

On visiting Ledbury we chose to eat lunch here as it was an organic restaurant. We only wanted a light snack so chose apple and celeriac soup which was served up with two generous slices of crusty bread with butter on the side and followed it with lemon drizzle cake and coffee. Everything we ate and drank was delicious and made in house including the bread. The whole place was full of organic produce so we were able to take a box full of locally grown vegetables home with us. We shall look forward to our next visit and would thoroughly recommend Handley's to anyone who enjoys tasty and healthy foods.

Absolutely fabulous food. The parsnip and spoke soup was amazing. Initially the tart meals look pricey but the plates are filled with slaws, salad, beans etc. delicious tomatoes. The tart itself was stunning, and I now know what ragstone is😃 And a wide choice of cakes and biscuits. If you are in Ledbury, go to this place. Free Wi-Fi, loos. But, it’s upstairs so not accessible to buggies or the less mobile.

The waitress barked ‘can I help’ without bothering to even turn around to look at us; the coffee was adequate but decided against having cake as it was clearly too much effort to serve us. Downstairs there were signs advising us all thieves would be prosecuted and that they didn’t like anyone spilling food as they found it rude. Not half as rude as I found the service - would not go again.

Been here a few times whenever we come to Ledbury, the food is lovely every time..but…the place itself needs a touch of ambience,a radio, perhaps, to break the silence when it’s not busy..with the staff behind the counter making the food, we speak in whispers…the walls could do with decorating, more art, more plants ,more something to entice people in…it’s a lovely cafe that needs love.

What a delight to find a cafe that serves healthy, tasty vegetarian food and makes a great cup of coffee! Thank you

What a shop and cafe. My best ‘find’ in a few years! It’s a treasure trove of organic ingredients and produce. You can even make your own peanut butter! The cafe served the most delicious food. My wife had a mushroom and basil tart, my son Gyoza and I had a butternut squash frittata. They looked amazing and were accompanied by 4 lovely salads. I can honestly say that I doubt a Michelin starred chef could have dished up such a beautiful looking dish that tasted equally as good. For £8.95 it’s got to be the best value meal I have had for a very long time. There is a great selection of cakes which causes a dilemma when making a decision and plenty of gluten-free options. The coffee (Puro) was good and a good selection of organic speciality teas. If you love good food, regardless of whether you need gluten free or organic, it’s worth travelling to enjoy this cafe!

What a lovely surprise to find such an interesting and also a vegetarian cafe after our morning walk. The soup was delicious as was the warm sourdough bread and butter that accompanied it. Good value too!

We stumbled across this healthy little cafe above a health food store. Superb, fresh cooked food and cakes without soya in everything. Lovely coffee, lovely lady making cakes and serving. Great if you like real food rather than packaged rubbish full of junk ingredients and additives. Would recommend.

Called in for a short lunch stop en-route Bath to Shrewsbury. Although they were busy we were served, courteously, in good time to get back to a nearby car park within our alloted time without having to rush. We both had the mushroom tart (flan), which was delicious and accompanied with a selection of imaginative and tasty vegetarian items with fresh salad. I followed with a slice of very moorish chocolate cake. The (downstairs) shop is amazing, full of organic foodstuff which unfortunately we didn't have time to dwell over but we will make a point of re-visiting when next in Ledbury. Don't miss it!

My husband and I visited Ledbury for the first time today. We wanted something tasty and healthy for a late lunch. We certainly got it here! As it was 3pm we were happy to see that we were the only customers in this little cafe/restaurant upstairs the organic food shop. The lady serving and preparing the meals was friendly and attentive. We could not have wished for better service. The salads and nut roast I had were really delicious and very generous portions. My husband enjoyed his celery and cashew nut soup. All in all I would absolutely recommend this little restaurant to any vegetarian or vegan who wants a freshly prepared lovely healthy meal and service with a smile!

Regular treat for the little nice bits in your shopping list, tasty but probably pricey bits you like to supplement your weekly shopping list with. Nice little cafe upstairs but bit cramped and you have to wait a while for your order depending on how busy it is.. quite small and limited space for staff hence wait but all in all yes nice little deli and friendly staff.. but pricey.

We’re locals so perhaps a little biased, however, we occasionally pop in here for a bite to eat at the lovely little cafe on the first floor. They serve vegetarian/vegan food and they do it very well, I must say. It’s a small and cosy little gem, so blink and you’ll miss it, but you won’t regret finding it! Great spot if you want a nice little cafe stop whilst you’re in town, especially if you’re lucky enough to get the window seat! The whole shop is a treat in the senses too, as it sells all sorts of herbs, spices, seeds and general organic goodness - worth a look!

Lovely little place, two floors, shop on the first and shop and cafe on the second. An ecclectic mix of fine vegetarian and vegan food and Deli produce that would be hard to find elsewhere! I'm a biased vegetarian, so it suits my needs totally. Handley Organics also sell a good range of speciality teas and Seaweed, British harvested and also Japanese specific. Well worth a view if your in the area and have a particular liking for healthy produce or vegetarian and vegan food.

Me and my friend visited Ledbury for the first time and had lunch in the cafe. What a gem it is. The food is superb. My friend had soup and I had the spring rolls. They were tasty and packed with veg. We then spent a lot of time (and money!) browsing the ship and stocking up on organic produce. Next time we are in Ledbury, we’d be back.

Whilst visiting Ledbury my wife and I popped into this cafe for lunch; terrific vegetarian mains with exceptional array of accompanying salads. We also succumbed to a shared cake from a very diverse selection; certainly much superior to the usual run of carrot cake etc.Coffee was good and the service was attentive and friendly.Highly recommended!

Visited this establishment for the first time. Its a combination of a shop that sells an extremely wide range of organic produce and a small but exquisite cafe that produces healthy and tasty vegetarian and vegan meals. Its a fantastic combination and works really well. Prices are good to, especially for the area. My partner and I had the house frittata and samosa along with a variety of salad, which along with two warm drinks came to around £22. All in all an excellent experience and will certainly return.

We booked a table for 6 for our office Christmas lunch and were not disappointed. Friendly service, and a fantastic menu including freshly home made seasonal salads and produce. Everyone in our party was happy with their food - from cashew and celery soup, falafel, samosas all the way through to beautiful coffee to finish (Puddings looked amazing but no-one had room!) Also, we had such incredible value for money. We cannot recommend this cafe highly enough, and clearly, from the other customers, it is one of Ledbury's best kept secrets - with everyone feeling they have discovered a real gem.

Had intentions and eagerness to visit Kiki’s for the first time after finding it online. Drinks were lovely. Mocha was a perfect warming beverage for the rainy day. Partner enjoyed his tuna panini soo much he ordered another! Staff are incredible and comforting when speaking to. A friendly environment with the occasional doggies!
