I’ve been a customer of Ham Bone for 31 years and they have never compromised their food quality and value. I’m never disappointed except when I get there late and they have run out of hot pork and apple, but that’s my fault not theirs’.

Staff very dog friendly. Food was simple but very tasty. Chips to die for. Deff will be returning for we felt very welcome and so did our dogs. Little gem of a place

I discovered this place today on our last day of the Holiday. We sat in to eat. Really good selection of food. Fresh meat off the bone. Cakes, sausage rolls, pork pies, meats, salad, barm cakes, chips, soup. Deli takeaway shop and small cafe. The only peculiar thing was they weigh your salad to price it. Not sure why.... But to be fair it was only £3.70 for a cheese salad.

Purchased a sausage sandwhich I am sad to say that the sausages now sold are a cheap alternative to the once cumberland meaty sausages that were available. Would not purchase again from here. Would try the other store in town .

Really lovely staff, especially steve who took care of us and our noisy dog! Food and drink really 10/10 aswell. Highly recommend!

Think twice before having a Weighed Salad: £12.95. Small portions of the usual salad items, and I had a side of coronation chicken, it came on a small silver plate. You have to wait to be told how much it’s costing, very odd….I was too embarrassed to ask her to put it all back so I could choose something else. Friendly staff. My friends panini and our drinks were nice. We wouldn’t return as we were infuriated by the price of a small salad with a side.

Has a vast selection on menu items so enough to cater for everyone ! The staff were very polite and attentive and the food here is great ! I especially enjoyed the hot chocolate as I’m not a coffee drinker and I loved the mugs the drinks came in. We would return when we are next in Llandudno

We bought sandwiches and pork pies to take with us to Snowdon, really tasty and pork pies were the best we ever had, they were home made. Service was excellent and we will be defo back soon, thank u :)

Never had such bad food when we have been away paid over the odds for a ham salad It was rubbish salad was droopy and wet. Ham was nothing special could have had nicer from any supermarket. Appallingly rude staff all had a just take it or leave it attitude to customers disgusting.Please avoid this with all your might you be better off eating fish and chips on the seafront fighting with the seagulls

Looks can be deceiving beware! Decor and appearance of Mediterranean style Bistro but when food arrived very disappointed. I ordered the cod fish sandwich that was dripping in fat. My partner ordered the Steak baguette that was tough as old boots and a farcical piece of garnish. With portion of chips for £18.00 and 3/4 of meal left.

What a gem!!!! Our new favourite place in North Wales to eat. Whenever we are in Llandudno this will always be our first choice. The sausage rolls and pork pies are amazing. The panini are filling. We had a duck Ciabatta which was to die for. And the best thing is not even expensive!!!

Not rocket science a order of two baps when asked mayo on? Reply yes only to open on beech with no mayo memory retention poor end of. Total spend over £18.00 and no bag wanted to charge 5p so no more visits to this establishment. It would be good customer service if served with a smile as the lady who served looked if she was chewing a wasp got the feeling she is there because of pay not enjoyable work role. Have to say previous visits the only gentleman is so friendly and helpful is totally different from some staff not all. Never visit again Craig-y-Don

came in last min today for couple of turkey & stuffing rolls which were lovely, also had pork pies also very nice! Blonde Lady who served me was very efficient and friendly and didn't feel rushed at all thanks very much :)

The range of food available in this deli bakery outlet was fabulous and bewildering. The biggest difficulty was deciding on which of the menu or specials to try, everything looked and smelled so good. The burgers were to die for and the range of made to order fillings for panini and sandwiches were mouth wateringly great. Would recommend them regardless of whether it’s a quick snack, a social coffee or a full meal.

Good deli serving pies, pasties and baquettes/buns made to order with fillings of your choice. Scones and cakes available also and reasonably priced

Good food , bad service. How rude just before Christmas and no cranberry sauce asked for turkey salad with stuffing and cranberry, requested another roll instead but she was too busy chatting to some young business man , got my other roll and left , food good service poor !!!!

The sandwiches here are fabulous. The variety of toppings is huge (Although no chillies if you're a chilli fan). I couldn't believe the size of the sandwiches too. You need a big appetite to eat a full one. Really nice environment and service too. Great place!

Home made Mushroom soup to die for !! Battered Cod Fish Finger sandwich highly recommended in a dustbin lid sized bap. Service quick and efficient, will go back to try rest of menu !!

Worst pork pie in the area. no flavour. Better off with a supermarket pie. (However I wouldn't recommend them either) pastry too thick. Jelly to meat consistency isn't great. #birds pork pie

Great place for a bacon bap fist thing in the morning

This is a working deli and bakery run by a bunch of really lovely, friendly people. Open early doors at 8am when I get there (and probably earlier too)Don't expect silver service - expect to perch on a bar stool and have a bally good sing-along and one of the best breakfast barms that money can buy. You can take it to the prom / sea view which is all of 100 yards away if you want (I prefer the perch and sing-along tradition myself)Incredible homemade butchers sausages (straight pork or leek - properly meaty), excellent bacon and superb jellied pork and minted lamb pies for later just in case all the beautiful pork for breakfast wasn't enough. This is old school butchery and of no surprise whatsoever that it has won awards.One of my favourite breakfast experiences. Thing is, they're just doing their thing and don't think anything of it. I say it's special.

Took a day trip to Llandudno stopped for a spot of lunch at Hambonehad Haddock and chips with mushy peas superb meal was hot fresh and just how I like my Haddock and chips mushy peas where homemade hospitality very good as made felt very welcome overall fantastic experience will visit again highly recommend resturant

Got 2 sandwiches from here but unable to eat them as the bread was hard (as if it was yesterdays rolls) and completely covered in mayo! We like mayo but the amount on both rolls took the mick

I visit the Ham Bone in Craig y Don every Wednesday for a selection of items. Their cooked meats are excellent, these are for my husbands lunches for him to take to work and are 100% better than the pre packaged meats from the supermarkets. The pork pies, pasties and sausage rolls are also a firm favourite. I have not bought any of the ready cooked lunch foods in foil containers but judging by the amount of regular customers they must be doing something right.

A good selection of salads and sandwich to takeaway. Always happy enough with the service and the food here. Keep up the good work.

This is my 1st choice of sandwich shop around the Llandudno area. Always fresh, tasty food and friendly staff. Sandwiches are always filled to capacity!

Went in yesterday to be greated by a very rude member of staff. I asked if tgey had hot meat to be laughed at . Dont no what the joke was but we didnt bother getting anytjing ..very big change from last year when we came the staff was lovely. Im not used to rude staff on shops

We and our wider family visit hambone every time we visit Llandudno . I have previously put 5 star reviews on and normally am a big fan of the shop .

Lovely savory selection or can make up batches. Go at lunchtime and catch what is available and sit on promenade and enjoy. Love their cottage pies and the best pork pies in the world !!! Thats me not them saying that. Nice people and a bit of local heritage as well.

we visited here after always making sure we went on all past visits to Llandudno but sadly its gone downhill, we arrived at 12.40 and they had run out of brown bread and sausage rolls, we got a lot of filling in our sandwiches(only thing that stopped them getting 1*) but overall way worse than it used to be, seems to have gotten lazy

The sandwiches from here are very good, nice fresh bread, tasty meats and plenty of salad, you will not go hungry. Only a take away.

Stopped here to grab some lunch for us all as we all parked near and were heading back into town. Kids enjoyed their rolls and sausage roll, all were huge and tasty. I had a minted lamb roll, hot and nice pastry but overly minty but that's my taste, and a medium pork pie. Hindsight is a wonderful thing, if at the time I had thought longer about the fact that when we walked in, the pies were out of the fridge so it could be cleaned, then the temperature of the under seasoned minced pork inside being above the pork pie standard temperature of cold, I would certainly have had a less stressful evening, running to and from the little boys room plays havoc with, well, everything. I'll stick with a nice Melton Mowbray from MnS from now on.

Ordered ham sandwiches for return journey home, excellent!!!! they have a great choice of fillings and the breadcakes used are really fresh. Well worth the money

Gone down hill the staff could do with basic hygiene lessons Wiping knives on dirty looking paper towel mixing meat with salads etc handling food items after giving change no gloves worn won't be going again

The HamBone Deli-Bakery in Craig-y-Don (which is sometimes confused with the HamBone Brasserie in Llandudno town centre) is something of a local institution having been around for well over two decades now. It's basically a no-frills made to order takeaway sandwich shop but the sandwiches are big and well filled so it's a great place for a quick lunch. If you want something a bit "posher" then go to the Brasserie instead.

We called for some lunch items to take back to our hotel, we got a couple of sandwiches and pies also 2 sausage rolls for later, they have'nt a lot of choice in the cake/bun line, just custard or apple tarts, this branch is'nt as big as the one in LLoyd Street, and has no seating or cafe next door. The sandwiches were well filled and there were a lot of filling choices, the staff were nice and efficient.

This shop is a basic sandwich takeaway outlet which has very limited seating, i.e. a single small table and a couple of chairs. The nearest thing to a cooked meal is a warmed up pie or pasty or maybe a tub of stew or soup to take out. It does however serve up tasty prepared to order food in healthy portions at reasonable prices which is about as much as you can ask for.

A great place to go for lunch early afternoon, tea, we tried it for the first time a while ago, just for a coffee and sandwich one afternoon, the place was quite full with lots of different types of people eating, all the food that came out looked very good, so we said that next time that we were on Llandudno we would have a late lunch, well worth the effort. Have told all our friend to give it a try when next in Llandudno, we will definitely be going back.

I always come here when I visit Llandudno. Had a lovely hoisin duck wrap with salad. Absolutely lovely. A bit slow but worth the wait. Salad fresh and crisp but not much choice only cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes and onions. As well as coleslaw. Still lovely. Highly recomend for anyone.

First class for lunchtime food ,my face rate is a ham salad roll but they have a huge selection of fillings ,and also have pies of all kinds +Apple , black currant tarts and egg custards and excellent value for money.

We were tired and hungry from walking all day.looking to get a snack, we saw this footers just around the corner from where we were billeted.The fresh baked rolls filled with chicken and ham were a refreshing end to our walk.

If you are visiting take a large pork pie home, if it gets that far. Great cooked meats and make up batches. The most wonderful cottage pies and everything 'tastes'. Staff friendly and helpful. They have a little coffee stop in the centre of Llandudno in the Victorian Centre and their own deli and restaurant nearby. Don't miss out on this wonderful food.

Popped in for a bacon and egg sarnie, they don't do egg.... just omelette... erm ok... just bacon please, "you sure , these omelettes are popular... no thats why I asked for an egg.. well.. yuck, the bacon was burnt, dry , over cooked, never had bacon that bad, the margarine wouldn't melt, god knows what was in that And the bread was bone dry.... never again

Just visited their Craig-y-Don shop and my daughter asked for a pastie, the woman picked it up with her hands and put it in a bag, using NO GLOVES or IMPLEMENT.

Collected 50 savoury and 50 sweet pies for my son's birthday party on a boat. My particular favourite pie is the Turkey and Cranberry and also the Bakewell tart. Staff were really friendly and helpful in fulfilling this order.

When we come to Llandudno and we are in a rush we always finish off here. Service is average, depends on who actually serves you and food is quite good.

The cornish pasties and sausage rolls from here are fantastic and usually we enjoy sandwiches from here but recently I had the chinese chicken and it was vile. Its gone from being nice chunks of chicken to wafer thin slices of chicken with a vile taste. Obviously trying to cut costs!

Just been to purchase freshly made sandwich however I got everything I didn't want on it ham salad no mayo and I got ham lettuce tom cucumber onion salad cream which was asked for on top was tuna mayo with sweetcorn some black round things not a clue and beef I think as didn't taste it and soggy bottom with jelly they all shared same utensils that had been used on all fillings including knife to cut the bun full of mayo very poor and far from hygenic 😠😠😠😠

We where working in the area for 2-3 months and we came here almost every day! Loved the breakfast baps! And a brilliant choice of food all day long %100 recommend the minted lamb roll wow! Its good! Go there definitely!

Got a drink & ham salad sandwich from here and it was just scrumy, all my familiy realy enjoyed there lunch too. It is realy clean & food as it should be. The staff remained friendly and polite despite it been extremely busy.
