H & S Restaurants Ltd in South Ribble

It used to be good, but the last few times, I have taken them forever, and every time , at least 1 thing wrong and food is mid at best.

Does anyone else play the game of ordering what you want from this McDonald's and then seeing what is missing from your order when you get home? It's actually faster to have a meal at Wetherspoon's than it is for the food to arrive! Then when you get the food, you get some soggy fries that even pele viagra couldnt save and half an order.

Went to their Chorley MacDonalds this company run have very slow service from a staff who didn't seem to have any leadership this was 15/04/24 in the evening One staff member was particularly rude to customers also I didn't like MacDonalds to begin with but this experience just reinforced my dislike and wont be entering their premises again Particularly if ran by this company.

Got to be the worst McDonald's in Preston to be honest. Food takes about half an hour to be served and when you go and ask where it is they don't have an explanation. You put certain dietary requirements on the food you order i.e no pickles/onions etc and they send it with the stuff you said you couldn't eat. Staff are on another planet. Shocking really.

Super service and always efficient. We have to state our allergies but they always get our order correct. Clean, fast and tasty Couldn't ask for more

I really wish they would do a no star review this McDonald's has gone down hill fast. Either the food is cold, wrong or it takes ages, you have to ask sometimes where your food is its appalling will be going else where in future
