Poor customer service. Ordered our Saturday night meal at 7:30pm, order was accepted & paid for. Order was due 8:20, then delayed until 9:30pm with update saying they’re busy, ok happy to wait and then 10 mins after the last update they CANCELLED our order having had us waiting over 2 hours! Common courtesy would be to phone us and at least give us the option to pick up surely?? Why take 2 hours to decide you can’t fulfill an order, if demand is too high, have the courtesy to not take the order in the first place so we could have ordered elsewhere!

I wish I had looked at the reviews before visiting 😕 service was very poor, and my order completely messed up twice. Also, the food wasn't the best tasting, I don't think I'll be revisiting here any time soon. :-(
