Tuve una experiencia fantástica en Gusto, especialmente con sus platos de pasta. Los sabores eran ricos, la textura estaba manchada, y los ingredientes tenían un sabor fresco y de alta calidad. Ya sea una carbonara cremosa o un abundante ragu, la pasta fue cocinada a la perfección y llena de auténticos sabores italianos.

We had a lovely evening here for our son’s birthday. Nicole looked after us perfectly. In fact she went above and beyond by coming to find us in the lobby of the restaurant at the end of the evening with my husband’s wallet that he’d mistakenly left on his seat! Huge thanks. Delicious sea bass and definitely worth signing up to the Gold Reward scheme for a free round of birthday drinks. A great evening.

Incredibly poor. 8.30 and no lasagna. Spag bol just bland spaghetti and little sauce. The highlight was the pizza which had nothing on the top except for a few pieces of Italian meat. No onion, no peppers, no cheese, lol no nothing. Waitress was excellent and very understanding. But she got no support at all from any managers.

We visited on a very busy Saturday on valentines weekend however our drinks and food were delivered in good time, service was brilliant our waitress was friendly. The food was delicious we had starters and main and all was perfect.

Mia was lovely and very attentive. The food was really nice and they kept the drinks coming. Well worth the money.

Absolutely beautiful in here and the gluten free garlic bread is an absolute must fantastic service and even better food and drink highly recommend and Abbie our waitress was lovely xx

Had a great meal at Gusto—the food was delicious, but what really made the experience stand out was our server, Mia. She was so friendly, attentive, and just had this amazing energy that made us feel genuinely welcome. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling overbearing. Good food is always a plus, but service like that makes all the difference. Thanks, Mia! We’ll definitely be back.

New years eve evening meal. We arrived 15 minutes early for our table, all the staff very welcoming and good friendly service. Nice experience and lovely food reasonably priced. The gnocci that accompanied my chicken was so good. Restaurant is in a great location and would definitely come back. Thank you for a pleasant evening

Service was lovely from the start! We asked to move tables to one away from flashing fairy lights and our server Alex moved us but still to a booth type table - something special to celebrate my wife’s Birthday! Throughout the staff were lovely, attentive, approachable; whilst also timing their approach to allow us time to enjoy our time and our meal! We really like Gustos for the ambience, the food and the service! The food was lovely! We miss the Duck dish but we still love the other items on the menu! I particularly love the arancini! Something special for a special night out! Thank you

Was very disappointed with the service. The waitress took forever to get service plates for the starter as well as for some water for the table (had to ask multiple times). She didn’t check to see that one person at the table didn’t have cutlery, and we were disappointed in the service overall. I wish I could say the food was good enough to make up for it, but it was okay, nothing particularly memorable.

An abysmal experience. Terrible service. Won’t visit again. The waitress wasn’t attentive. We waited way too long even for water. Then she served food without serving plates or cutlery. We were four people in the group and we had 2 sets of cutlery. The food was mediocre at best. The garlic pizza bread was incredibly salty and oily. Prices do not reflect their service or quality of food.

Really lovely meal, good vegan options available and plenty of choice for everyone. Alex was a fab server.

Really lovely restaurant, if only the waiter could correctly hear what the table ordered, the experience would’ve been that much better. Lovely meal, except wasn’t pleased by the inability to differentiate “prawn” and “pork” when ordering the Buca Aglio. On the upside, was able to swap with my partner to accommodate my preferences; ending up with the ragu, which was surprisingly pleasant.

Lovely location, decorated well for Xmas. We went on a Sunday so it was less busy, but have been on a Saturday when the restaurant was busy, but the service was good both times. They even made me the “Griffin” pizza which now not on the menu! 👍

Lovely restaurant, staff were friendly and helpful. We sat upstairs, so had a pleasant view. We ordered pasta dishes and pizza, which arrived promptly and all tasted delicious. I especially enjoyed sun dried tomato and Mozzarella Girasole.

What a lovely welcome and service experience by Alex. The salmon and cod were delightful a tantalising gourmet culinary experience. Alex got the recipe off the chef to share with us to try at home. Then a wonderful personalised surprise wishing us a happy anniversary 🎉

We were very lucky to get a walk-in table, so didn't mind the long wait, but the drinks order could have been swifter, thankfully water was served straight away. I ordered the veal, and whilst it tasted very nice, it was clearly overcooked. Veal should be soft, not chewy. I pointed this out to our table host, who informed us that this is a comment complaint, but the management won't change the way it's cooked. I usually asked how things are cooked and I fogot on this occasion. We can't all be wrong, so if you don't want to listen to your customers at least tell the waiting staff to inform customers that it is served well done or mention that on the menu! I really liked the ambience of the place and the staff were really friendly. I would go back and try something different, but I wouldn't order the veal again!

Restaurant was cold, but, kindly they moved us to a seat near a radiator. Service was friendly but took some time with the drinks. Food was a big dissappointment. The pasta and ragu had hardly any sauce and plate was cold. Came with a large, pizza size, garlic bread which was tastier than main meal.

We had a lovely meal here served by Alex. The food was beautiful and the service and atmosphere was great. We will definitely be back! 💖

I simply loved the place!!! I went there with my family for dinner to celebrate my birthday and it was amazing! I ordered a fillet steak and my mother and sister ordered tuna steaks, we also had a sticky toffee pudding as a dessert. The food was wonderful (some of the best I’ve had in England) and the atmosphere was great. The service was also exceptional, our server (Alex) was very friendly and made the whole experience ten times better. We’re definitely coming back here if we ever get the chance.

The cocktail choices and food on the bottomless brunch are lovely and the decor is very nice.

We had dinner here, I had the burger which was one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. Considering we where the only ones in the restaurant the service was slow as the waitress seemed to want to talk to the barman.

the pizza quality is one of the worst i've tried.. price is so high compared to quality and ingredients used to made! the waiter was friendly and served us well.

Visited here on Sunday 24th november, 4 adults, evening didn't start well when we entered the restruant, we stood there 5 minutes before I had to wander around to find a member of staff, from then on the sevice was terrible, food wasn't great, we all felt like we invisible, no checking on us until we had finished courses, had to ask if we could have desert, and then we could easily have just left the restruant unnoticed, but I felt I had to tear the server away from her phone to get me the bill, will never go back.

Excellent food and thoughtful service in a gorgeous dining room. Thanks so much for looking after us so beautifully during my birthday lunch.
