Best long black coffee I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend, staff were friendly, vibe was calm.

This is one of the small businesses everyone should support. The coffee was of best quality and pastries so delicious..very nice , friendly and professional baristas 👍

I went here with my kids as it is close to out Bayswater hotel. We went out to have a small breakfast at like Costas and found this instead. We were all pleased with that. This is an amazing place with great staff. The coffee is just plain wonderful and served in a very stylish matter. A really nice menu with smoothies and pastries as well. And the price? Lower than at Costas.

The place is loud, not suitable for working, reading, or relaxing. It is dated, badly maintained, not well looked after, dirty, unclean, and unhygienic. Most importantly, the tea and coffee used to be good, but now is abhorrent served in terrible sustainable themed cups, instead of glasses and cups - appearing to care about trendy topics such as cutting waste and environmental sustainability. But, we all know what this is truly about: exploiting customers and patronised them for they don’t give a damn about customers anyway, as long as the capitals invested can be assured of the returns that were carefully calculated and promised.

The banana bread and the cookie were spectacular and the place is cute, but none of the tables were clean and it was really really cold (nobody took off their coats). I think it would be a little better if they paid more attention to basic details.

Having visited thousands of coffee shops in the UK and around the world, there are certain standards you expect. Didn’t get those here: Slow service and no obvious ‘queue’ - it was a bit haphazard. I had the “juice cocktail” at £4.80. For this I was expecting a freshly prepared smoothie-type drink, maybe in a tall glass. Nope. I got a tiny plastic bottle of strawberry juice with no glass (see pic, mobile phone used for size), and needed industrial-strength machinery to remove the top. My friend had an iced mocha which tasted of ice and not much else. They did have a large party which I appreciate can slow things down a bit service-wise, but this doesn’t excuse poor quality over-priced drinks. Don’t waste your time & money

Good idea, clean and nice looking venue, but need some attention when it comes to the particulars of making it stand out as a great coffee spot. The staff need to be a little more energetic and look like want to be here. Clean some tables instead of being on their phones. The v60 I had was over extracted, dry and tasteless. An aerobic natural should be bursting with flavour but was no way near this. It was how ver clean and served well. Again this is down to attention and crafting each product with know how and love. Ill for sure give this place another try in a year or so but its not pulled me away from other great indipendants around.

This is my go to cafe. They make the best tea (even the way they serve it is stunning) and I’ve worked my way through all their pastries… their pains are hands down the best! Dog friendly and always give us a warm welcome. I know I go their too often as they know my order ha. It’s so good I take all my friends their as the atmosphere is so cosy and relaxed. It must be good because you see the same faces over and over. See you soon!

Are we back in beginning 2000 where computers and mobiles where not allowed in cafes?! Wtf it’s unbelievable that I’ve been forced to turn off my computer because studying/working is not allowed in the cafe

Lovely coffee shop, with great coffee. The thing that impressed was the high quality cakes at really reasonable prices.

I was not that impressed. The croissant was nice but service was poor. Staff were unfriendly and not interested in customers. Tables and chairs were dirty. Limited seating. Busy on a Saturday afternoon.

Normally when going to a coffee shop you don’t have the option to pick which coffee you’d like. At Guillam Coffee shop they have a wide selection of different coffee beans from all over the world! The coffee tasted unreal and spot on! The shop itself looked gorgeous and very well designed.

My fiance and I have returned for the second time and made a point of returning to once again have their lovely stuff. The staff remembered us. Totally wonderful. We shall be returning.
