Excellent experience every time I come in and the food is always good quality and tasty. I recommend them to all my family and friends and they have all said the same good feedback, they have truly beaten Pepes 🤧🤧😂😂. Getting better each time mashallah.

We got food from here for the first time . We ordered the man said the food would come in 30-45 minutes. our food came one hour late then the food bag was missing chips from the kids meals and the drinks. We called to tell and was told in 5-10 minutes. It’s been 20+ minutes and we haven’t received anything

Food is always tasty and well priced.

I've had food twice from here I've had the chicken tasca and quescadilla and I have to say the food is excellent! Will definitely be recommending to family and friends

Amazing grilled chicken. I opt for the extra hot and lemon lime combination and it tastes very good. I come here on a weekly basis.

The driver fried my things off and said he’s left milkshake in car so went to get it and drive off. So I said her waiting then he turns to 25 minutes was later

I order from here regularly lately for the past two weeks they’ve burnt the fish burger I’ve ordered on two occasions. I called and specified about not this in my last order. A shame as this is a decent place that I use regularly. pizza are good

Chips were cold on arrival, we did not receive the chicken wings, I asked for mild chicken but it was lemon and herb flavor, overall will not be ordering from here again.

Terrible service, felt very uncomfortable, never ever going back, would not recommend! As soon as I walked in,I felt so uncomfortable ,the delivery driver was staring and pretending to be the server, I only realised after when he took my order and didn't do anything, he leaned on the counter and then the actual server took my order. And that's when I realised that was the delivery driver before because he took an order from the back and exited the shop. The driver was a lot older than me too so felt so creeped out. Mid food but terrible experience, never coming back!

So l tried this place for the second time and l went for the tender stripes, chicken wings & wings l have to say l wasn't disappointed l asked for extra sauce and they well marinated as requested. They were tasty really nice and moist. Way better than Pepes as they never seems to put extra sauce so there is hardly any attention to detail. The French Fries were well cooked. I was even offered some sauces. So all in all great customer service and really good food.

Our go to option for nice food. Grill chicken and peri peri wings are superb. The best I have tried so far in Birmingham Pizza is great too always fresh dough and fresh ingredients specially the prompt chicken Would recommend any day

It's been 40 minutes since my order should have come. I'm still waiting. After selecting a delivery time they did not stick to the time. Fasting all day and they are round the corner from where I live.

Brilliant. Very busy but still got my food on time. Had a massive order and they got everything spot on and best quality. 100% Would recommend to anyone. This is my go to spot for takeout.

food so good I wrote a song grillz and shakes grillz and shakes oh the things you make I'm enchanted by the way you bake I have your zinger burger as my birthday cake I sip your shake by a lake and no matter how much I drink I will never get a headache your waffles make me bust a move people get to see my new groove when you closed down I had a frown eyes sore, always felt down nose red like the McDonald's clown when I saw you open, it was your number I dial you always deliver my food in style ordered a french fries pile thanks to you I have a smile and it will last for a while

2nd time ordering from here, 1st order was half peri peri chicken meal, forgot to ask for the chicken to be saucy but I didn’t need to, came with the perfect amount of sauce and seasoning, cooked to perfection, peri peri fries was perfect also. 2nd order was burrito meal, again came saucy within the burrito with a perfect kick of the hot peri peri sauce. Great prices, Great food, yet to try the shakes! Highly recommend.

Really good food better than pepes. Lots of flavour, saucy and fresh. Since I found this place I only come here now plus it’s cheaper than all the other competitors. They also have a lot more variety, I’m usually very fussy but so far I have tried burrito wrap, chicken strips mild chargrilled, smash burger, chicken and cheese quesadilla and chicken and rice hot, other places food can be a little bland and dry but not here food is perfect. Food is always made on time for collection staff are polite and quick, there is also an option if u want to pay before u collect to save time through a text message.

Served me delicious smashed burger and scrumptious grilled chicken, literally just as he was shutting the shop. What a legend. Phenomenal customer services and spectacular food options well done

I'm editing my review - where originally I was poking fun at it being exactly like Pepe's. But I'm editing it because I've been to this place numerous times since and, yes whilst it is identical to Pepe's, it is instead FAR more consistent and the quality of their chicken is FAR better. When I first used to go here it was very quiet. But it's obvious that they've taken their trade seriously (because now they're more busy) and have made a huge effort in maintaining high quality. Their peri is full of flavour and their portions are respectable. These guys are everything Pepe's wishes it could be. Their prices also are FAR better than Pepe's - which is a massive bonus and why they deserve nothing less than 5 stars. Genuinely hope they maintain these standards and their business is a success. You want food joints like this to stay around.

Grills n Shakes takeaway exceeded my expectations. The burgers were mouthwatering and cooked to perfection. The variety of flavors and toppings made it hard to choose just one. The milkshakes were heavenly, thick, and creamy. And specially there wings was amazing.The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. Just picked up some food, the zinger burger was as good as any burger I have ever tasted, all the food we ordered was excellent.

Last time I ate here the food was so delicious. The chicken zinger burger is so flavourful and crispy which is a shocker for the price. The chips are also incredibly crispy and a variety of sauces are also served. I would go back here again 100%. Please open up again soon as me and my family enjoyed the food very much and want to order from here more in the future.

The food was nice but an hour late and missing one portion of fries. One of the children had to go without their fries.

Good food decent size portions, rice and chicken are the best well cooked , only issue is Mild flavour taste like hot so just be careful with the spices but rest of the food is pretty good.

I would have liked to have given 5* but when you pay over 7 pound for a wings meal deal you expect big fresh juicy wings which is not what I received unfortunately they were much smaller than expected and dry. Everything else was good.

First time ordered food was great, arrived on time, and there were plenty of sauces given which was a bonus as most places don't send you sauces without asking.

Had their grilled chicken and pizza , both very nice and fresh . Delivery has been quick and the sauces are nice. Nice to see a nice take out on hall green which is actually open when they say they are and the food is good each time I’ve ordered . Milkshake could do with bit of improvement less milk and more ice cream to be more thicker but that’s personal preference. Otherwise still descent
