Grilliano in Newark and Sherwood

very disappointed. was cold. was soggy. the chips were awful. we binned it. normally really enjoy the pizza. sadly not today. ordered house chilli and got garlic mayo 😢

If you order a kebab with chips, you expect to get that, I mean meat and some chips there on side, but you for a large kebab, put more than a half chips, and some meat, I haven't seen this anywhere, last time when I get scammed with you, never to order from you

One of the two dips we ordered came on top of the dinner meat instead of in a pot on its own. Other than that it was as normal excellent

I've always used Grilliano for my takeaway and never had any concerns or complained about. Now the question is would I recommend Grilliano 🤔 ABSOLUTELY 💯 yes they are amazing and friendly.

So where do I start. You can’t make complaint without woman coming to your house waving money at you like you owe her something to not write a bad review like she’s doing you a favour showing you a menu that don’t reflect the actual menu online! Don’t order their wings if you don’t like spicy and they don’t understand the difference(like their menus indicates) then also don’t order lamb anything as it’s like chewing you nanas labias. In fact, don’t order at order at all unless you want to die

The food was really cold and didn't look cook enough

Crazy how fast it came, was absolutely wonderful as usual, the only place I order from, top quality. The sauces are to die for and kebab out of this world.

pizza was great as always. The kebab however was not so great. The kebab had been placed on top of the salad so by the time it arrived the bread was soggy and it all broke apart. The Donner meat itself was very beige in colour and not very warm. It still tasted ok, but not to Grillianos usual standard and honestly will put me off ordering a kebab from them again 😕

food was perfect ordered large doner and chips with mint yoghurt every thing was spot on, delivery time was also very good, temperature of the food was good just ready to eat don’t have anything bad to say, also the price was very good for what you get. 10/10

Ordered over an hour late when arrived order wrong and food missing awful place would not recommend

I absolutely love the food from here. I highly recommend it. I don't have to give them my address when I ring them they know where I am.

Sadly this used to be my goto restaurant, but no longer will I use them, the chips, cheese and coleslaw barely looked like it had seen even the smallest of cheese sprinkles and the chips were clearly not freshly cooked, soggy and tasteless, the quality isn't what it used to be and i will look elsewhere going forward

The app says the food has arrived but it's still not here, it could be a problem with the all but I'm a little concerned that it's gone somewhere else

Vegetarian calzone did not match description. Eg description said mushrooms and there were none. Instead it had pineapple in, which was not mentioned on description. Not what I expected / ordered, so not great.

You wil not find better shish kebab in Newark.

DONT ORDER🤢🤢 Orderd my food from this place and half way Through eating it I find a lash extensions on my chip so I did contact them as I’ve orderd just under £30 worth of food that has now been put in the bin and apparently they is no girls that work there that wear lash extensions when I know they do as I do collect my food most of the time and do see girls in there with lash extensions on I just think it’s absolutely vile 🤢

Ordered pepperoni pizza and chips chips did not taste fresh but as is it was the day before pizza was not cooked properly came cold and was like eating bread with a dump of grease on top. First order and last for me delivery could do better and know where to derliver

We rarely have takeaways but when we do it’s almost always a lamb shish kebab with salad & chips from Grillianos because they’re simply the best. Super generous portions, meat is perfect, service is spot on, normally early or on time and never late. Good work Grillianos!

ordered pizza and burgers, burgers seemed ok, pizza was cold and the base still partly uncooked but also the bottom of the box has a huge hole stabbed through it right into the middle of pizza. Normally the food is good but this time is very disappointing.

Ordered on their website for collection £14 for a 14 inch standard crust firecracker pizza. As you see pizza is colourful, hot, really tasty. This is the 3rd pizza shop I've tried and this is the best I've had. Won't be going anywhere else now. If you order it's cash only unless you order online as card machine faulty? Additional pic of 12 inch stuff crust chicken n sweetcorn. And a chicken donner wrap with salad and hot sauce

love the food from here. the only thing that annoys me is the greedy owner always chasing for a mere £1 for a sprinkle of cheese. if it means that much to you add it onto the menu. puts me off ordering as it's the principle.

Never had a problem before but tonight the food must have been that hot or a car heater on full blast because the tray was melted onto the food. Never normally an issue though so just left it. Don’t be put off :)

Food was delivered fast, both pizzas were great but the chips, cheese and coleslaw came with no cheese, when the store was contacted they did resend but what they sent had so little cheese it was no better than the one that had none, such a shame as usually our goto takeaway

Food and delivery were excellent as usual but my concern now is that because the minimum Order value has increase by 50% from £8 to £12 virtually overnight it doesn’t make sense for me to continue using Grilliano because to meet the new minimum Order value I would need to order food I don’t require to allow delivery.

I pick up food there almost every week. Great atmosphere, lovely owner and staff, tasty food, excellent value for money. Definitely recommend it.💯👌
