Missing a meal , paid in cash and when I called to let them know they just left the phone on the side for 25 minutes and didn’t bother to refund or bring the missing meal.

Everything was great as usual. Solid and reliable 8/10

£5.99 for the lowest quality onion rings iv ever had The burger its self isnt even using the bread advertised and the width of the chicken inside the burger was smaller than my pinky. Actually under 1cm at some points. This place is a joke

Genuinely might be the worst takeaway I’ve ever had.

Ordered smash burgers which was a total disappointment. It was dry and beef patty was over cooked . Large portion of chips were actually very small .

asked for loaded fries with my donner wrap and got a box of cold chips, no salt, no nothing

Delivery time was good. But the food was mid. The fries are bland and dry so hard to eat without a drink to wash it down. I paid a bit over £4 for 6 mozzarella sticks but only received 4 so was annoyed. The only good thing about the meal was the burger. Not ordering again though sorry.

Gagan makes the best chicken tikka wrap in whole high wycombe..5 star service and delicious loaded fries.

Ordered a masala fish with rice and was very good, fish was flaky and had good flavours and the rice was nice and pillowy for a good combination. Topped with salad for texture and healthy side. Would come here again!

Really disappointed, ordered quite a lot from here in the past and today the food turned up late and cold.

First things first…it could be worse, you could go a lot more wrong. It was mostly decent so I appreciate that. Bullet points: •2 hours delivery •classic smash burger meat was dry and cold and chewy •melted cheese wasn’t melted •milkshakes are £6.50 each and took me 9 sips (I counted) to finish • everything tastes okay at best and unhygienic at worst •there was plastic in my milkshake and only one straw •ordered two different milkshakes, see if you can spot the difference…I couldn’t Try bun squad which is also in Wycombe.

Absolutely horrible ordered a gourmet burger- lamb it was black and burnt it was un-edible, no refund was offered only if we ordered again a free burger would be given, poor customer service won’t buy from here again, waist of money. hope the owner takes the advice given and takes actions radical immediately to the burnt gourmet burger.

Great customers services as Uber messed my order up which could have led to a poor review but resolved direct resulting in excellent food being provided ,,,, seriously rate the doner meat and the freshly cooked naan bread….. chicken burger excellent … thank u and will return

What a whopper of a burger, loved it.. highly recommend their monster burger!!

Everything about this restaurant was amazing. The staff were very friendly and the service was very quick. They have a variety of spice levels that you can get on the chicken itself (marinated) but there is also a spice bar where you can get more of any of the sauces. I got the 1/4th chicken breast and the orange mango lemonade, both were delicious. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely go back.

Food is really fresh and delicious as always. They deliver the food so quick. The grilled burgers and wings is succulent and absolutely to die for.

My husband brought us home chicken tikka burger meals tonight and the food was 10/10 Fresh, full of flavour loved it!

This used to be my go to for a takeaway unfortunately after tonight's experience I will avoid this place. There appears to be new people working there now and the food standard has fallen. - The Donner kebab sauces were rank, it had a funny smell which ruined it completely -sauces were mild and garlic - The grilled burger was burned on both sides and having asked for it to be hot it wasn't just had a whole load of mayo chucked in probs to disguise the fact they burnt it - The food wasn't wrapped so once I got home I had to reheat the food - The classic burger which is normally soo yummy just tasted oily Waste of £30 and time. Will avoid this place in the near future. Extremely disappointed!

I had ordered 10 wings, chips, and a quarter-pounder cheeseburger, but when I got home, I discovered that I only received 6 wings and a small portion of chips. Additionally, the cheeseburger seemed to be half the size it should have been. The lack of mayonnaise also felt like a real kick in the teeth. As someone who values your impeccable service and delicious food, I felt let down by this experience. I kindly request that you look into this matter and address the discrepancies in my order. We ordered some meals via Deliveroo, which came just warm- more on the colder side. Beef burger meat was very hard and felt like the quality of meet was poor. The fish burger for kids was very poorly in quality. It was just butter fish piece full of fat…even my son did not want to eat it! The loaded chips are not explained on deliveroo menu- I was expecting to receive chips and cheese only but these came instead as chips with lamb which I do not like and sauce and jalapeño peppers… not going to order from there again …

I think the burger would be a lot better if it was very fresh, but it was quite soggy and a slightly odd texture when I got it. Chips were pretty good, and you get a lot of them.

So I ordered 10 peri peri wings (hot flavour). After waiting for 30 minutes it finally came. When I opened to eat... the wings are burned and started smelling like public toilet for some reason.. I then tasted one wing It was okay but it wasn't spicy. Instead they gave me mild flavour which had no taste. I also paid 2 pounds for meal with peri peri fries But they didn't add any spice or salt to the chips.. I'm just saying my experience.. The food is not so good for the price They might have to think abt different chefs instead of burning the chicken. It's a really good looking place inside and outside But food :(

As a regular customer I would say the food is consistently very good, better than anywhere else in High Wycombe! Great customer service also.

OMG ! The masala fish is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS ! The best I’ve tasted !!! Seasoned to perfection and tasted so fresh , had it with a salad that just completed my meal . Will definitely order from them again - lovely !

Over all it was nice, burger was simple but fries lifted the dish closer to great. Only option was for one selection of salad, so couldn't have tomato and lettuce? Pepsi was selected but Coke delivered

Very nice food, chicken tikka kebab was incredible, especially as it was wrapped in a naan. My milkshake did get missed, BUT, they sent one along with some milk cake as a sorry, so can't fault customer service. Would be 5 for food quality, but the chips had cooled down to warm,but tast nonetheless.
