Burger Daddy in Wycombe

Ordered a delivery from here and was so disappointed from the previous orders we have had. The quality isn't as good which is such a shame as the quality used to be amazing. Loaded beef fries were bland the beef wasn't seasoned and just cheese sauce on top. Chicken burger wasn't even a burger it was two chicken tenders in a burger so it was hard to eat with an overwhelming sauce.

wing were delisious and the burgers were succulent. and the crispy onions were fabulous. i recommend getting the single or double burger with grilled onions and burger sauce with a side of barbecue wings!!

Bruh! Best place ive had a munch in a long time. Only downside is that its very far from where i live. But the food was prepared to the best of standards! The staff are nice too! You have to try the Jarritos drinks they banging! The food you cannot go wrong with anything you order Truss!

Their May box was really nice, Portions were too big so we took it home, I wouldnt really sit in there and eat as its very small and busy shop! Its a take away with seating basically! I would love to go back and try their July Box!

Burger Daddy should be called Wing Daddy because the wings are impeccable from the fry to the crisp to the flavour. The Jungle sauce was interestingly delicious and the cherry cola bbq sauce was good, however needed more cherry cola taste. 8.5/10 My problem was the burger, it was under seasoned, over sauced and was missing one major ingredient; the humble onion, wether fried or raw every burger should contain onions. Instead their burger had lettuce in, which has no business being in a burger, it's an aqueous mess that falls flat. 5/10 The staff were helpful and their best to accommodate us but cleanliness was an issue as our table was sticky and had random water drops on. There is also limited seating.

Quite disappointed tbh. burger had a specific beef smell which shouldn't be there once it's cooked and pulled brisket was over cooked.

Pre ordered a June box for 8.30 collection. Food was ready at 9.45. Saw customers behind me waiting for food, despite pre ordering an hour prior; Other persons food came out before mine, quite clearly prioritising delivery orders due to the number of drivers picking up orders. Guest behind me was quite clearly infuriated and claimed a 50minute wait Received my food, mediocre temperature. Sadly soggy deep fried components. (Clearly an imbalance between different kitchen sections) The Instagram boss was there as well- quite happily videoing potentially new dishes albeit watching his staff/ colleagues drowning during their service. Food quality- 4/10 Service- 6/10 (staff super friendly despite the pressure they were under) Cleanliness 10/10- can’t fault the restaurant. Clearly clean consistently I’d be careful to order from here, definitely would t be doing it online as I have done previously I’d order and wait to collect- never trying to pre order ever again - IF I go back…. Also general menu items are slightly expensive; at least if they’re not meeting to typical standards Recommending to a friend… only going to because it’s £15 for a lot of food. I drove quite a distance to visit this place, but unfortunately, I was disappointed by the menu as half of it was not available, they only offer 2 drinks along with the poor customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.

WHEN I TELL YOUUUUUUUU bro it was toe CURLING - I got the June 2024 £15 box (cheeseburger, bbq wings, brisket bao bun, honey fries, pineapple upside down cake and drink) AND IT WAS TEWWWW GOOD -> the fries were crispy and yummy and delicious I know damn well they were seasoneddddd Bao bun was SOFTTT melted in my mouth cheeseburger was good (6.5/7 out of 10 but that’s probably because I waited until I got home to eat it so it was pretty cold and I had to reheat it but my friend loved it) pineapple upside down cake wasn’t my fav (I’ve never liked pineapple upside down cake) but my dad LOVED it and I also bought a massive cookie from there and it was SO good ( don’t have any pics cause I scranned it sorry darlings xx ) even the drink banged - they gave me cherryade the actual place itself isn’t hard to find, slightly small but it’s fine because i got it for takeaway but regardless it’s never that deep because i know they’ll soon come up and get a massive location God willing 🙏

We used to order from Burger Daddy the exact same burgers almost every week, since the menu changed, we ordered once and didn’t like it and we stopped ordering. Such a shame… used to be our favourite burgers in the area.

The quality of food gets affected by how busy they are. Went in when they were busy and ordered a couple of June boxes and a sticky rib. The Burger was good however the bao bun was very dry, it had pieces of brisket and sweet peppers they didn't add any sauce. The wings that came with the June box were overcooked and dry. The rib I ordered was not smoked for 8 hours, I know it wasn't because the meat was like a piece of rubber. Also the rib was burnt to a crisp on one side, it seems like they realised it wasn't cooked and tried to finish cooking it on the grill. It was nothing like the ribs they usually make. I also didn't get any pickles or jungle sauce with it

Food gave me and my companion upset stomach for the next few days. Atmosphere was the part as they played old school 90s rap/hip hop and I quite enjoyed that. Too bad the food didn't match the atmosphere. Portion was good for the price however

I ordered some food last night at 7.15pm: -Loaded ranch fries -Spicy mozarella burger x 2 -Beef brisket The loaded ranch fries weren't my cup of tea and the portion was quite small. However the rest of the food was delicious. The thought the food was quite expensive (£42 for the above items). Unfortunately the service was appalling. I placed an online order at 7.15pm and received a text saying I could collect at 7.46pm. When I arrived I was told it would take another 15mins. I ended up getting the food at 8.20pm and no apology or acknowledgement of the delay. I would go here again but it will be an occasional visit due to the price and waiting time.

If there was a Burger Daddy in place of every McDonald’s the world would be a better place! Wow, the food at Burger Daddy is simply incredible. Fresh, tasty, and innovative! I had the double smash burger, mac and cheese with beef, chips with rosemary salt and a chicken burger. This food just hits the spot, the beef burger was probably the best cheese burger that I’ve ever eaten, it was moist, tasty and simplistic which a lot of places lack. If you are in the mood for a proper burger then head to this place, leave all the corporate garbage restaurant as they don’t come anywhere near to the food that Burger Daddy produces. The instagram videos aren’t too bad either 😂!

for £15 you can get all this.where else are you getting this much of quality food for £15 and a drink too

Appalling- waited 2 hours for food order.2 riders arrived and left as order not ready. Staff did not answer phone when tried to follow up. Very disappointing as they clearly can’t cope but took orders regardless.

Absolutly banging. May box was unbelievable value everything was amazing 👏. The only thing was they wouldnt deviate from the menu, i asked if i could just get a beef rib without the chips and extras because i already got a may box but they said they couldnt change the price? But the food, oh my god it was good. If your in the area you need to go here, you will not be disappointed.

We ordered a chicken burger, wings and the simple jack burger. The chicken burger was really bland as the coating really lacked any depth of flavour. The wings were nice however smelt funny, (that strange raw chicken smell we all dread when biting into a wing). However the Simple Jack Beef burger was actually really nice! Would highly recommend their beef burgers, the other items on the menu not so much from this experience.

The best place to eat in Wycombe! The staff are incredibly amazing and hospitable. The food is unlike any other. The may box is only £15 and you get a juicy burger, loaded fried, 3 wings and 3 fried ravioli. The best food I’ve had in a long time. The loaded mac and cheese can not be missed!!! A must try! The food and vibes are utter perfection. If I could give this place 100 stars I would.

Only thing worse than their food is their customer service. Been ignored several times via email regarding a complaint I had. I can forgive shortcomings when the owner attempts to put things right. These guys, however, have opted for disrespect and arrogance.

First time trying the famous burger daddy box meal. Upon getting to the restaurant we were 2nd in the que. While ordering we have been informed food will be ready in about 30 Minutes which is fine no problem at all. Started to get a little annoying when groups of people that come in and ordered after us were getting their food before we did. Seemed like staff were picking and chosing which orders they wanted to do first! After an 1h20 the girl that takes orders asked us what we have ordered chucked us a few boxes and not said a word. Upon returning home we have noticed that we didn't get any brisket corn bread and no one informed us about this.(Not to fussed but would be nice to know) So service is very poor definitely needs improving. Food on the other hand was very tasty but not very warm at all.

Came to restaurant at 1040pm, was advised they not taking anymore orders and are closing. What’s the point having a restaurant and telling people you close earlier than the listed time? If I came in 5-10 mins later I would understand but 1040? Seriously?

Ordered food from here a few times over the years, however it's not as good as it used to be. Thought I'd give them another go as they had a deliveroo offer. Food arrived on time. Chips were very dry, maybe overcooked(?) and I was hoping for rosemary salt (like honest burger do) but they just what felt like half a jar of dried rosemary on it...not great value for money. While the brisket was really tasty, the patty was super thin and both just get lost in the giant burger bun so you feel like you're eating bread with a thin bit of meat. There wasn't much mac n cheese in it either. Much prefer 5 guys!

Food was decent , but unfortunately we had to wait an extremely long time and when we did get our order, they put everything into one bag to the point where it ripped and all out fries fell out. Even when we went back they didn’t seem very apologetic.

I visited the High Wycombe branch on 25/04/2024 and got two April Box meals, which I found to be below expectation and satisfaction for a variety of reasons, which I contacted Burger Daddy about via email, providing them with proof of purchase and the relevant details. In addition to my experience on the day, I was left no feeling great at all, and since their food was the only thing I ate, and given that my friend and I were both feeling the same after, it's safe to assume that the food may have been the cause. Having contacted Burger Daddy, I received a response whereby their only defence in relation to my claims about feeling unwell were that no one else had complained. This does NOT invalidate my claims. Also, they failed to address any of the other points in my email about the quality of their food and their misrepresentations thereof through their social media posts. Rather than showing me and my friend the courtesy of replying to my email, they opted for the cowards way out, which was to ignore me. This is a far cry from the persona portrayed on social media and leads me to suspect they don't value their customers. Instead of viewing my email as an opportunity for growth, they displayed arrogance and fragility of ego. I will now escalate the matter to the relevant bodies, but just wanted to warn others of what they may encounter if they opt to visit this establishment.

Their service via deliveroo is shockingly bad, have ordered several times and each time takes between 1-1.5hours and then arrives cold. Each time give them the benefit of the doubt but for what you receive just isn't worth it. The last time I'll order, shame as they have potential to be SO much better

Some of what they advertise on social media is not on the online or Uber eats menu. No one answers the phone (told me they were busy) but even from previous experience the calls are never answered l. The food service was very slow. I would recommend you order online or by calling (if you can get through to them that is). The food was good tho

Called to make an order ans got told by the woman on the phone that they "are not allowed" to take orders over the phone. Came to the store to order an Iftar box and got advised that it will take 30 mins. Came back after 30 mins. And got told 15 mins more. Whilst at store, another customer said that he made a phone order. So i am not sure why the lady said no phone orders

Service was extremely slow Food was nice. We were a family of 4. We ate in and our food was brought out at different times. Chips came first, burger came 5 mins after. Definitely not a good way to serve. We were given some free Chips for the inconvenience but it didn't make sense at that point as we had to eat the first set of chips so they didn't get cold. Chairs were quite hard, not much eat in space. The food was tasty so we will come back at some point

If I could give less than a zero I would - I called about 20 times, no one answered, After waiting for over an hour and a half I’ve just cancelled my order and we been left with the food as was already 11pm Horrible place and they are overpriced for this what they offer

£15 Ramadan Iftar box from @burgerdaddyuk. My first time trying their food and this iftar box was pretty good value I gotta say. For £15 you're getting their brisket burger which was good quality but also brisket loaded fries which were proper and really shouted them. Also some brownies and a drink which isn't bad at all! From the mains I loved their brisket mac n Cheese - man this wa spicy but also really tasty. Most of their menu is topped with brisket chunks - can't ever say no to more meat! Overall good value comfort food, I can see why this is popular 👌

The best takeout burger I’ve ever eaten!! I’ve been going to 5guys and just happened to come to Wycombe to an event and came to burger daddy for lunch and couldn’t believe how good the burger and service is. It’s now my favourite burger place by far and every time I’ve had it it’s been a 5star service.

Ordered a burger and loaded tots. Took nearly an hour before the food was even collected. The food wasnt bad it just wasnt anything to sing and dance about and for what it cost it should have been. Way way over priced

First time order and wow; I can’t believe I hadn’t tried this gem before. I ordered 3 burgers and all 3 were consistent, juicy and really good size. If you have tried a particular American diner in Uxbridge, which is halal too, “Simply Jack” is on par with it. Thanks Tariq, please keep the consistency going in the future as well.

Ordered a burger and it was horrible to eat. The Patties were bland and buns looked like they had been frozen for some days.

Blown away by the value for money. Got the brisket burger and a smokey brisket and it was so good, just as good as the expensive places in London, but half the price. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great to see the place so busy on a Sunday evening. Will definitely be coming back

Guess I had a little too high expectations 😅 burger with one patty and a brisket, I forgot the name of it but for a £10 burger I kind of expected a little more meat then the slim patty I got. Love the artwork! Drinks they only sell fancy 4£ a bottle, so maybe pick up one from next door :) oh BTW that brisket is to die for !

The best burger ever! Every single time we have ordered from Burger Daddy it has been a blessing to our taste buds. The quality of the food is always 5 star. The portions are massive and the meats are fresh and tender. All in all amazing food. 10/10 would recommend for foodies.

Best burger I've had in a very long time. The brisket was fantastic and dirty tots were perfect!

The old menu was much better. Also website didn't pass my order onto the restaurant. I called as the collection window was an hour, to be told they didn't have my order. Quickly sorted out though. When I went to pick up told the side I ordered was out of stock. Had to wait another 10 mins for an alternative. In their defence it was the first day of the new website, but experience was a bit chaotic. Still a good burger joint, but the new menu is not as good as the idl one, much less choice. ***updtate. Ordered again... website didn't take my order (again)but card charged. Told to re order again. Won't be using them again until they can sort out the new website issues. A shame because they used to be great.
