Their service via deliveroo is shockingly bad, have ordered several times and each time takes between 1-1.5hours and then arrives cold. Each time give them the benefit of the doubt but for what you receive just isn't worth it. The last time I'll order, shame as they have potential to be SO much better

Some of what they advertise on social media is not on the online or Uber eats menu. No one answers the phone (told me they were busy) but even from previous experience the calls are never answered l. The food service was very slow. I would recommend you order online or by calling (if you can get through to them that is). The food was good tho

Called to make an order ans got told by the woman on the phone that they "are not allowed" to take orders over the phone. Came to the store to order an Iftar box and got advised that it will take 30 mins. Came back after 30 mins. And got told 15 mins more. Whilst at store, another customer said that he made a phone order. So i am not sure why the lady said no phone orders

Service was extremely slow Food was nice. We were a family of 4. We ate in and our food was brought out at different times. Chips came first, burger came 5 mins after. Definitely not a good way to serve. We were given some free Chips for the inconvenience but it didn't make sense at that point as we had to eat the first set of chips so they didn't get cold. Chairs were quite hard, not much eat in space. The food was tasty so we will come back at some point

If I could give less than a zero I would - I called about 20 times, no one answered, After waiting for over an hour and a half I’ve just cancelled my order and we been left with the food as was already 11pm Horrible place and they are overpriced for this what they offer

£15 Ramadan Iftar box from @burgerdaddyuk. My first time trying their food and this iftar box was pretty good value I gotta say. For £15 you're getting their brisket burger which was good quality but also brisket loaded fries which were proper and really shouted them. Also some brownies and a drink which isn't bad at all! From the mains I loved their brisket mac n Cheese - man this wa spicy but also really tasty. Most of their menu is topped with brisket chunks - can't ever say no to more meat! Overall good value comfort food, I can see why this is popular 👌

Very tasty BBQ. The brisket was especially good. Very tender and full of flavour. A bit pricey but food is of excellent quality.

The best takeout burger I’ve ever eaten!! I’ve been going to 5guys and just happened to come to Wycombe to an event and came to burger daddy for lunch and couldn’t believe how good the burger and service is. It’s now my favourite burger place by far and every time I’ve had it it’s been a 5star service.

Ordered a burger and loaded tots. Took nearly an hour before the food was even collected. The food wasnt bad it just wasnt anything to sing and dance about and for what it cost it should have been. Way way over priced

First time order and wow; I can’t believe I hadn’t tried this gem before. I ordered 3 burgers and all 3 were consistent, juicy and really good size. If you have tried a particular American diner in Uxbridge, which is halal too, “Simply Jack” is on par with it. Thanks Tariq, please keep the consistency going in the future as well.

The brisket burger was decent. The fries were large portions. Filling. My only suggestion is please be generous with the sauces.

Ordered a burger and it was horrible to eat. The Patties were bland and buns looked like they had been frozen for some days.

Blown away by the value for money. Got the brisket burger and a smokey brisket and it was so good, just as good as the expensive places in London, but half the price. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great to see the place so busy on a Sunday evening. Will definitely be coming back

The food was absolutely disgusting, the brisket was not fresh, its was taken out from a fridge and reheated, The burger was bland and tasteless. Customer service was poor, this place is a joke! Not going to last very long.

Guess I had a little too high expectations 😅 burger with one patty and a brisket, I forgot the name of it but for a £10 burger I kind of expected a little more meat then the slim patty I got. Love the artwork! Drinks they only sell fancy 4£ a bottle, so maybe pick up one from next door :) oh BTW that brisket is to die for !

The best burger ever! Every single time we have ordered from Burger Daddy it has been a blessing to our taste buds. The quality of the food is always 5 star. The portions are massive and the meats are fresh and tender. All in all amazing food. 10/10 would recommend for foodies.

Brisket box slapped, would say the smash burger is a bit bland and no choice of alternative drinks for munch box is a bit dead but brisket, bang on! Loaded fries, UFFF!! Smash burger, needed some seasoning

Best burger I've had in a very long time. The brisket was fantastic and dirty tots were perfect!

The old menu was much better. Also website didn't pass my order onto the restaurant. I called as the collection window was an hour, to be told they didn't have my order. Quickly sorted out though. When I went to pick up told the side I ordered was out of stock. Had to wait another 10 mins for an alternative. In their defence it was the first day of the new website, but experience was a bit chaotic. Still a good burger joint, but the new menu is not as good as the idl one, much less choice. ***updtate. Ordered again... website didn't take my order (again)but card charged. Told to re order again. Won't be using them again until they can sort out the new website issues. A shame because they used to be great.

I ordered 3 items which staff got wrong got the food home and rang the branch to be told its my fault. When asked for servers name it was refused they then stopped talking on the phone so when I rang them back they did bot answer as soon as I switched numbers the phone was answered in 2 rings terrible service would not recommend

Sent me the wrong burger but got a new one to me in about 25 minutes without a problem and minimal hassle. Very pleased. Good burgers

Great portion sizes & tasty burger. My only criticism is the bread used for the burger bun, I would have preferred a softer brioche bun to go with my cheese burger. 👍

Came here for lunch on a sunny afternoon based on the good reviews. Luckily managed to eat in at a small bar table and ordered quickly. Service was good, food took a bit to come but was fresh and hot. The stand out factor was the flavour! Big poppa burger was incredible. Brisket was perfectly tender and melt-in-the-mouth with a delicious buttery flavour. Patties were thin but juicy and really meaty. Onion rings were crispy and not greasy. We had bbq chicken fries which could have done with a fork to eat, but all the flavours hit the mark with melty nacho cheese and sweet bbq sauce. The tenders were really crispy and the chicken was juicy. Oreo milkshakes were good but nothing massively special. Definitely would come again (next time with a fork).

Sadly went down hill. They were great in COVID , pricey but worth every bite . I think they had a new owner , the meat seemed more thinned out , the taste was not as good , it was greasy flat tasteless. Thought it was a one off and it was the same again . So we declined to use it again , sadly.

Small burger joint. If you are thinking of sitting down with a bunch of friends, sadly, there is no space for that. However, the burgers are really good. Freshly made, and very tasty. A bit on the pricey side and the milkshakes, I felt were too expensive. Will go again when the wallet allows.

Ordered food this evening a chicken burger and halloumi burger. Poor quality of food, chicken was dry and lacking flavour, halloumi size was small and lack of flavour. What used to be a good burger place really doesn't seem to be any longer. Disappointing

I'll gave 4 because as a customer I should have choice what I have in my burger, so I think and suggest that Burger Daddy should add option in menu called MAKE IT OWN, where I can add what I like, for example carmelised onions, Peppers, Bacon rushers and loads of cheese with 2 patties. Ka boom!

Impromptu lunch. Lovingly messy double cheeseburger, fries and a coke for only £12.99. Good sear on patties, tender bun, hot, juicy and very tasty. Very cheerful, friendly and accommodating lady owner. At this price point it was an excellent burger. There are many combinations of ingredients for those more adventurous than I. Also wings, dogs etc..

We had seen good reviews for a while and also followed their insta. We had been missing out by not trying it sooner! Amazing food all cooked fresh to order. Menu in store was larger than online and very innovative, prices very much worth it for the excellent quality.

We've only ever ordered via Deliveroo, so don't know what the eat in experience is like, but their Mexican Hot Dog is to die for. And check out how BIG the portion of Apple Crumble is!

Ordered food and 2 hours later it's still not here. I phoned them 52 times and everytime the line was busy. Will NEVER order them again

Have ordered from here before and burger are 100% however Friday night when the order was placed it said 20 minutes to collect. Arrived and was informed it would be another 20. Waited 50 minutes altogether the burgers and chips would of been amazing but they were cold. The chips are left out to long before being placed in bags. Several people were also waiting and retuning wrong orders. Watching these guys just seem to be so in organised which is such a shame as when hot there burgers are the best around !

I love this place, if you're looking for a very naughty burger then this is the place! It's clean and tidy and the staff are always friendly. Its not really a ppace to eat in but there's a couple seats so you can atleast sit while you wait. The prices are worth paying for the satisfaction of the meal you're getting. I wish they delivered to us, we are just out of catchment in prestwood so we do have to drive down n park somewhere but it's cheaper than online orders (as I suspect with all food joints). Can't fault them. Would recommend to anyone. Mouthwatering.

I only had wings but they were amazing.

I've ordered a few times from Burger Daddy in the last year. The first few times were quite good; decent chargrilled burgers - unfortunately their consistency had started to deteriorate as time moved on, some days they were good and other days it was less than satisfactory. I decided to try them again a few days ago; I ordered a cheeseburger and some fries. My God the burger was disgusting; it had a very strong smell of raw beef just like you would find in a butcher shop. The meat itself was soggy and uneven in texture - my wife took one bite and spat it out. I thought she was exaggerating so I took a bite myself and immediately spat it out as well. This type of smelly, tasteless meat usually happens either when the meat is spoiled, or in some cases if it's cooked straight from frozen. It's a shame their quality has gone down. I think the owner needs to anonymously order and try his own burgers once in a while and see if the meat smells and tastes ok. Not going to be trying them again in the future.

I’ve ordered from them from when they first opened and have enjoyed their burgers until I moved back to the US in 2021. My husband was always in search of a grilled chicken burger in California that could meet the same standards as the spicy AF but was always disappointed. Well we’ve come back to visit and holy cow it’s the best burger I’ve had in so long. 🥹 their new buns are 🤌🏻 amazing and their plain cheeseburger was just perfection. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his spicy AF chicken burger and we are both so happy and content. Thank you Burger daddy!! Keep it up!!

We had ordered several times for delivery and must say it is always a pleasure to have them for dinner. I love Get in the belly one but must say they have plenty to choose from. Highly recommend!

Pretty tasty, but always takes longer than stated, typically 25-30 mins if they say 15-20. Quite expensive for street food, really those are restaurant prices (£14+ for burger and side).

Ok I'll be honest it's a small place so not much room and the prices are a bit high but we got everything fully loaded amazing food fresh as you like and the decor of the place is awesome and the customer service was beyond my expectations will definitely go again soon
