I ordered 2 lamb doners. I received very spicy naga doners instead. If I want a naga doner, I would order it. It was too spicy to eat. They nearly always fail to follow the customer notes, which makes me cross. The peri peri wings are very small with little meat on them. I would prefer the shoulder piece of the wings.

Double jack burger meal more like a double cheese burger without any salad or toppings best way to save money And how come a single jack is the same price surely should be cheaper If you want a proper gourmet burger try peppers in jericho at least you get what you pay for

Incredibly disappointed, ordered 3 hours ago and never received the food despite calling numerous times and being assured it would be delivered within 20 minutes. Frankly unacceptable service.

Food is always amazing from here

I was part of a group that ordered on Saturday the 7th of December. The service and food quality was absolutely piss poor. The delivery of our food was over 2 and a half hours late. After we had been waiting for an hour over our stated delivery time, we called to find out what was causing the delay and was told that the food was 10 minutes away. An hour after this, we called again to be told the driver had just left and we would have our food in 5 minutes - it took a further half an hour to arrive. When the food eventually arrived, it was poor quality. The chips were cold and soggy, we ordered a BBQ wrap instead was given a spicy wrap and the "Chicken strips" were a poor excuse for a McDonald's chicken nugget. When we called again to inform the restaurant, the staff member was rude and dismissive and offered no solution. We eventually received a call from who I assume was the manager, offereing to resend our food out to us, but would not accept our request for a refund - we didn't accept a second order. All in all, shoddy service and shoddy food qaulity. As an alternative, I would recommend Oxford Kebab house or Pepe's Piri Piri. Incidently three of our group opted to order from Oxford Kebab house and their food came 30 minutes early and was very good quality. Needless to say we won't be ordering from there again.

Been here multiple times. It's my go to place whenever I am going through the street and need a bite. Amazing, friendly staff who you can have a laugh with. Great atmosphere.

Outstanding customer service! Service was excellent and the food came quick, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was also very nice and the portion sizes were big, definitely worth the money.

Paid for extra jalapenos on my meat feast pizza and have not got them but have been charged

Excellent food, lovely clean place, staff were so friendly, free parking on side street. The owner came over asked how we like our food and gave my baby a kids drink. Can't recommend highly enough, thank you. Might pop back in the evening before I pop home

Best vegetarian pizza I ever had

Found this place by chance. What a nice, clean and friendly place . The taste was great and well cooked. The young man who attended to us was extremely friendly and had sound knowledge of the restaurant. My husband and I were very impressed and we'll definitely visit again

The chicken wings are raw, The donor comes from the freezer and is still cold when served to you and very very poor customer service

Where to start? Poor food for a start. Chicken wings with no meat on it- basically just bone. Pizza is thick, and doughy. The interior is cheap and in need of modernisation. Staff are not friendly. Hygiene on site is poor. However delivery is prompt. On a road as busy as Cowley Road, you need to stand out from the crowd. This fails.

Poor hygeine. Poor service. Man just sat there on his phone, his toes sticking out of his sandles with no shame. Food not nice at all. Need a serious makeover to compete with other shops on the road. Pepe's next door is much nicer for grilled food.
