The food was cold and leaking everywhere didn’t enjoy their food at all

They payed attention to the notes, wings were hot and spicy lovelyyyy

Delivery time kept changing Food mediocre That beef burger is not gourmet The chicken burger wasn’t too bad Not sure if I would order again but if you are looking for HMC and have little to select from then this is just ok

I order 2 mango and lime sauces and didn't receive any of them, the meal didn't come with a lot of chips and were soggy .the chicken was good. And id like a refund with the sauces that I didn't receive

Order was wrong. Quality of food was poor. Delivery took over an hour.

if someone orders a large peri peri fries, try putting more fries in the bag and maybe actually put peri peri seasoning on them

The grilled the name of grilled chicken and lovely burgers the variety of food they have amazing taste nice food quality also nice definetly recommend

Order was 30 minutes late and with incorrect items. Went to the restaurant to complain and they said to speak with just eat directly. Restaurants shouldn't put items on a menu if it isn't available, and send random substitutes instead!

i ordered chips with peri peri . the chips were ice cold and peri peri on the chips

The Web site says chicken buy 1 get 1 free , Wings were tiny. not very happy, will never buy again.

The chips was supposed to be Peri peri and had none was just plain chips and barely meat on lamb also took very long

Delicious food. 2nd time ordering. Don't order the chips though, you won't get it. There's a mistake on the menu saying it's 1p. Although I ordered it before and they sent it. I called to ask where it was they apologised and said it's not really 1p that's why they didn't send it. 3 unhappy kids at the end of it. The issues not the money but the fact that they didn't even send one portion of chips. I was happy to pay the difference. Still recommend. Will be ordering again (hopefully with chips!).

I clicked on meals and received chicken strips for £30 ,literally ridiculous and the worst tasting chicken it’s not edible

food was amazing as usual but I ordered the hot peri peri half chicken and it was mild. No heat at all.

My delivery from Griller never came! On the 2nd of Feb!! Otherwise they normally do deliver on time. I’m very disappointed!!

The food was cold. The restaurant didn't deliver two items. I phoned him. He swore at me and told me the driver had stolen them. I asked for the items to be re-sent and he refused claiming it's just eats driver's fault for stealing. Awful service. Awesful man. Awful food

Food was warm but portion felt less. Delivery took longer than expected.

7 pieces of popcorn chicken in a regular portion, not value for money, called and was told to drop in and get a replacement, and told no drivers, when I had ordered a delivery and a driver was available

I never write reviews as the majority of places look like they write their own. I can honestly say the meal I had (4 chicken pieces, 4 wings and fries was amazing! I went for the hot ones and it was so nice! Will 100% come back!

everything was outstanding down to the delivery the man who greeted me with a smile at the door. the food was juicy and perfect not dry at all and full of flavour the restaurant even packaged wet wipes for the customer everything was done with perfection and i could tell i will be sure to order from here again.

Griller Norbury is the excellent restaurant I have ever visited they are redecorating the shop now and it looks quit good .as well as the taste of the food is amazing.I went there with my friend to collect the food and found a fabulous service from Griller staff. I would recommend this restaurant food to all my friends and family.

Ive been a long time customer of Griller (from its early days) and the grilled chicken has always been on point. Be sure to ask the chef to make the chicken extra saucy and juicy for added taste!

Las parrillas en la tienda se ven sucias. No me sorprendería que tuvieran ratas. Experiencia horrible: anuncian alimentos que no venden como pollo frito. . Excellent fresh chicken cooked to perfection, always get my order spot on all my instructions given are always met with the highest standards would highly recommend.

Worst food i’ve ever had. Only the can drink was good

An hour for delivery, food was missing and when I called they told me they will send it next time. I had to insist that it be sent to me this evening. Arrived after an hour when everyone else had water. No flavour in the chicken. Never ordering from here again!

Griller is always has nice hot tasty food , only had a issue once with my meal and the boss resolved it quickly. Been ordering for years lovely peri wings and lamb chops are delicious.

Unhappy. Usually love the food from Griller but really disappointed this time. Grilled Peri Chicken was dry. delivered in a fried chicken box instead of foiled bag. Ordered wings meal, no meal, just wings were sent. I rang and spoke to the guy who said they will send the chips. An hour & a half later still no chips.

Last time I did order the same burger which was very nice, but today's same Burger I ordered 2, bit was not good at all, chicken was not cooked fully, and it's hard to chew, taste was very poor i didn't like at all. Also, The delivery service was OK, but I mentioned in my order give me call once arrived, but still he didn't bother and press door bell.... I live on 1st floor so that's why I mentioned. I am very disappointed today's order, as I wasted all. Money to order today.. Thanks

Excellent juicy delicious perfectly cooked chicken. Ith in the chicken salad as well as the grilled wings. Melt in the mouth fall of the bone so tender juicy and soft. Thank you will order again!

2 weeks running I asked for two fudge cakes and each week you only brought one. Apart from that excellent food and quick delivery

Food quality has gone down over the years. They use to be really good but seems like everything is really bad now and cheap.

I specifically wrote on the notes not to have any sauce and mayo in the burger, when we got the burger there was sauce. Not happy!

Fui allí para recoger y obtuve una gran porción de toda la comida. Debo decir que Big Mom y Flaming Burger fueron las mejores hamburguesas que he comido. Pollo a la parrilla completo era tan rico y amable servicio al cliente.

The food that we order is always not only hot, but the way we ask for for example hot but not to drop in sauces. Always a pleasant service provided and the food tastes great we have always had a good experience with their service and delivery so far no regrets every time we order

Ordered a mix grill from this place and the lamb chops were ridiculously small! The amount of meat on each chop was less than half a mouthful and the lamb meat was so tough I spent about 15 mins chewing it before it even broke down. The chicken and lamb kebabs are just microwave kebabs but they put it on the grill to try and make it looks as if it is fresh but really and truly it was horrible to eat. Avoid this place if you can, other better places in Norbury.

Griller has the best grilled chicken burger delivery with lots of mayo and lettuce. My dad orders from here about every Saturday or Sunday and I love it.
