Great tasting jerk chicken, rice and peas and quality service too. Keep up the graft! Look forward to coming again to try other items off the menu. Respect to the guys working there who recommend other places for other types of food in Leicester.

Good luck trying to call them. They don’t answer the phone. Made an order on uber eats and tried calling them to let them know I don’t want no mayo since there was not an option to remove but they never answered my calls after trying back to back.

I wouldn’t recommend unless you want to feel Ill. I had a jerk in pitta meal and it was awful. The smell itself was enough to put you of never mind the taste. Won’t be ordering from here again!

I definitely would not call this a "Carribbean Restaurant" LOL! As someone from London who absolutely loves Carribbean food, there were minimal options. It is more so a Peri Peri/ Burger place that does Jerk Chicken and Rice on the side. The food was OK, however unfortunately it has given me some sort of food poisoning, hence I will not be returning.

Good portion, friendly staff and tasty food

Visited this gem at lunch break. In that locality there isn't much decent food places around. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was firstly quality the bun was super fresh. Fries were clean you can tell the oil is fresh. Looks wise the premises was super crispy clean. With my takeaway was given sauces napkins and a folk which most tend to forget. Menu wise the variety is wide and was temped to order even more. I will definitely be back. Thanks and may you excel even more.

Lamb chops were to die for best lamb chops in Leicester hands down.

Made an order on UberEats and the delivery driver dropped a completely different order from a different place, so I called GrillShack & they were truly outstanding with their customer service. I went to the shop with the food that was delivered to me to show them and they gave me a full refund & I also got my meal and extras for the inconvenience. I always order from here & will continue too the food is delicious & the workers are so polite and kind. Thank you.

food was delicious but the rice and peas hadn't been sealed properly and had come open and emptied out all in the carrier bag :-(

The chicken was really well seasoned, tender and moist. The rice and peas was the best I’ve had in England. The dumplings were perfectly fried.

We always enjoy the food from here. Never had any problems and would highly recommend.

Didn’t put 5 as meat sauce was too too hot just a little milder would of been better but overall the taste, the heat and quality of food was lovely.

Portion sizes are tiny. Especially for the price. However food tastes nice and fast delivery.

I love Carribean food. I crave for it sometimes. However this food is worst in quality, presentation and taste. so dissapointed was looking forward to it as there are not many in leicester to order from. shame as company has real opportunity to be busy.

Food is on point.. chicken perfectly seasoned. Like perfect. Not super hot like some places were it’s unbearable. Rice packed with flavour peas melt in the mouth. Sauce perfect.. this is a honest review from a foodie who’s noes her food. Keep it up guys I will definitely be back..!!!

The challenger burger is the best I've tasted out of all food restaurants so far hands down. Sorry McDonald's, burger King, 5 guys... just to name a few. The smaller burgers here are not so impressive though. If you buy the high tower challenger burger, you will not be disappointed if you can finish it that is. Better to go if your hungry. I've not weighed the burger as yet but trust me. Its heavy. Its worth the price as it is a full meal on its own.

The food, portion size and taste of grillshack is absolutely bang on. Iv had the burgers, chops and chicken on and off the bone. Everytime I eat it, it just gets better and better. The staff are polite, the shop is clean and their timing is spot on as I usually place my order through the phone and when I arrive, it’s ready piping hot. Definitely a place I’d recommend massively.

First time at grill shack and I absolutely loved it. The flavours were immense. There is a wide selection to choose from,I just can’t wait for my next visit to try some great food. The customer service was second to none !! I immediately felt welcome as I entered the shop with staff giving me recommendations of what was popular. Would highly recommend to anyone, not one to be missed. Will be returning very soon for another delicious meal

The whole journey was not only inspirtaional but it also exceeded my expectations. As soon as i walked through the door, i received a warm welcome and as it was my first time coming to the shop, the person behind the counter was very informative and helpful!! Also seeing all the different types of food choices is definitely making me want to come back again and try them all!! Grillshack seems like a well put place where even myself who only visited once so far can tell that the atmosphere and the people working here gives off a homey and family type of vibe. The food was to cooked to perfection and ended up coming back after finishing the beautiful food to drop a healthy tip for the store! Even the cleaniness of the shop was exceptional as I've been to a few takeaway shops and I've had to question certain hygenie procedures in the past. Speed of service was superb and would highly recommend you go there and see for yourself!

They never listen to us customers. I asked for extra sauce tubs but how ignorant they are they did not give any. Should have a choice of leg or breast. And extra sauces.

As for me First & Last ordering from Grill Shack. I thought let me try but my guts never wronged me. The chicken wings were burnt to ashes I couldn't even eat them, rice and peas was average then the lamb chops were also burnt. Very tasteless. Literally binned the whole lot wasted my money. Never Again!!

The chicken is amazing no doubt the portions though have gotten smaller throughout ordered some jerk strips snd some rice the strips were so thin it would have made one strip elsewhere snd the rice no jerk sauce on it anything to give it so hopefully they improve snd be more generous on portions
