I love picnics kebabs but these guys have fallen so behind. Just ordered veggie burger and my mum spat it out as it was disgusting. I ordered lamb shish and they sent a disgusting lamb donor instead. Also when you order their chicken kebab it is dry as they break up every piece into 4 so that just eat can pick it up quickly whereas picnic made big juicy pieces. Will never order from here again as everything went into the bin this time. Plus they can not read as they never adhere to instructions given on notes. AVOID

Had 2 kebabs from Pavlos recently. Both times, pitta was stale, chilli's shrivelled and old . Think Pavlos is paying for recent refurbishment with the quality of the food.

The lamb doner kebab is decent but I don’t think it is worth the price for just the doner on its own. You should at least get a drink or chips for the prices they charge

First time coming here and I came around closing time and I was still served with excellent service. Amjad behind the counter was honestly so friendly and gave me a description of everything on the menu and recommendations on what to get. I got what he told me to get and it was honestly amazing. The value for price was perfect and so was the taste. Will definitely be coming back here not only cuz of the food but also because of the service.

I got my take-away thinking it would be another 'classic' chip-shop-like experience. Could I be more wrong? The guy in front, was lovely, very kind and fast! The fries were crispy and tasty, not soggy and tasteless. The mix I got (chicken-lamb) was delicious. The pita bread reminded me more of my home country (Greece) and less of a naan (which in this case is a plus). The mayo mixed well with the mix and the tomatoes and onions that I had picked instead of a 'classic' salad. The result was amazing. The portion was large. The price was reasonable (not cheap that makes you question quality) but not expensive (as inaffordable) either. Pavlos under the new management seems to be doing really well!!! I'll be a regular, after that!

Pavlos is back 🙌…Under new ownership since November. Ordered here for the first time in maybe a year and I pleased to say the food was fantastic and most importantly the Donna Meat is made on site and it shows (how it used to be). The new owners are super friendly and couldn’t of done anymore. If you drifted away after the previous owners? Order…you won’t be disappointed.

Probably the best Döner (Donner) I ever had, and I’ve eaten Kebap all around the world. Everything homemade and fresh! Bread from the bakery, meat from the butcher, etc. The customer service was outstanding, the taste buds were having a party in my mouth. Totally recommend a visit!

The kebab shop was originally run by Greek cypriots and the food was great I've been going there for donkey's years. Then it was taken over by an Indian family who continued with an almost identical menu but added some Indian spicy kebabs to it so the food was still great. Now it's taken over by Muslims and all of the food is halal so all of the authentic Greek pork based sausages and kebabs have disappeared and you will get turkey ham and turkey based salami or pepperoni not the real thing on your pizza. Every time I've been they've managed to burn the pitta bread and the Doner kebab is incredibly oily and greasy where as it used to be fantastic. This is such a disappointment. I've been going therefore probably 25 years. With a Company name like Pavlos Kebabs it's got to be serving Greek food no matter who runs it and the Indian family did respect that and it's such a shame they gave it up after just several months because now it's just a rather unpleasant tasting shadow of its former self with a very limited halal only menu.

The BEST kebab I've had, Pavlos is the top chef of picnic kebab (formerly best kebab in east mids) starting his own venture. I've not tried anything comparable, the tenderness and flavour combo is exquisite served in a friendly manner that oozes passion! Couldn't ask for more.

My god the best! Came here yesterday, as had heard that this was the new spot to go to for kebab. Bossman looked after me nicely, gave me an amazing doner mushroom and onion pizza which is better than others. The chili sauce was home made, better than the others. a must go now for your kebab. Thats just the food. the customer service was excellent, polite when walked in, greeted me and acknowledge my food. thanking me for my business and even did a quality check on my pizza to make sure he was happy with it before handing it over. wish i took a picture but the pizza got demolished. 100% will be returning.
